I don't usually eat at a lot of chain restaurants but we were traveling through the area and this was right off the exit and we were hungry. They only had outside seating when we arrived and they had heaters on so we agreed to sit out there to avoid a wait. We were taken to a table that hadn't been bussed yet so she grabbed the dirty dishes and set it on a nearby table (these never got picked up by anyone). We sat down while she went to get something to clean the tabletop off because we didn't want to stand awkwardly next to other diners. The table was the typical outdoor grated top iron table. She sprayed the cleaner directly on the table top but obviously the cleaner went straight through the holes onto our legs. She didn't seem to think anything was wrong with that. A few minutes after ordering the patio's heaters went off. It took forever to hunt down someone to turn them back on while my toes went numb. When they brought out the food they didn't have mine because the person delivering it said she dropped mine so they had to remake it. So, then I had to continue waiting while everyone else ate (they never offered to comp anything for this inconvenience) . My husband said his burger was burnt and I noticed my son's burger looked burnt, too, but he didn't complain. Obviously I won't return because I don't live nearby but if I did I still wouldn't eat here again. This is precisely why I can't stand eating at corporate run chains, because you're just a faceless number to them. They don't car about your experience or the quality of service or the quality of the food they serve. read more

The bartender serving is said they were busy. They weren't. I asked for containers to put the kids' Mac and cheese in and received paper/styrofoam type containers. I asked the bartender for cup type containers with lids, like the ones for the take out section. She said that's what they used for take out. Not true. Had to get the manager to get them for me. I worked in crappy chain restaurants in most of my 20s so I get it but don't BS a BSer. read more

We went in and was sat down. It took awhile for someone to wait on us. When he finally showed up he was very nice. We ordered our food. My friend ordered a Salad with no cucumbers and honey mustard. He told the waiter cucumber make him sick. When out food finally came out. His salad had cucumbers all over it. He told the guy he can't eat cucumbers. He took it in the back. His salad came back but somehow the honey mustard had been switch out with ranch. and our drinks had not been refilled. This was definitely one of the worst Chili's I've ever been too. The only reason I'm leaving two stars is because the bartender was very nice and I don't blame her for how terrible the kitchen was. Our appetizer and dinners were very hastily thrown together, not well prepared, to the point where they didn't even look appetizing. My salad looked disgusting with brown, wilted lettuce, and and it didn't taste fresh either. We should've stopped there but we thought we'd make up for it by ordering desert- the cookie skillet- and when it came out, the ice cream was already completely melted and formed a puddle on top of our cookie. We have been both eating in and ordering take out from this location since it opened. Sit down service has always been great. Take out, not so much. When we ask for curbside 8 out of 10 times we have to go in and get our order, the staff just looks at us waiting in the car. Very frequently the takeout orders are wrong of incomplete. I have written, used the comments both on the Chili's app and directly, asking to be contacted for further discussion and never hear back, just the sound of crickets. We recommend dine in service, but not pickup orders. read more

Chili's is pretty much always a constant. You can count on good food and good service regardless of how big or small your party. We had 6 with some pretty peculiar needs. The classic nachos are always good and the Ancho Salmon is our favorite. Our server was up to the challenge and insured we had an enjoyable experience. Bravo! read more

This was a terrible experience. We ordered online which was an ordeal. The website was very user unfriendly and took a very long time to figure out and get the coupon to work. Once we got the food home, the salad dressing was wrong. I used to love the chips at Chili's. I don't know what they've done to the recipe but they taste like the kind of chips you buy in the supermarket. Maybe they were old but we didn't like them at all and threw them out. They used to be fresh, thin and crisp. Not tonight though. :( I ordered the shrimp tacos. They were nothing more than tortilla shells filled with coleslaw. Disgusting. I don't like mayo or coleslaw. Worst Chichen Enchalada soup ever... There was chunks of bacon or pork which made it chewy and nasty. WTH? The soup itself was not fresh. Good location off I-20 but you have to navigate a bit. There are no signs off the interstate. Like most other chain restaurants it has a decent amount of room with their bar area in the middle. I got a salad with chicken and my daughter got their dry rub ribs. Not a lot of flavor but still good nonetheless. Reasonably priced and access back eastbound to I-20 was easy enough. read more

Decent food, decent service, but never anything special. I've never been to a quiet Chili's and this has the typical high noise level. However the margarita had a funny chemical taste to it. I ordered the ribeye and that was phenomenal and cooked perfectly. Our appetizer was the loaded boneless wings and those two tasted amazing. My girlfriend got the Fresco salad with a honey lime vinaigrette which she enjoyed. Unfortunately the chili she ordered tasted like it came from a can. It wasn't completely horrible but it's something you wouldn't eat unless you were camping. But I'm a big chili fan so I'll continue to keep coming back here. read more

I asked to speak to the manager who tried to use Covid as an excuse for them being short staffed. There were a good 15 to 20 people running around like chickens with their head cut off in the kitchen like they were working hard, but there were hardly any customers in the restaurant. It's Friday night, they are busy... 20 minute wait time is fair. We order, our drinks come way later then they should. Our food comes out, and my steak I ordered medium is way past well done, so I send it back. After everyone finishes their meal my refired steak appears. It's sad and lonely in s giant dinner plate, covered in blood because they didn't rest the steak. The server tells me I have to wait for more broccoli. After I finish my steak, my broccoli arrives, and it's still completely raw, so I didn't eat it. Our sever tells the manager, who never comes over buy does remove it from the bill. We get our check, and asked to have it split because it's my husband and I and another couple. Each couple ordered the 2/22 meal and two drinks. Our bill was 55, because they charged me for not one but two refired steaks. It takes one hour, and two servers to get the checks straightened out. The manager still never comes over. read more

We went there for dinner after a basic training graduation and waited for our food to come for over an hour to find out the waitress hadn't even put our order in. Had to leave to get back to base and had to ask for our food in boxes because we didn't have time to eat after being there for two hours. Ask for our check multiple times and it was not brought so we could leave. VERY disappointed with the staff at this restaurant. I could have went into the kitchen and cooked our 8 meals faster. Even when we got home and ate our boxed up meals it was horrible and incorrect. Sad that a recent army grad couldn't even get to eat dinner with his family and friends. read more

I never know what to expect at different Chilis locations. This location had great food overall. I ordered their new chicken Santa Fe salad with cheese quesadillas included in the salad. It might have been one of the best quesadillas I've had. The greens were fresh and the dressing was flavorful. I will come here again next time I'm staying in Columbia. read more

Why? because we ordered 4 medium burgers and received charcoal burnt burgers. We asked to please re-do them and SAM says well I'll have to charge u for those 4 burnt burgers so a total of 8 burgers for a family of 4, because he spent $ on those burgers. We asked him if he'd eat them that burnt, and he said, no, but still wanted to charge us for them. After going back n forth with him about not wanting to be charged for 8 burgers he asked us to never come back. Went back 2 more times after and ordered nachos with queso and extra, extra cheese, lettuce and tomato on side, nothing else. Got them back 1st time we went excellent, Sam must've not been there monitoring, because the 2nd time i got way less cheese, no prob, i asked for extra extra cheese, the cook said that is extra. i said i got them just a week ago with alot more, can u please just add more, and then the disastrous final and last time I ordered them, and it comes out with jalapenos and regular cheese, waitress said it automatically comes with jalapenos, i said i know, but i told u exactly how i wanted them like all the other times and it came with jalapenos. Sam says if u dont like what we give u why do u keep coming back, i told u to stay away. All i asked for was extra cheese and didnt order jalapeno, what is so hard about that, and this is how u treat ur returning customer. He degraded me and made me feel horrible. Then he has the audacity to charge me .75x8= $6.00 for extra cheese and that was the straw that broke the camel's back. Who the heck does this guy think he is treating human beings this way?
