Would appreciate if y'all would put an ounce of effort into DoorDash orders. I had several items missing

I signed up for chili's rewards in December and was texted on Christmas day to tell me my two week old points were already expired after calling the archer road store and being left on hold for 20 minutes to talk to the manager Ariel she said there store has nothing to do with the points it's not her problem i needed to call "IT" they just take the points and swipe them. I should look at my receipt and figure out who to contact. When I informed her I waited on hold for a long period of time she told me nobody told her she had a call she's doing multiple jobs and was very happy to let a 20 year customer not come back again. Note that even after unsubscribing from their emails I still get them from a few different chili's email addresses. read more

I always get the triple dipper here and it never disappoints. The sliders are my favorite because of how flavorful they are for such tiny hamburgers. The southwest egg roll things are also flavorful and stuffed with food I don't like but somehow it taste good. I've dropped my leftovers on the ground once and a manager gave me a whole new meal on the house! read more

I ate at the bar... Maybe a bad choice. The food was terrible not up to Chili's standards and the bartender was a idiot. He was more interested in over pouring for his friends, two college kids, than providing prompt customer service to the rest of the bar. The food again was just nasty. Great service terrible food. I ordered a ribeye medium well- came out overly seasoned and well well done. Very tough. The asparagus was cooked perfectly, but way over seasoned. Broccoli was good. My daughter ordered pizza off the kids menu- overcooked and didn't look that great either. If I were you, I'd skip this Chili's and head to a different Resturant. Only gave two stars because our waitress was great. Friendly and very attentive. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited for 40 minutes for a doordash order that consisted of chicken strips and broccoli. They had the order for over an hourBEFORE I got there for pickup. As a driver we deliver more than one order, this put me behind for another order, an unfair side effect for the customer. The kitchen staff was in the back joking and playing around. read more

I have loved Chili's for years and this has always been a lovely restaurant. Our food was very tasty but the wait was ridiculous over 30 minutes. It was crowded but no wait line to go in so I couldn't understand the wait for food. I don't expect intimate dining when I go to a restaurant of this type but I hoped to have faster service. read more

Very slow service (5 minutes between seating and greeting). Dirty glasses, and a long wait for server to return to check on us. Then the "clean" replacement glass was dirty! You'd think they'd double-check. This location should try harder - there are many competitors within walking distance - but it is almost like they've given up. One of the worst Chili's I've ever been to. Our waitress was a total sweetheart which was the only positive to our visit. Granted, we were in a larger group but the wait time was horrible which I know is not solely on the staff but we saw groups come and go at tables that could have been pushed together to accommodate us. There were tables that were just not cleaned off and not being used. We were told an estimated wait time of 45 minutes (which again, I know is not guaranteed, is just an estimate) but we waited almost an 1 hour and 45 minutes to be served food that wasn't even good but rather just edible. Chilis use to be an awesome place to go and hang out. It seems the prices have gone up while the portion sizes have gotten smaller. The service is mediocre and there really isn't anything that stands out any more. I had lunch there today with my grandson after a long hiatus and honestly, I probably won't be going back. I ordered the fajita with steak and shrimp. The server asked if I wanted the lunch special or the full meal; I said the full one. The extras you get with the meal is ridiculously laughable. The cheese and pico is enough for literally only 1 fajita. They give you 3 tortillas but there's really not enough protein or extras to make 3 fajitas with. It's ridiculous!! Yea, we won't be back. Went there for dinner last evening and ordered Fajitas. This will be last trip to Chili's. Absolutely the worst fajitas I have ever eaten. It was like they took a portion of a precooked chicken breast ( maybe four strips) that was not even fajita flavored cut it up an placed it on top of some overcooked onions and under cooked, improperly cut-up, peppers on a sizzling hot plate. I think the onions were a day old and the chicken must have been heated in a microwave. The peppers weren't even cooked except for the scorch marks from the sizzling platter. The idea behind Fajitas is to kind of stir fry the peppers with the onions and peppers and season properly. Chili's obviously missed this in cooking 101. Yuch!!! The accompaniments were just as bad. A too small dab of pico de gallo, way too much sour cream, a few pieces of day old shredded lettuce, maybe a teaspoon of shredded cheese. The rice and black beans that they charged me $.99 for were the best part of the meal but were nothing to shout about either, Canned black beans and microwaved rice. Besides being a horrible experience the drinks were way over priced with a diet coke at $2.50. The small portion horrible Fajitas were $12.95 plus another $.99 for a very small portion of black beans and rice. The only thing positive about this meal was being with my future wife and the two for one beers, although they were overpriced as well. I'm done with Chilis. read more

When you get photo bombed on your date by an employee, another customer, and a whole other table you don't know because your vibe is so strong it attracts everyone around you. Thanks for being our favorite date night place. Shelly is our favorite bartender. We frequent this location because of Shelly, the other employees, the food, the drinks, and the other customers! The atmosphere is always so fun and friendly! We've made new friends pretty much every date night! Try new food we always love, Shelly knows us and our drinks as soon as we come in, and we always have interaction with not just Shelly, but other employees who are working just as hard. In the last month this restaurant has really turned around the cleanliness and the food quality. I have gone to this location for many years and the food quality has gotten worse over the years as well as the cleanliness. My understanding these improvements are because of a new Manager named Emily. The staff appear to be following her leadership as they have spoke very highly about what she has been doing at this location. Keep up the great Job. read more

Came here for dinner with my fiancé last night and we both got major stomach aches, the food seemed fine but the service was awful! We went into the restaurant around 6:55-7:00ish and left at 8:30! We waited 20 minutes to be seen by our waiter for the first time and didn't see him for another 20+ minutes for our appetizer which felt like it had been sitting under the hot light for quite some time, the table behind us actually complained to the manager that we all were waiting for a very long time and he was very rude! Two problems with the other tables food (wrong order and the girl found a dead bug on her chips and salsa) this isn't the first time we've had an experience like this but me and him both agreed we're not coming back! read more

I usually dont hit up chain restaurants on a regular basis. I try to support local digs, but Chilis....I cant quit you. I have never, in all my 37 years eating there, had a bad experience with the food. (service maybe, never food) Its always been consistent, tasty, and affordable. They are open late, they change up the menu every once and awhile and the tables are pretty. They now have the 2 for 20 dinners, where you get appetizer plus two entrees for 20 bucks. Drinks are extra. And unlike most combo affordable meals, they have great items to choose from. Fried Shrimp (which is what i got) Bacon cheeseburger( which is what boyfriend got) Chicken crispers, ribs, fajitas, salad, quesadillas, etc. Its a greatest hits list. My shrimp were huge, and fried perfectly, comes with cole slaw and fries. The Bacon cheeseburger was gigantic, juicy, and even though it came out a bit on the bloody side of medium, they took it back with no issues and quickly remedied the problem. I had a bite, it was burgerlicious. The place was busy as always and our server was attentive and accomidating. Its not fine dining, but it is good food, and consistently so. read more

I may have just been bad timing, but there were many things missing from the menu and they also had very few waiters waiting tables for more than enough people eating. First time having really terrible service here! Server was very slow to check up on us and refill drinks. Ordered onion bites appetizer and she brought it without the dipping sauce. Never came back to check on us so we couldn't request some and just did without. My daughter told me after we left that she saw our server spill the sauce off the plate while carrying it to the table and just disregarded it. My daughter's food did not come out with the rest. Server didn't notice until we flagged her down 10 minutes later and it took another 5 to get her food...no apology at all and everyone's food was cold by the time we could all eat together. Husband tried to order a draft beer and was carded. He is 42, has a mostly grey beard, and we were there with our 5 kids. Had left his wallet at home so could not get a beer...really?! visited this chilling while in gainesville, and was confused why half of the restaurant was closed off and all visitors were being seated in one area disregarding 6 feet and raise of covid-19 cases in all 67 counties in florida. none of the employees wore masks and the two that wore a mask wasn't wearing them properly! well, me and my family was told that we wasnt going to be helped after receiving our drinks and placing our orders because i felt safer if at least my server would use a mask. after telling me that his "husband" was an "rn" (registered nurse) and that he's fully vaccinated, he(server) walked off rudely and his manager returned with a made up story and we were told to leave. wow. im a chef of over 20yrs. folks be safe. i had to leave two family members behind because of covid. read more

We shared Southwest Rolls and I had the California Club. Our food was awesome. We really liked Clare our waitress but we judge by if my drink is ever empty. And it wasn't empty even when we hang around after we finished eating and just talked. You go girrl. Isn't Chili's always a hit. read more

By far the best Chilis Ive ever been too. The service was fabulous and food as well. So we call in trying to get a reservation. At 230 they told us they could but at 7 they rescinded due to the college graduation the day after (it was UF Graduation Season). Where other businesses will say "Sucks to be you" this Chilis proudly accommodated. Than when I decided to cancel my quesadilla due to being full from their delectable cheese fries, the manager came to make sure it was okay. The manager is so concerned for her customers, that even the potential of disappointment will lead to their action Every restaurant take note...this is how a company should be run. I've tried twice. One time they were literally just closed in the middle of the day. Today they just won't answer the phone. Nice.

So I ordered their mex bowel with shrimp. The shrimp was rancid. I told them I didn't want anything else and to just take it back. Then they bring me a salad and the ranch had an orange in it and the lettuce had rotten pieces it in. Manager did not see to care and I never saw our server again. Drinks are empty and it was a joke. Our Chili's is very good. I love the food, service, and the prices. I give them a 4 because most of the time, the wait is about an hour... And with 4 kids.... that is too late! I have only had one server that has provided a good experience for me. His name is Walt. The other servers I've had don't seem to care that my drink was empty or that I needed a box or a check. Against my better judgement, I went here with my two daughters for lunch. I've never been a fan of Chili's but my daughter told me they had updated their menu and it was better. That atmosphere was comfortable and casual but the food (I had a steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli) was so salty it was almost inedible and the service was nearly non-existent. We sat for a good 15 minutes before our waitress even came over to take our drink orders. She told us she had just started at that restaurant but was a transfer from another, much slower, Chili's and that she wasn't used to being busy. It showed. I ordered my steak medium and it came out rare. My daughter tried to order the pizza but was told they don't serve it anymore despite it still being on the menu. She settled for the pizza from the kids' menu instead. The only saving grace was dessert. I don't remember the name but it was a chocolate chip cookie in a tiny skillet with ice cream on top. That was delicious. If I ever return to Chili's it will be only for dessert. Although, considering how bad the service was, I don't think I'd even bother there. Sorry Chili's. read more
