It's a rough start but, I can say without a shadow of a doubt, after having the Sandwich Cubano, this food is definitely worth it. The sandwich was amazing, as I had to finish it the next day. The broccoli and tea was, eh, okay. The chips were great (and complimentary). Brief history: Papa's Texmex is owned by a guy who had a Hispanic restaurant in Brooklyn which was awarded Best Of Baltimore a few times, he closed there before opening this where it appears he kept half of the Smokehouse menu. It was very clean, it felt like it was remodeled a bit (as it obviously was). My waitress and hostess was super-friendly. Being picky, would be 4.5 for those side dishes.
