Enjoy coming to this location. Service and servers have always been good when I visit. The bar side is always clean and maintained. The food is decent nothing to spectacular. And the prices are more than reasonable. read more

Over the years, service here has gone downhill. During our visit on Sunday, 2/1/26, service was extremely slow -- we only received a beer and a water and sat there for almost an hour. The server never returned to take our order. Meanwhile, the restaurant wasn't even busy, yet multiple servers were lined up together like they were about to march in a band. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. read more

I loved the drink specials! They had $6 & $7 daily drink specials. However the drinks tasted very sweet and hardly alcohol present. (Add a shot to your drink if you need an extra kick) As for the food, somethings was good others were not. My ribs were extremely over cooked with a very tough/chewy texture. The street corn was bland and my chicken tenders were over dried and dried out!!! The price was to be expected. They offered some deals/food specials. I wish The menu was a little more extensive. All in All I'll come back and try this location again, especially for the drink specials. read more

First, whoever it was that seated us...well,management needs to sit him down and show him how to dress and how to address the customer, i.e. "Hello, welcome to Chili's!" Second, food is mediocre, at best, but the prices are way too high, especially while providing plastic mugs. Lastly, the best part of our experience was Grace, our lovely server. She was the best, ever. read more

So for me when I read a review what I really want to know is if the person writing the review will actually go back and do business at this particular location again. When it comes to this particular Chili's yes I will be back! Good service and good food!! read more

I ordered the Triple Dipper & a Cheesecake slide. My Triple Dipper $17.68 came with Strawberry Lemonade, Southwestern egg rolls, crispy cheddar bites & boneless mango habanero wings. -- my meats were well done so I was very much happy, chicken was well seasoned however a little more sauce wouldn't have been bad. I was not a fan of the southwestern eggrolls. Cheesecake was fine, didn't taste freshly made so that's that. Other than not getting my lemonade and instead getting chips, it's was good! This was a delivery order so am sure a triple dipper would be good with some craft beer at the location. read more

Waitstaff were very friendly and fast. Hostess seated us immediately on a Friday night. Interior is very well decorated and restaurant seemed very clean. Chicken crispers, fries, southwestern egg rolls, mozzarella sticks, boneless wings, and cocktails were all delicious. Only let down was the new mac and cheese as it had 0 flavor. Will definitely be returning to this location. read more

Service was great, very nice people. Food was alright. Don't trust the alcohol, I had a dragon fruit margarita and I ended up taking the last bit of my drink home, only to end up writhing on the floor in pain because of it. read more

The new big QP was on point. The size of the burger was enough for two people. The service was the best! Jackie had a smile and didn't skip a beat. Establishment was clean. Will be back again! read more

I went to Chili's only to find that they don't have Chili , how is that possible? The rest of the food was good, but I really had my heart set on a good bowl of chili. We had a large party so the food coming out was s bit off, Chilies have a problem of making food too SALTY. Other than that it was ok. read more

I hate to do this, I have ate at this place numerous times, although it's not my favorite location. I ate at this place once more last night and quickly regretted it. Within an hour or less me and my mom experienced food poisoning, running back and forth to the bathroom non stop. I had the worst morning going to work in so much pain and not able to even get my work done on time. Dehydrated, losing electrolytes. Chili's did refund my order but I will never ever go back and I'm completely traumatized. read more

I've come to this exact restaurant twice and each time i'm met with mean faces and thrown menus to our tables. the biggest complaint I have is if the restaurant is closing soon, I wish somebody would notify the customer, right? read more

The food was great and the people were nice, however the wait was horrible. And the music was very questionable at least. And almost starving with the wait, it was almost 30-40 minutes. It wasn't even crowded, MAYBE AND I MEAN MAYBE 7 tables? And 3-4 servers, and the bill took even longer. read more

I love Chili's I ordered 4 honey, chipotle, chicken, meals, and one regular chicken.. with french fries.. I also ordered an ultimate Cajun pasta I ordered curbside.. I spent about $86 and gave the girl at the carryout a tip... I got home and the food just didn't seem real hot. I felt like they cooked it way ahead of time. I don't like to call and complain... I will return in order again.... I just was upset because I didn't wanna cook that night and ordered for everybody in the house. read more

I travel all over the United States for business, and try to visit Chili's when I see that they're in the area. This is by far the worst location that I have ever visited! The food was undercooked especially the chicken, the drinks were watered down and I was sick for days after eating there... I mentioned something to management (I think his name was Troy or Richard), they were less than helpful. Poorly run location. do not recommend! read more

Years ago, a coworker told me that "Chili's has the best hamburgers". Let me tell you something ...they really do. Tonight, we had the Alex Santa Fe Burger with grilled jalapeños, avocado, pepper jack, and a spicy Santa Fe sauce. Best Burger Ever! Hamburgers come with an order of fries. And who can resist their Southwestern Eggrolls. Only complaint, our table was a little dirty. Wait Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! read more

We went here because we had a gift certificate and have not had a bad experience here before. Seated promptly and drinks arrived quickly. Now to the food, hubby ordered the Margarita chicken and loaded potato soup, it looked good and he said it was good. I ordered the lunch combo chili, double hamburger (med rare) with raw onion, no bun and french fries. The potato soup came out piping hot and the chicken dish was good. My chili was just awful, could not tell the beans from the meat, from the anything-a solid brown mass and barely warm, topped with cheese. I tried to eat it and just no way, who likes this? The server said, well, that's our chili, she graciously took it back and offered a substitute, that was great-good customer service! The hamburgers were 2 prepackaged ultra thin patties cooked well done (the order was med rare), with the raw onion placed under them...why would anyone request raw onion to have it under 2 hamburgers getting it heated up? FF were meh, not hot. Have to say the service was excellent. read more

The food here is great. But they should stop advertising for people to get added to the waitlist online. They do not acknowledge when you check in on Yelp yourself but they do it from the restaurant. Doesn't really make sense. read more

My Son, Daughter and myself all love chili's, I personally love chili's a little less because I feel they have gone downhill since COVID. My son really enjoys the chicken tenders and fries. My daughter really loves the street corn and the old-timer with cheese. Ordering Chili's off of doordash can sometimes be a bit trivial. 4 times out of 10 the order gets messed up. That is not doordash's fault, that is Chili's. read more

Dinning out has gone way downhill and Chili's on Merritt Blvd, Dundalk, MD, has not helped the industry. In short, the food was cold, the server rude, and the manager unavailable. All at a time when the restaurant was at less that 20% capacity. A poor excuse for a restaurant and an experience I will not repeat. Bye-bye Chili's. read more

I don't know what was going on tonight but we got pieces of plastic in our drinks. We told the bartender and her response was there's no plastic in the bar WTH!!!! Then we asked for the manager and it took a minute for him to come over. I was there last week with my mother and my grandson. The food was delicious! And our waitress, Amber, was amazing! She checked on us at appropriate times, brought the food to us hot, and had a wonderful personality. I hadn't been there in a while and I'm glad we went there. Hopefully we will have Amber again! read more

Ordered an appetizer and entrée. Entrée arrived before appetizer. When I told the server that I had an appetizer ordered but since the entrée had arrived first to cancel it, I was told they would just comp the appetizer since it was already made. I said ok. When I got my bill, the appetizer, which I didn't eat off of, was still on the bill. The manager came over and said he would go 50/50 with me for an appetizer that came out late and came out cold. Not the best way to keep a loyal customer. Luckily there are several other options in town. This one is no longer one of them. read more

Food was over priced garbage that look like a microwave pasta dish. Pasta around the sides was hard and dry while inside was nuked hot and the whole plate felt like it was nuked in a microwave. Had a lovely little lunch date with my fiancee here today. A previously amazing server we had in the past, Ms. Jackie, immediately greeted us with a warm welcome and got us sat at our table within not even 5 minutes of us entering the doors. She was extremely helpful with showing us how to navigate the brand new menu even though she didn't know it too well herself yet, (they just got them yesterday!) She had our bar drinks out also in under 5 minutes which was absolutely wonderful. We've gone to other places like chilis and would normally wait around 10 minutes for our drinks. BUT, Ms. Jackie was not the only person adding onto our extremely wonderful experience, a cook by the name of Frank, he brought our food out to us with it still steaming and smelling delicious. I ordered the 6oz sirloin. Never ever in my experience with restaurants had I had a cook ask me to check my steak with them standing right there so that they could ensure that it was cooked exactly to my liking, in which it was. We already loved chilis before this but this experience cements our love for Chilis and their staff at this location, we have never once run into an issue. Ms. Jackie was also the same person I mentioned on my Google review OVER A YEAR AGO for her amazing service. Go to chilis and ask for Ms. Jackie as your server and have your food cooked by Frank. read more

The service is usually pretty good when you eat there, but carry out is another story. I ordered a burger with pink in the middle, It was well done. My wife ordered corn for her side and got rice, and we ordered a kids meal and didn't receive her milk that came with the meal. You don't find out that these things are wrong until you get home, so they really need to get it right the first time. read more

This is by far the best place to eat in Dundalk! The service and food at this Chili's is 10X better than White Marsh. Servers are always very friendly and attentive. Food is as requested and usually never a long wait less than15min. read more

This used to be a good location. Now you can't get seated. In spite of having an app that lets you join the line before leaving for the restaurant, they are not using it and instead making people go there and wait 30 to 90 minutes in their vehicle for a table. When it is cold outside people idle in their cars polluting the environment when they could have joined the line before leaving spending less time waiting at the location. Very irresponsible of management not to use this app. read more

I hate to do this. I've actually been in the industry my entire life. I've lived in the area for the last 3 months. I've now been to this location four times. I always sit at the bar. The first time I walked in, the bartender didn't even acknowledge me for a good 10 minutes. The second time I walked in, I sat at the bar, got myself a margarita and ordered an app. The app never showed up. Stop by this last weekend. 95% of the items on the menu could not be made since the fryers were down. I just stopped by 30 minutes ago, ordered two beverages and got wings to go. I just got home and looked at my order and I'm definitely missing four wings. I would love to post a photo of my receipt and a photo of my food for proof.... But since the majority of the order taking and check payment is through the touch system I don't have a physical receipt to actually upload with this review. Do you better Chili's. Do better read more
