The house Sangria was delicious and loaded with fruit and chewy ice. The Lemon Drop and Espresso Martinis were inhaled with no complaints. Our party of four ordered the following: Chicken "polo" Marsala that I'd rate 8/10. My wife and Brothernlaw each order a daily special consisting of lobster, shrimp and crab that was in a buttery lite Mariana that was rated a 9/10 by one and just average by the other. My sisternaw gave her seafood Alayna 9/10. Great service overall and a good dining value. Go see the manager, Jason Taylor and he will set you up with his recommendations. The server was very attentive, checking in often and refilling my drink. It didn't take too long for my pizza to come out. It had a nice crispy crust that wasn't droopy. They were a little stingy with the chicken, and a little heavy handed with the onions, which overpowered the flavor of anything else on the pizza. I tried adding parmesan cheese and picking off some of the onion pieces, which helped. I was only able to eat half the pizza, and I took the rest into work for lunch the next day. I would go back to Squire's, but will refrain from ordering red onions should I get another pizza.

While I was just happy to be seated, the rest of our party grew restless and it apparently took 55 minutes from the time we entered to place our order. Having a one year old with us, this made it extremely difficult. It was very busy, however, it would've been nice to have the breadsticks and salad earlier to keep the kids happy. It was over an hour since we entered the restaurant before we could give them anything. We were able to leave after 2.5 hours, which was just very long with small children. No one in a position of power seemed to care about all the hiccups. No one apologized for anything being late or that we had to wait so long with a reservation. The food was good, but honestly, Olive Garden tasted better. Finally, they tack on a 3% additional charge to us for using our credit card. It wasn't mentioned, just tacked on at the end. I know smaller businesses sometimes can't absorb that cost, but they have always mentioned it in the past. I found that in poor taste.
