let me just start with the customer service. it is AMAZING! they genuinely make you feel like family. i'm 22 and my dads been taking me here since i've been a little guy and it's been the same since. i come here literally once a week usually on fridays and get the same thing 99% of the time. a pepperoni pizza with mozzarella sticks on the side. the portion sizing is great and their food is something i'm going to miss when i move out of town. but their food and service are so good i'll have to stop by at least once a month to get my fix hahaha. i highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere new to try. read more

At one point I thought this pizza/sub shop was overpriced but based on how much is stuffed into a sub and how filling it is, the price is about right. I always get an 8" fish fillet sub and can never seem to finish it in one sitting. Outside of me having no complaints from anything I've ordered, customer service which is a big thing for me, is always top notch. Figured we'd give this place another shot. Again, the worst - ever. The people that work there are miserable. Unfriendly and look like they hate the world. Act that way too. They tried to charge us for ice - 50 cents. They gave us a cup and only filled it halfway with ice. I asked for more and they said 50 cents. I was like - is this really happening?? No wonder no one is there! Steak subs are basically steak ums. Pizza is "ok". You can drive 5-6 min down the street to the famous pizza/sub place on Back River Neck road and get all the cups and ice you need for free. MUCH better subs and world famous pizza. I had been craving s delicious slice of pizza for weeks and tonight I finally got it! We ordered the sub and large pizza special (23.99). 2 adults and 2 little people were able to eat and enjoy this meal (plus take a lot of food home). The pizza was really fresh and tasty. The cheese was really flavorful and the crust crisp and not too thick. Definetly one of the best pizzas I'd had in the area since Sbaros in white marsh closed. The fish sub was good, but the only thing I didn't like was that the cheese was not melted when it arrived at the table. Our service was prompt and friendly. I order from here quite often but tonight was the worst experience I've ever had. Initially we thought they had messed up small stuff like the plain buffalo chicken wrap (they forgot lettuce, tomato, mayo) but then They sent me two cheese steak subs instead of shrimp salad subs. They repeated the order back correctly on the phone when i ordered so i called to get them to send the shrimp salad subs and they asked if i still had the cheese steaks because they only wouldn't charge me for them if i returned them to the delivery driver uneaten. I don't eat cheese steaks so that was fine i said i would send it back with the driver. The second time my food arrived about a hour later it still WASNT A shrimp salad sub but a TUNA salad sub. Ordered Pickup as we had done many times before. Arrived in about 15 minutes of placing order. The cheese steak was dry as a bone, like it was sitting on the grill for an hour after it was done. I mean really dry. Couldn't eat it. Curly fries were also uneatable like they were sitting in a warming pan for an hour. Couldn't eat them either. I have a love/hate relationship with this place. Why? It's complete inconsistent. One day you order and the food is amazing, like a upscale Chuck E Cheese . The next day it taste like burnt rushed food. Not sure if it had to do who is there at the time cooking but it really leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I can't get the same thing I order every time. Same thing with the wings! We received a coupon booklet in the mail for Middle River pizzeria and thought that we would give it a try, and it was pretty good! I placed an order for delivery and mentioned the coupon, which they easily applied. We ordered a large 16-inch pizza and 15 party wings. The man who answered the phone was very polite and accommodated my request at to add pepperoni to the pizza (for a $1 charge), even though the coupon that we used was only for a cheese pizza and wings. The pizza was delicious and the pieces were huge, we had plenty leftover. The honey barbecue party wings were a bit soggy and the flavor wasn't anything to write home about. This is not the first time I've been to this restaurant but I was happy when I drove by it and I recognized it from going in there before. The cashier was very pleasant with a welcoming smile, made eye contact and repeated my order back to me without any issues. It was a simple chicken finger and fry platter but with the amount of seafood that was on the menu the food it came out perfect. There was no fish or shrimp taste to the food.
