I ordered a few times through grubhub. The food was subpar, and they took forever, but its so I didn't complain. However the last couple times I ordered, the food was messed up or cold. Then I tried to order again to learn I was blacklisted for getting a refund on a terrible meal. Instead of blocking people from ordering, you should be sure your orders go out correctly. And tell grubhub to take you off the app since you don't tell customers they've been banned and have them waiting an hour for food. read more

They are always messing up my order. There cooks can not take directions given by the person taking the order or they don't care. I ordered today a pizza I wanted Ricotta cheese, pineapple and pepperoni. It had sour cream on it instead of ricotta . They told me that is the only ricotta they have "WTH" can't they tell the difference between sour cream and ricotta. So there putting sour cream in there calzones also? Note to owners. Hire cooks who know what there doing and can read and follow orders correctly. Also have your people taking orders check things before they go out for missing items. Thick soft crust that can hold the toppings, gooey cheese, we got half veggie and half veggie with pepperoni. They were able to execute perfectly with a good amount of veggies. We were on a mission to find a new pizza place when Full House kept increasing their prices, but not their quality. So glad we decided to try Safa! What a delight! The double bacon pizza was absolutely perfect, gooey cheese, excellent crust. We would have been won over simply by that, but the wings (jerk, buffalo, and roasted garlic) were meaty, and flavorful (I can't wait to try some of the other flavors!). And the gyro platter was everything I hoped it would be - The gyro delicious, (great amount of toppings), the side Greek salad plentiful, and the fries cooked golden and lovely. This was a go to for us for the longest time which is why they have a two star instead of a 1. We want them to be good as we have moments of laziness around dinner! A couple of months ago we went in for pickup instead of waiting for delivery and NO ONE was masked. That stopped us for a long time. Then we tried delivery again about a week ago. First of all, they deliver a menu with every order, and it's wrong. Since they often mischarge, it's a challenge figuring out what is actually owed so that takes forever and by the end the people taking the order are super frustrated. They wouldn't be if the menu was correct. It's been "coming" for about a year. They have a change in their pizza and it's not for the better. The crust is awful and similar to cardboard. I think they have changed management as this is usually what causes a recipe shift. As a result, we have stopped ordering from them. read more

Having spent the day moving, and being quite tired as well not having completed moving and all my food being in the fridge of the home I was moving from, it struck me around 10:40pm that I was very hungry. I opened grubHub and browsed my options for delivery on a Tuesday night at that hour. I was instantly attracted to Safas because they charge $0 for delivery (don't be a cheapskate - you still better tip!) and the food was cheap. By cheap I mean $4 for a Reuben sandwich on wheat bread. So cheap that I decided to add 6 crispy old bay chicken wangs for another $4. Then some potato salad for $2. Then a 7pc mozzarella stick app for $5.50 (don't judge). So my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach and I have a lot of leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I figured/hoped for my diet's sake that would be the case. But now I can review multiple menu items! Bear in mind this is a cheap, diner type of delivery service, expect fried and pre-made stuff. The bread on the Reuben was a little soggy. But for $4 I would've gladly paid $6! The mozzarella sticks were definitely frozen from an off-brand box and the mozzarella was not gooey and melty. Wings were awesome and they offer quantities up to 100 wings! Potato salad was delicious. 5 stars go to their very reasonable pricing, not charging a delivery fee, an $8 min. order for delivery, delivering the food 10 min prior to the 1hr quoted time, and the packaging. I received every feasible condiment associated with my items - crisp celery, blue cheese, ketchup, marinara, napkins, and so on... All packaged up neatly. I am quite pleased and would recommend this for an off hour, late night delivery, drunk food, or exhausted and just hungry food, for a great price! read more

I only recently discovered this place, but it is now my go-to sub shop in dundalk. For $6.50 you can get half a sub, a sizable portion of fries, and a can of soda making it a great deal. The food isn't spectacular and seems to be typical city sub shop food but both the food and the price hits the spot. At first sight this sub shop looks nasty, it is hot as heck, the sofa for customers to sit and wait looks like it was abandoned by a dumpster. The fact is though this is exactly what makes a local take-out joint great because they are putting all their money into making the food and passing those savings onto the customer. read more

Because I live within walking distance, either my husband or I will walk over to pick up our order. I ordered from EAT24, which is sometimes glitchy, but when the driver arrived after all this time and I handed him a $20 bill he asked me if I knew how much it was! Really? When I first placed an order the woman was so friendly over the phone, even though we live a 3 minute walk away, we opted for delivery because we were exhausted. They were so quick! We ordered a pizza and Old Bay Wings. The pizza was nothing super special, pizza is pizza and pizza is almost always good but the wings, these were the most amazing wings I've ever had. I can't even say enough about them. My mouth is watering thinking about them. My son and I have become a regular customer and see them once a week for a "pizza date."
