If you are looking for Catering, please consider Pat's Pizza Dundalk. I worked with Angelo and the staff to cater a work event for 100 people. I ordered 120 burgers, waffle fries, caesar salad and cookie trays. The food was delicious. They delivered it on time with all of the fixings and the dressings on the side. Pizza was luke warm at best. Pizza was very dry. Not enough toppings I had to hunt to find the toppings, burnt I had much better pizzas frozen at Grocery stores. Ordered on-line. When I ordered a gluten free wrap for someone with celiac, they sent it with a flour tortilla. I called them and was informed that this Pat's doesn't have gluten free. They could not be bothered to call before delivering the order or give a refund. I ordered the thick crust pizza. They don't do thick crust anymore. Couldn't be bothered to call. On the phone 5 minutes to find this out. By then the pizza I didn't like was cold. The pizza was annoying enough but using a flour tortilla without informing us was very dangerous for someone with celiac. Will never order from here again. read more

The Good: The employees were very polite and hospitable. My waitress was efficient, very attentive, and I was served my food quickly while it was still incredibly hot. I ordered the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and a medium veggie lovers pizza. Before I even received an appetizer, I was given, they seemed like, cheese rolls with some marinara sauce for free. They were decent. The mozzarella sticks were your standard mozzarella sticks. The Bad: My only complaint was the veggie lovers pizza. There was a veggie on it that did not belong. It gave the pizza a very sweet taste that I found did not, at all, compliment it. If it were not for whatever veggie it was, it would have been a standard pizza. Judgment: The service was great, the employees were polite, and the food was served in a timely fashion. I definitely recommend this place. read more

We just used Pats today to cater my daughters baby shower. We got a full tray of both the baked ziti, chicken broccoli alfredo & mac n cheese. Also got the garlic knots. From the day we ordered, Angelo was so friendly & accommodating. They promised prompt delivery & that the delivery driver would set up the sterno trays for us. Also included was silverware and large serving spoons for the trays. They did just that.. not only did the driver get there 5 mins earlier, he set everything up for us and everything was delicious. Angelo even called us later in the day to make sure everything was as expected. I will def use Pats again for my catering needs! read more

I have never been to this restaurant. When I came in to get seated no one was there to greet us. The girl came after we seated ourself a few min later. I told her what I wanted. She asked me if I wanted these dough knots I said sure. A little bit later she came with our pizza. Chelsea stated I told the cook to make the knots but he don't listen. I let her know I would really like to try them. With a little huff she left. A little bit later she brings me these dough knots with nothing on them. I asked to speak to the manager. I showed him the plate she brung l out to me. I asked him if they were supposed to look like what they did. I explained to him what our waitress (Chelsea) said about the cook not listening. She blatantly lied and said she did not say that. I looked at her and let him know that is exactly what she said. Her response was I was joking. I let her know you don't joke about stuff like that. I feel this first dough knots were made the be way they were because I made a fuss about them. So the manager ended up bringing me a new set of the dough knots. When he handed them to me I let out a big they are beautiful they had butter and spices on them. Nothing like the first one. The pizza was good. The service Chelsea gave us was horrible. She didn't even come back to ask if we needed anything else. Of course she didn't receive a tip. She then told me she hopes I have a better day. I let her know baby Iam having a wonderful day. We don't like leaving bad reviews but when service is that way we must. On Sun night 3/28/21 we placed at large order with pat's, now we thought we were good customers since the covid we have ordered alot of no contact delivery and in just past few months have purchased around 500$ of food from here. On the about date in part of our order we request 20 breaded thai chili wings which in past for us has always been bone in wings !! ( if look on there online menu they have non breaded - boneless - breaded wings) So when order arrives [no contact delivery] we noticed the wings are boneless not bone-in as always has been on our past orders. So my wife calls store after like a 10 min conversation about it they agree to resend order never admitting no fault, when again [no contact delivery] arrives again due to covid 19 we open order and the so called breaded 20 thai chili wings we originally ordered are non- breaded ones ????? Now thats 2 strikes on same order on same item so we decided to contact in writing to the store on there website of our dissatisfaction & would not be ordering from there establishment anymore ! I assume there be other places looking for a customer eager to spend few hundred dollars per month on deliveries and since this is the fourth day since our order mistake and complaints and they seemed uncaring since no contact from our online form filled out that evening it seems they moved on and care less as we have. I order delivery from here a lot during the week at work. My favorite is the chicken filet sandwich! The bun it comes on is delicious! The pizza is great here as well. The dough is fresh, and the sauce is homemade and yummy. The cream of crab soup has lots of crab in it and spiced just right. ordered a bullshit piece of garbage shrimp scampi to go. Shrimp was rock hard, tasteless Pasta was bland as a mf chicken was like a mouthful of sand. Had 1/2 cup of butter/oil under it shrimp also still had the tails on them. I am so very through with this business. 90 percent out of 100 they have gotten my order wrong, it's a simple sub really! They last straw is when I had family here from Florida and again they got my order wrong and my brother's wrong, we sent them back. When we received our order again they were both wrong again. When the third order came for someone else it was cold. We left. I will never go back there they don't seem to care what kind of service they are giving their customers. read more

Too bad there isn't "0" stars or less. This place used to be nice and had good service as well as good food. It has hit rock bottom. I got a bowl of cream of crab that tasted like cream of flour. My wife and daughter ordered raspberry tea and both cups tasted like dishwater. We arrived to be greeted by customers leaving saying I wouldn't go in there you'll starve to death. They were right!!! Took talking to some guy who was the dining room and kitchen manager I think to get our soapy glasses of tea and Diet Coke. We placed our order 5 minutes later to a waitress who was pissed that the aforementioned manager gave her crap for not waiting on us. We were then brought garlic knots 5 minutes later by the dining room manager once again. Over 30 minutes later we got some food. I had ordered cream of crab as did my wife. I also Ordered a Crab cake. My daughters order a Salad and Chicken Chesapeake. We got our soups if you want to call it that, and then the salad for my daughter. 5 minutes later my daughters food came, but no crab cake and btw no refills for drinks ever offered. Waited for my daughter to eat what she could as she wasn't thrilled with the food she got either. And waited And Waited. 30 minutes later the disgruntled waitress returns to say are you ready for your check. And not until she was checking out did she realize she never got my crab cake. And then had the nerve to say. We took the crab cake off your bill. My response" Good thing since I never got it" She slammed the receipt down for me to sign so needless to say I put a Giant "X" over the tip section and signed it. And she says Have a nice evening. ... My response " I would of but I think I'm going to be hungry the rest of the Evening. I'm scratching this one off the list. What a shame they have gotten so bad. We've never had anything short of a great meal from them and we order pretty regularly. Then came Sunday when we ordered wings and fries. The wings were either undercooked or prepared differently because the skin was slimy and not crispy. The blue cheese dressing was runny and not chunky. And the fries were left in the deepfryer way too long. In their defense we did ask for well done fries but we always do (to avoid soggy fries) and they typically arrive perfect. not sure if they have a different cook or just missed their target this time but we'll give them another chance to see if they can get back to the great food we're used to or if this is their new norm and we have to find another delivery spot. read more

Cream of Crab soup is DISGUSTING! Looks nothing like the picture advertised on the website. I've eaten here multiple times due to the fact that its right next door to my work. It's okay. Decent food, prices aren't that bad. Usually they do a good job. Messed up my pizza once by putting old bay on a chicken bacon ranch pizza. I don't know how you manage to do that.
