I dont know what happened today but Tonys messed up badly on my pizza order. I ordered online a large plain cheese pizza, lite on sauce with xtra cheese And what I got was a plain cheese pizza with a lot of sauce and a little bit of cheese. It did not even taste like a Tony's pizza. I am so disappointed in my order. The Pizza was a waste for me but hubby ate it. He will eat anything if he is hungry enough. F- read more

This place has been on a steady decline for the past year. Tonight I ordered 3 orders of pizza fries with extra sauce and extra cheese. One order was fine the other 2 were hardly covered in sauce or cheese. When I called back to ask for a replacement to be delivered since I picked up their first mistake they told me they dont replace pick up orders by delivery but I can come pick up a replacement order. I replied I think it is bad customer service to expect me to waste my gas to replace their mistake. She took my number to have the manager call me back. They did not call me back. This is the 3rd time our food order was either wrong or cold or of poor quality. This is the last chance I will be giving this place until management changes. read more

Tony's Pizza has been around for over 40 years as of this writing. For a Carry Out/Delivery restaurant, you cant ask for much more when it comes to bang for your buck. My family and I like to go here for the 2 for one Pizza pick up deal. We usually ask for a large pepperoni with extra sauce and a "veggie pizza" which consists of mushrooms, onions, green pepper and tomato wedges again with "EXTRA SAUCE" Subs, Fries and general menu is all good. The wings are just marginal but I'm not a big wing guy. Honorable mentions are the cheese steak sub, Italian cold cut, shrimp salad and the turkey club. Great lunch specials that stop at 3pm last time I checked. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed for the $$. read more

Food was decent the first time we ordered from there. This time was sad to say the least. I ordered a cheesesteak and my guy ordered a club sandwich. The cheesesteak was bland even with the fried peppers onions and mushrooms. Not enough cheese, was a little bit of American underneath everything, could barely taste it. Came with fries but they were old. The club sandwich was just okay and they put a gross pickle right next to it only separating it with some paper, so juices leaked everywhere making the bread soggy. Called and placed an order at 7:53pm Friday May 1st to place an order for my grandchildren and myself at 9:01 I called back to say I didn't recall the girl asking for my address so they ask for my address and told me my order was on its way. Called back the 3rd time at 9:50 and the girl said "sorry we're closed for the night". I proceeded to let the girl know I had placed my order over 2 hours ago, and the girl said they have me as a pick up order, then why at 9:01 did they say my order was on its way???? What can I say, local pizza shops will always out do chain restaurants. Wide variety of menu items. Everything is always fresh. My favorite thing is the pizza. The sauce is so amazing and I've never tasted anything else like it. I usually order mine with extra sauce. The flyers always have great coupons too.. love Tony's!!! read more

unfortunately i cannot give them a zero star so i have decided to leave a bad review by sharing my experience. recently we've purchased a cheesesteak salad from tony's pizza in a tin foil pan with a lid tightly sealed (no staples no tape) my daughter was eating her salad and felt something in the back of her throat she started choking and her food came back up there was a staple in her food. this is a serious health issue and careless act and this needs to be shared. i shared one my community page however someone from tony's pizza had it removed. i thought i should go home on here and give them a bad review hopefully this does not get taken down. ‼‼‼‼‼ just thought you guy's should know that my post about tony's pizza on wise ave was deleted! my daughter had a staple in her food and she choked on it! i think that was worth sharing so everyone who orders from this restaurant can be cautious. is there something wrong with letting my friendly neighbors know about this issue? why was my post deleted? ‼‼‼‼‼ just to keep in mind tony's pizza never called back to make sure everything was okay or give us a sincere apology but seems like they went out of their way to make sure my post was taking off of this page. read more

We ordered a cheeseburger, a pizza sub and theee fries. we get there and our order isnt done yet, no big deal. but i begin to notice people coming in and getting their stuff and leaving, i thought maybe they ordered it waaaay before us. finally they ask what we're waiting on and we tell them and they walk to a bag that was sitting on the shelf for over ten minutes. they put it on top of two pizza boxes and give us our order. the only problem is we didnt order pizzas. so we say something and they come over to look at our order. we paid for two pizzas and apparently did t notice it. our mistake but since we paid for them we'll take them, but then the lady says if we didnt order them we can get a credit or a refund and we ask for a refund. then she says she's a new person and she doesnt know how and let her call her manager. by this point im beside myself, its just food! i get out to the car and open the bag to see a pizza sub, a cheeseburger and one order of fries. i was gonna open the door and throw the food back in but i caught myself and realized it was my wifes food as well so i got bak in the car and drove home. I asked for a cheesesteak with American cheese, got provolone and a cheeseburger sub with mustard, pickles, tomato and raw onion. No onion, half a slice of tomato. I am so disappointed. This place has a few good employees that still care about the quality of their service and the food they provide get rid of all the others these few keep me coming back and ordering inside and waiting on my food a few times a week if the owner needs help hell I'm only a customer but I can point out your dead weight I'm their enough I know who speaks vulgar in front of customers because they don't care who comes in late who calls out and who just does not show up when you sit in here nothing is a secret and my question as a customer who has been coming here for years and sees it declining is what is wrong with the leadership that this kind of behavior by employees is somehow allowed and accepted. You need more good people like the few you have the ones I actually see working when I'm waiting on my food. I honestly walk in to order and get my food because I want to see who's working there are certain times that I will walk in and depending on who's working I will walk out and come back later or a different day because I know my service if going to be bad I will be lucky if my food is correct and people are rude and don't care people who are like this and people who don't want to be there shouldn't because we as customer can tell the negative energy those type of people bring a business is always going to be a bad thing for business now I'm sure I'm not the only customer who will not patronize here depending on who's working if it makes me think about that it should definitely make the owner just how much business is lost read more

I ordered a BLT. It must have had a half of pound of bacon. Too much bacon. I also ordered an Italian Cod Cut and she asked me what I wanted on it. They only put meat and cheese on it and you have to tell them what you want on it. I never heard of that before. I also ordered a Ceasar Salad and what kind of dressing. Apparently they are in the wrong business. They need to go to cooking school. The only thing that was good was the delivery service. I will never order from them again read more

The last time I ordered subs, one of them had a plastic tab from a loaf of bread inside it. It did not chew very well and had no flavor. The sub was OK but I could have done without the plastic tab. Today I ordered a seafood platter and was thankful there were plenty of french fries because the seafood was very skimppy!!!!! I'll be looking elsewhere to order. read more

I placed an order on April 6th. I had an issue with my order. The driver only called twice and left. So I called up the store to discuss my issue and the lady offered to remake my food and send it out however the driver was in the background cursing and dropping F bombs so I decided not to get my food in fear that the disgruntle driver would mess with my food on the way to my job. I told the lady this and that I was pregnant and not going to risk food that had been tainted by the driver especially because I was pregnant and didn't want to risk eating something that would make me sick. She told me that they would refund my money. Now here it is April 30th and they are refusing to give me my money back. I have called the store about 3 or 4 times to resolve the issue and have gotten the run around and told people would call me back with no return calls.
