Look, I love chili's and I'm the last person to complain... But every single time I order delivery my food is wrong. It's beyond frustrating. My recipe is always correct but my food is ALWAYS wrong. To-go needs to get it together. I ordered honey chipotle wings tonight and they gave me Buffalo wings with honey chipotle sauce on the side. That is NOT what I ordered. A few days ago I ordered beef and chicken fajitas and they gave us the trio with shrimp and the chips for our queso were so undercooked we couldn't eat them. I recently went to chili's early today. It was great food! But our waitress only checked on us once and wasn't not really nice to me and my family. We did not till her because of her Serivce. Reminder I went to high school with this young women and it had nothing to do with that. But the fact that after we left she texted me over social media saying no to return to y'all a restaurant every again because I need to learn how to tip your servers. Was in several times during a 3 week stay for work. Service was off and on again. Had great service in the bar area most nights, but poor service one night. Bartender seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of people there during a Sunday when all the NFL games were on and had a seriously negative attitude. Other nights she was good. Business needs to step up and staff appropriately for high volume times. Happy hour deals are very good but it's frustrating when it's the last 45 minutes of happy hour and you can't get a drink because the server is overwhelmed. read more

The service was horrible. We waited over 20 mins for drinks and then when we finished our drinks we never even got asked if we wanted refills. Our food was overcooked and they forgot our dessert. I ordered food to go, and apparently they dont care about those orders. My daughter got the wrong kids meal. (Thankfully it was still something gluten free...she has a horrible allergy to gluten) I ordered a medium rare steak and it was still ice cold in the middle. Thats the bluest steak Ive ever seen.... A little disappointed on the wait time, my friends and I waited from 6:40 til almost 8 pm for service. No one checked on us, no drinks or utensils. Nothing. We asked for service twice and still we waited. Almost 2 hours. Multiple parties had already been served and left before us. SERVICE IS LACKING ON AN EXTREME LEVEL HERE!!!!! I've eaten here 2 days in a row, staying at the hotel behind. I do like Chilis but this place is the worst. Don't look up to see the mass amounts of dust piling up on the air vents. 1st day it took 30 mins for my soup n salad to come out at lunch, place was maybe 1/4 full. I've had nothing but issues with this place for the past several months, the wait staff ALWAYS has an "I don't want to be here attitude" but today took the cake or should I say cookie. My daughter called in a to go order for a skillet cookie not only did she have to find someone to help her after several people walked past her including the manager, they did not have her order. They finally get her order in and when she goes to pay, her total comes to $7.03 my daughter gives the bartender her 8 one dollar bills and the bartender tells her she doesn't have any change so she KEEPS my daughter's change! I call back to speak to the manager and tell her I'm on my way up there and she gives me a dollar back so "sorry about that" and nothing else. Our server was Emmet. His lack of supervision is only surpassed by his lack of attention to his guests. We sat for over 8 minutes before informing a passing hostess that we had not been served or met by a server yet. Emmet took our drink and dinner order, and delivered our tea right away. Dinner took over 15 minutes for my 1/2 rack of ribs and my wife's appetizer plate of southwest egg rolls. This is the 3rd time in a row we have gotten less than adequate service at this location. It will be our last. The food was prepared well and tasted great. The service was enough to choke any hope of a good time out of the meal. Management needs to get way more involved. I read more

I wish I had seen the 2-start review before ordering. I ordered for curbside pickup. My first mistake? Giving a generous tip when paying for the meal ahead of time. It was not deserved. Second mistake? Being patient and waiting TEN extra minutes after my order should have been ready. I finally called into the store and he said he'd be right out. Several more minutes pass. He finally comes out and claims they were slammed with orders. I was the ONLY car waiting in the curbside parking! After listening to his excuses, I said "I certainly hope my food isn't cold." He responded, "It shouldn't be." He knew darn well my food would be cold because it was left sitting somewhere. I ordered cheese fries and it was like a solid brick. (BTW, I drove home in under ten minutes.) First and LAST time I will ever order curbside from that location. Additionally, I tried the mango and habanero chicken crispers. Not good, AT ALL! For a late night at Chili's on a Saturday they were pretty slow and understaffed. The waitress that seated and then waited on us was rather unpleasent and to be honest on something we are pretty sure if you know what I mean. My first impression of her wasn't good because she kept trying to get us to sit in the bar area, saying it's all the same service, but neither of us were drinking and wanted the quietness of the dining area. After we've ordered our food and have gotten our appetizer, which for guac was too salty, we proceeded to sit there for 20 mins without a single mention from anyone about our food or drink refills.....we ordered just water. The table behind us was having as much a bad time as we were being waited upon by the same waitress. She even lost their order slip after she took it and they had some pretty complicated orders which she kept trying to get them to simplify mind you. To top it off the burger my boyfriend ordered smelled funny. I know that wasn't because of the waitress...I hope. We did complain to management and he comped our food. It didn't make up for the wait or the funny smelling food which hopefully doesn't have us waking up to illness. I do usually love Chili's and hate to see such things happen or complain about them. Upon return home with my to-go order, I discovered that two of my meals were missing their side of fries and one of those meals was also missing its baked potato soup. I called the restaurant to let them know that I was on my way back, to which the worker on the phone explained to me that the fries were in small separate containers, and I said "no" and she said "what do you mean no?" So I explained to her again that the fries were not in my bag. She told me that she packed the fries herself. I told her I was on my way to the restaurant. When I arrived she apologized and got me fresh fries and explained that she did pack the fries, but failed to put them in my to-go bag. She offered me a free dessert but I declined because my food was home and getting cold. I hate to make a big deal of missing fries, but this location has forgotten an item in every curbside order I've placed since the pandemic started. I know times are hard right now, but it's frustrating to have to come back to the restaurant. We arrived during happy hour, the waiter described happy hour as cheap "crappy margaritas" and $1 off of draft beers, not cool. We ordered margaritas anyway and they were decent enough for $4. Chips brought out in a decent amount of time. Food came out fairly quick, everything tasted great, and the service checked on us regularly. Their presidente margaritas are an all time fave of mine along with their Mexican street corn side. Everything is always cooked to perfection. And I never leave without dessert. Very, very slow, unresponsive wait staff. Its been 15 minutes and Im still waiting for my side of sour cream. At each phase there was excessive delay. Not polite or friendly. Food was mediocre. I think our waitress went on break or quit, been waiting on check for 16 minutes and counting..... Also, an apparent former employee came to visit and no less than 5 staff sat with them--including an assistant manager, while we waited. One waiter brought out a dessert, sat and talked with them for a few minutes and then moved on with the dessert--not sure who ordered it but I'm thinking they would have appreciated it coming out right away. read more

Wow, chili's has changed so much. The food was decent like always BUT the service ...impeccable! They said the wait would be about 30 min. it was about 5. The hostess and waitresses were incredibly friendly, our drinks never got below half a cup, the food was out quick and all of that on top of being incredibly busy. The first server we had was really rude in a way, she wasn't saying anything she flipped threw my boyfriends menu over when he asked where the drinks were. When we ordered food she snatched the menus out of our hands. She gave us no napkins and we waited for a while for a refill... mind you she didn't have that many tables at all. She didn't say anything like your welcome wouldn't make eye contact and was just disrespectful.
