For the triple dipper, we paired the fried mozzarella with the honey chipotle mozzarella and the Nashville hot chicken tenders. It was a TON of appetizer. Where their appetizers could have improved was the tortilla chips were a bit oily. Our table ordered two Chipotle chicken bowls, one quesadilla salad, a chicken quesadilla meal, two kids meals and a fajitas trio. For 7 people dining, having a bill of $185.00 seemed pretty reasonable for our visit with what we ordered. I hadn't been to a chilis since college and told my husband we should go try the triple dipper after seeing all the tiktok videos. It did not disappoint! The mozzarella sticks were so delicious and the cheese pull on them was *chef's kiss*. The southwestern egg rolls were delicious and the green dip they came from tasted amazing! My husband got the big mouth bites and they brought it with bacon bits in it, which is why I docked a star bc we don't eat pork and waited a while for the food to come out to begin with. They did remake his entire plate, but it was just that much more of a wait. I also though the chips and salsa were included since one of the waiters just brought it out with our drinks so I was surprised to see the $7/8 added on to the bill for the chips and salsa. The menus looked like someone spilled juice on it and they allowed it to sit for a couple days. If you order any soup make sure you ask them to make it hot. While Chili's may not be the best restaurant in the world, they certainly can hold their own. A close friend of mine suggested we check out the Chili's in Clifton Park for lunch one day, and I was hesitant to say the least. Boy was I wrong. Everything we had was delicious and the free chips and salsa was just icing on the cake. So let's talk about it. First, the chips are thin, crispy, and freshly made. The salsa has a light kick to it, but nothing overpowering, and it's all free when you sign up for Chili's club. In fact, they're so good, that we sometimes go through two bowls of chips before our meal makes it out. Off the main menu, my favorites are the Mushroom Swiss Burger, and the Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Both are absolutely delicious. The latter comes with avocado, bacon, Swiss cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and Chipotle mayo. It's absolutely divine and after the chips, I usually can only eat half of the sandwich.So I also have the benefits of delicious leftovers! The burger has always been cooked to perfection, with Swiss cheese, sauteed onions and mushrooms, lettuce, and tomato. The burger always has that fresh grilled taste, and always hot and juicy. But most importantly (at least to me), are the french fries, which could make or break a meal. They're surprisingly delicious at Chili's. With a light coating of seasoning, salt and pepper, and I think they might be twice fried, because the outside is usually crispy with a soft inside. Chili's was an amazing restaurant. It had delicious food that was very impressive. We hadn't been there in a while so we decided to go there after a very dismal response from another restaurant but we gave this one to try because we figured it was close and didn't have a wait and we're glad we did. The food was spectacular. It was moist juicy and had great flavor. The service was pretty good as well. They were on top of things and delivered things to the table in a pretty good timely manner a couple times we had to try to reach out to our waitress and let them know we needed stuff, but other than that they were pretty much on the ball. The major problem that I had was the ambience it was extremely cold in that building. It was almost like they had the air conditioner on. When you go into a restaurant you're supposed to feel comfortable, you're supposed to be able to takeoff your jacket sit and enjoy your meal. My whole family had to wear their coats so they could be warm while eating their food. It's pretty sad when you are eating with your coats on lol but overall it was a very good experience and I will definitely be returning maybe in the summertime hopefully it's a little warmer. We ordered two apps(loaded boneless wings and crispy cheddar bites) and both were amazing! I can't wait to come back and get the cheddar bites again!! Came here for dinner with a friend and had a better than expected experience at this Chili's location. Our server Liam was very tentative, kind, and respectful throughout the night. He gave great recommendations as well as I was deciding on which options to get for the Triple Dipper. With the help from Liam, I got the Southwestern Eggroll, Boneless Wings, and Awesome Blossom Pedals which were essentially onion rings. No complaints with the food at all. I ordered chicken crispers and they were rather hard. Second i had ordered a margarita to go which my husband did not notice he didn't get until he got back home with our order. He called the location to speak with someone and was told by the manager that she couldn't refund it but would issue a gift card for the price. We live 20 mins away and it wasn't worth driving back to get one made. While she was taking care of it my husband could hear her talking to another employee mocking that we had called about a $5 drink. It was very unprofessional!
