Been a long time since we have been here and we were very pleased! Only reason not five stars was the service was not fantastic! Good was really good! We ordered two apps(loaded boneless wings and crispy cheddar bites) and both were amazing! I can't wait to come back and get the cheddar bites again!! For dinner I had the full rack of Ribs with the Dr Pepper barbecue sauce which I was not a huge fan of. The ribs were cooked perfect where the meat fell off the bones. Chili's is normally a favorite spot for me, especially for happy hour. Well, my boyfriend and I went here last Friday night and no one even came over to us after we were seated for more than 15 minutes. It was not packed to the point of there being a wait or anything; we were seated immediately so I have no idea what the deal was with ignoring us. Another waitress noticed the waitress for the section we were sitting in wasn't helping us so she came over and apologized profusely for the lack of service. She quickly got us drinks and chips and salsa for free that we did not even ask for as a gesture to make up for the lack of service. She was very kind and attentive and made up for the lack of service, as I said. We were getting ready to walk and go somewhere else when she came over to us. We were not charged for the drinks or chips and salsa. How nice of her! :) We were very appreciative of her kindness and because of her we will probably give them another chance. Wish I knew her name so I could give her a shout out here. We left her a nice tip to thank her for doing her job so well and going above and beyond, since her coworker clearly wasn't doing the work. She is the only reason I am giving this place four stars. read more

Quality of food not enough to overcome bad service and managment. Slow Saturday mid afternoon, three tables occupied (including us). Five minutes and waiter pops by, throws some silverware/napkin rolls on the table and says he'll be right back. Tem minutes later returns to take orders. Food eventually arrives. Still eating our entrees, waiter tosses bill on the table, say's "Whenever you're ready" and speeds off. A few minutes later another waiter comes by and asks if all is ok. I say no, we were thinking of desserts, but no one offered and we already have our check. Waiter returns and says sorry, company policy is to present check during entree and he doesn't want to seem pushy on selling desserts. Suggested we should have let him know we wanted dessert when we were ordering. Asked to speak to manager who agreed with waiter. Mrg explained this policy due to many complaints of delay in getting checks. I explained this policy cost him at least another $20 on the tab. He said didn't matter, it's our fault for not ordering everything in the beginning anyway. All this on a slow afternoon. read more

Another 20 minutes for a bowl of soup. Waited a half hour for a refill of water. Came here for a quick lunch and order clam chowder and shrimp cajun pasta. First my clam chowder came out cold and with no crackers. I had to ask for crackers and for my clam chowder to not to be cold. Okay fine that's no biggie, but then I get my Shrimp Cajun pasta with no shrimp but chicken instead. Okay sure mistakes happen I told them I do not eat meat and asked for shrimp, they said no problem they take care of it. You've guessed it under the shrimp there was chicken. They literally had taken the chicken off and threw pasta on top. Like jeez you weren't even decent enough to pick out all of the chicken. I sent it back and decided to have nothing. My father in law who was with me asked to speak to the manager who took a little while to arrive but when he did he vane with a "fresh pasta" apologizing and assuring us that this one was made correctly and he will take it off the bill and give me some gift cards. So, in conclusion, the cooks suck! The manager ended up taking everything off of the bill, I really appreciate him trying to fix it. But the solution to his problems is to get rid of the cook who tried to serve me the same pastas with chicken in it. read more

After watching other people with tables of two or three being seated we asked why we couldn't be seated. Even if we had to break up. Asked five minutes later to see a manager you was not at all apologetic but, said he was short staffed and finally had them seat us. A twenty minute wait with again barely anyone in the restaurant!!! After complaining to the waitress the manager then came out and said he'd do our appetizers free of charge. But, at that point we felt it was because we had complained to the waitress about the managers attitude. Restroom was in desperate need of attention and so was what you could see of the kitchen! Long wait with a full section of tables unused. When they finally sat us they put us in the unused section and at the very end by the bathrooms - not a great start. Then it took a little longer than it should for the food to come out and when it did it wasn't by our waitress at first and her helper couldn't figure out who's was who's. When our waitress came over to help she was putting her face right next to each (it was burger night - so we had 6 burgers). She still go it wrong. Not a huge deal until I took a bite - yuck, a cold burger. Apparently they took a little longer because they weren't delivered when the were done. There was fecal matter all over the toilets, paper towels and toilet paper all over the floors. I would hate to see the kitchen. The waitress did not give us plates for our appetizer. Also I believe that she lied about a long wait time for a refill on beer due to the keg being refilled. The waitress gave no other option to pay other than the electronic device on the table. Flagged down the waitress who after much shuffling around trying to find the right tablet swiped one of our two gift cards and handed me the tablet. I processed the rest of the transaction swiping both gift cards and verifying they were both empty and my credit card. Then checked the receipt and noticed we only got credit for one gift card. At this point we'd been at chili's for two hours which is about an hour too long. Food was standard for the franchise. Went with my husband on a fri evenimg around 7 pm. Sat in the lounge. The waitstaff seemed overwhelmed. It took about 15 min to get our drinks. Then we ordered. I ordered the new Santa fe crispers chicken salad. The waitress confirmed that the crispy chicken was the origional flavor, not spicey or bar b que. My husband ordered the crispers dinner that came with fries and corn. When my salad came, it had grilled chicken on top. I told the waitress that i said crispy chicken salad. She proceeded to tell me that they dont have a salad with crsipy chicken. I then opened the menu and showed her what i ordered. She responded witn "I guess we do have a crispy chicken salad". It would have been nice if she had paid attention to what I ordered, and know what is on the menu. So they brought me another salad, chicken was mostly breading, and one piece was not cooked through. My husband's chicken was fine, but the corn was tasteless, and the fries we rubbery. What is happening, Chilis? The food is usually better. This experience may have me never returning. read more

Use to come here when Chili's when they first open for their "2fors". (2 beers for the price of one) Came today to meet up with some friends for some lunch and 2fors. I order 2 bud lights for 3 bucks! Where else can you go and get 2, 10ounce draft beers for that price? I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries for lunch. Nothing special, but served it's purpose. They used to serve chips and salsa complimentary but not anymore. I was never a fan of them anyway. Their salsa is not good, all it is, is crushed tomato's with nothing else in it, very bland no flavor at all. There isn't another place in the area that you could go to for that type of beer specials. They always run a good special during the week for happy hour and apps also. read more

We stopped in around 6.30 on a Friday night. There was some line to be seated, but our group of 3 was seated quickly. Server was pleasant, attentive and on point. The boy and I had burgers and the husband had some fancy fries as a starter and a burrito for his meal. All of the food was cooked as requested, served hot and was tasty. Went here on a Friday night recently...this area is packed w/ chains/stores and traffic is crazy. Just trying to find the entrance was challenging, we drove past it and had to double back. Place was packed when we got there (7PM) and saw (belatedly) there was call ahead seating, JFYI. With a 30 minute wait we headed to the packed bar and fortunately two spots opened up so we just ate there. They have a 2-for-1 drink special (except Sam Adams) and my wife and got both got beer. I saw they honored it for mixed drinks as well. We ordered guacamole - I noticed that the menu had described 'tableside prep', but ours came out in a little bowl already made. Maybe this tableside prep is not available at the bar? The chips were good, seemed to be fresh, made onsite. I went 'healthy' and ordered the chicken margarita Lighter Choice. I commented to my wife that it seemed to taste 'salty'. Well, later, I checked their nutrition menu and it contains 2450mg of sodium....the RDA is 2400. So much for eating healthy. My wife had steak and chicken fajitas. The amount of meat was pretty low but it actually made my wife happy as many places bring too much. We skipped dessert. read more

The hostess and 2 waitresses were amazing! The food was great the service was friendly! I got the Cajun chicken pasta....it wasnt very spicy. We have never had a bad experience here. The Fajita Trio is the bomb. We are always greeted when we walk in. We are regulars so we keep coming back because of the staff and food. My wife likes the two for one Margaritas, but I can't drink beer anymore because I had a gastric bypass . The experience my family encountered in this branch is more on a specific server that serve my family VERY POORLY in our last 2 visits. 1st visit, we were basically rushed out the door and they expected a 20% tip by blaming the machine. And I quote "the machine automatically adds a 20% tips" then just stood over me while I pay for the bill on those table kiosk machine. 2nd visit, yes we got the same server again unfortunately, but I figured anyone deserves a 2nd chance. IT GOT WORSE! Took our order and never saw them again UNTIL it was time to pay the bill. Another server brought out the apps and a 2nd different server brought out our entree and refilled our drinks. What really gets me is, I witnessed this said server pulling the same trick (on 1st visit) to the customers next to our table THEN tried to do it again on my bill by proceeding to grab the tablet kiosk on our table and check us out without asking...REALLY??? OH...HECK NO!!! This is not happening AGAIN. Chili's management, this unfortunately makes your brand and branch look bad. Maybe an AUDIT is in order. This particular server is ABUSING the system and getting away with it while on your watch. I hope one bad apple doesn't spoil the whole barrel. Went in to apply for a job about 2 months ago, the place looked gross but it was late in the day so I figured they were just busy and would clean up at the end of the night. Went in to eat and the place was again disgusting this time around early afternoon. My brother had been working there for months and when I asked about it he said it is worse in the kitchen and bathrooms. His GM embarrassed him in front of the whole restaurant, warranted or not that is unprofessional and customers don't want to see that. Brother reported these guys and surprise, they failed an inspection. Now the GM has lied to the State Department to keep him from collecting unemployment(Has a job now, was temp), but this guy clearly has a vendetta and keeps showing how he is as unprofessional as his business is run. read more
