I had a Chili's craving, obviously, the triple dipper. First, the man who seemed to be the manager, was especially helpful on this night, a lot for us seemed to go wrong. The wait person was okay, overly friendly at some points, and super annoyed with us at other points, and refused to acknowledge me as I tried to say thank you and good bye. I understand it was an overwhelming night, but we did not know it was homecoming for the area. Tons of people here this night. It was a Saturday, which is probably always busy, but since it was homecoming, there were lines out the door. We got seated quickly and things started off fine. We got drinks, server was nice. One child and my husband had some specifics on their orders, but nothing too crazy. My husband did not want bacon on the sliders, and my child wanted to add a few items to her chicken sandwich. When I got my triple dipper, the chicken crispers were so tiny, they looked like little nuggets. When I said something, they told me they curl up in the fryer. They were not curled, they were basically one nugget cut into four pieces. Not sure if it is evident in my photo, but if you look at their photo with large tenders, mine is one tender in parts. My husband's sliders came plain and my daughter had missing toppings they were were charged for. I felt, bad. We did need to ask the server for things like more napkins, a drink refill, boxes, but she seemed very stressed and a bit mad, even though these are normal things I ask for in a restaurant. I know it was busy, I also tried to ask other people around who were helping, but it kept on getting put on her. I did not get all of the sauces I ordered on the first run, so in asking for what we ordered, it seemed to put more and more work on her. I felt bad, but since all of the orders were not correct, what could I do. They did fix my husband's burgers, but they did not fix the tiny chicken or bring the cheese my child wanted. I do appreciate all of their help, but not sure I will be back to this location. Probably go back to Auburn Hills instead. read more

Food: 5/5 we got chips and salsa, Cajun pasta, chicken crispers, the chipotle fresh mex bowl, and two burgers. Food was hot and tasted good, no complaints here Service: 4/5 nothing against the server, as she seemed to be running the entire seating in the bar area beside the bar itself. I just wish she would have checked in a bit more. For the fact that they have food runners running all the drinks and food, you'd think she'd have more free time than other restaurants without food runners. That being said, overall, she was very nice and did well when she did check in. I like the tablet system cause it speeds up the process of getting drinks, apps, and food. Ambiance of experience: 1/5 because I think the worst part was that the lady running the bar was SO LOUD. She did not stop talking the entire time we were there, and it was the main conversation occurring since we couldn't hear anyone else's conversations in the area, even while sitting near a few other tables. Staying at yet another hotel and ordering off of Uber eats. This place is pretty solid. I ordered the chicken and shrimp Alfredo Cajun style. The garlic bread tasted fresh, and the pasta was in line to a dish that I've had years ago from either Applebee's or Ruby, Tuesday's, some kind of a New Orleans pasta etc. etc. etc. Nice job guys. I grade on a sliding scale. It's Chili's folks so if the meal meets expectations and is slightly better, I give it four stars. read more

Service was fine. My waitress was a great helper and server. The food? Opposite end of the spectrum. Ordered the full slab of ribs with mac and cheese. They are at least 10-15% smaller than the image they use to sell them to you in the menu. Probably because they have been cooking all day? I don't know. What I do know is I dropped $27 on a slab of ribs that I won't soon forget for being way over done. I ate as much as I could of them, because I was damn hungry. The Mac and Cheese? Gross. Today I add my continued review on chili's, the big thing is the change in their menu but it might not be so bad. Usually my wife and I would order a special dinner combo off the last page of the menu for three columns of different prices for three choices in appetizers main entree and two choices for dessert. The beverage was extra. Now, it's basically a choice between two beverages non alcoholic and alcoholic with a choice of entrees and a side order, no dessert. At separate prices kind of like ala carte.With the current economy I really wasn't upset because I and my wife could order different items knowing the price, we were going to be charged. John, our waiter did an excellent job serving our needs. Kyle, one of the assistant servers was obviously a hard worker and great asset helping get the dishes out to the patrons. Are, continues over the years to be the best Chili's manager. He is proactive making sure every guest was taken care of and with his leadership the place runs smoothly. I loved my Cajun shrimp pasta. My wife was not thrilled with whatever spice that was too strong for her taste to her chicken fajitas. She has eaten this item before with no problem but it could be the day and the cook that prepared the meal. She just does not like spicy food. This is a fluke I think so we'll come back and try it again. I love dining here so we shall see but other then that this dining experience is truly worth your time. This was the first time I've been in a big chain sit-down restaurant in a long time. I'm also pretty certain that it was my first time at a Chili's restaurant. More and more I think the big chain restaurants are going by the way side for a few obvious reasons. Most notably, the food isn't as tasty as it's made to look in commercials or on the menu. I will say that service here was pretty good though. I didn't catch her name but our server was pretty on the ball. It must be getting hard to make food taste as good as a marketing department can make it look in menus. We ordered the skillet queso dip, some sliders and a bacon burger. From the time we ordered it the dip was literally on our table within 60 seconds. I don't know about you but that's a red flag in my book. I appreciate fast service but this was clearly already prepped in a window waiting for the next order. It wasn't overly hot and looked more like it had been spooned into a lukewarm skillet and dropped at our table rather than actually getting bubbly hot in a skillet under a broiler. Whats' the point of a "skillet" queso if it's not brought out at scalding temps?! It was also less of a cheesy dip and more of a brownish cheese gravy type dip. My wife liked it though, so fair enough. Her sliders came out plated as four individual slider patties laid onto the four corners of a 4 piece slider bun that was still completely intact as one big bun. They were supposed to have sauteed red onions on them per the picture and menu description but came out with bacon instead of onions. They were OK if a little dry and well done. My bacon burger was also OK. The burger was cooked nicely and it was juicy but it was bland as if they didn't season the patty before they grilled it. The brioche bun looked fantastic on my plate but it was really dry. Our fries were great though. All that said nothing really tanked but nothing made us want to come back either. It was an OK enough experience so if you're really into Chili's this is probably a decent location. read more

If you're in the area of Brighton, I would stop by this Chili's if I was you. You will not be disappointed with this decision. read more

​This location used to have great food. Since covid you cannot get a burger cooked correctly. I have spoken to a manager and the staff the​ last five or six times that I have ordered. The burger is either completely burnt on both sides or one side. I ordered this week and the burger was burnt on one side and well done as opposed to medium rare . And, I ordered chicken nachos and there was no jalapenos and no cheese! I checked the order before I left and asked the employee about the cheese on the nachos and she checked with the kitchen and I guess they ran out of cheese. I said well there's cheese on my burger and so can you give me sliced cheese and I proceeded to put the sliced cheese on the nachos myself at the restaurant before leaving. The service here is just not good, as well as, the food anymore! It's really sad because Chili's has the best burgers! And amazing fries. The boyfriend and I decided to come out to Brighton for dinner and we chose Chili's. We were not impressed. The wait was short for a Friday night and the hostesses were nice but once we were seated the issues started. First of all i could barely touch my menu. It was sticky on the outside and once opening it I found a giant glob of who knows what on the inside, after getting a new one myself, we ordered drinks. My boyfriend ordered a $5 margarita which came to the table with no straw and no lime (not a big deal) but then the waitress came back by with her hand completely over the straw & finger over where his mouth would go, set it in his drink almost getting her fingers in the margarita and then walked away. Now for the food.. I ordered shrimp tacos and my boyfriend ordered a medium steak. The tacos arrived with brown avocados on them and the steak arrived rare. The steak was sent back and fixed and we did speak with a manager at the end of the meal who said if we needed anything else to let him know. But at that point we just wanted to cash out and leave. With a broken ziosk at our table and our waitress working with another table, we got up and asked for a new ziosk so that we could leave. Moral of the story, our service was was sub par (after ordering the food the waitress said "do you need anything else, I won't be back for a while"") and the food needs a little more care put into it. read more

Ordered the "Santa Fe Chicken Salad" last week and it was delivered by DoorDash. See the photos below. The restaurant prepared and sent a box of wilting lettuce, topped with a couple diced tomatoes and a couple tortilla strips. The rest was just old iceberg. On top were three slimy, black/brown and shriveled pieces of what I assume was once avocado. DISGUSTING! Entire salad was not edible DoorDash refunded but the restaurant takes zero responsibility as does their corporate office. I emailed them, facebooked messaged too, only to be told it's not their issue because it was delivered via DoorDash. So they choose to pass the blame to the delivery service rather than the employees and restaurant who prepared the "salad". Shameful. Sending these photos off the the Heath Department and certainly won't be ordering or going to Chili's again. Inexcusable. read more

My fiancé and I went here on 2/8/23 and the service was horrible. our server barely checked in on us, She brought us the wrong appetizer, when we finally got the right appetizer the big bites were quite literally raw they looked cooked on the outside but as soon as I starting eating I realized about halfway through mine that it was raw. At first it looked like it was cooked to medium, which would've been fine, but when I looked down, it was literally raw. we cut my fiancés slider in half and it was also raw. we never got refills on our drinks, I also had a Togo drink that I never received. We waited over 20 minutes for 2 to go boxes. I will not be going back to this location until they get it together. read more

I don't do reviews on restaurants as a general policy, but the meal at Chili's in Brighton was so bad that I feel compelled to say something. Dirty silverware, no napkins, greasy chips started the meal. Greasy, and overcooked meat, old corn on the cob, or corn on the cob that was cooked when frozen. Greasy and old french fries , and the meal was cold. Does the kitchen ever clean fryers? The oil is old and dark which made the onion rings and french fries we ordered dark and greasy with an aftertaste. I ordered a $20.00 and a $20.00 steak should be 1/4 inch thick after being grilled, not to mention greasy and mushy tasting. All I wanted to do was get out of there. The manager offered us 2-free meals, but no way am I ever going back there for another meal. read more
