It had been awhile since I've been to a Chili's & I'm glad we went. We had a great meal at a great price! The place was bustling with customers at 5pm on a Saturday. Fun music of the 70s & 80s was playing & sports was being broadcasted on TVs that were in every corner. We were seated right away to a comfy & spacious booth. The service was outstanding, from our friendly Server who checked on us regularly to the Manager who asked how everything was & even to another Manager who asked if we needed a beverage refill. For the last 50 years Chili's has been serving up a variety of dishes - especially known for their Baby Back Ribs. But today we ordered the "3 for Me"...you pick a beverage, a starter & a main entree for only $10.99. We both picked sodas, one of us a salad, (that we split), the other starter was chips & salsa & we both had The Big Smasher Burger. The salad was a good size, however some of the lettuce was wilted. The chips were warm & delicious & they came in a great big bowl with a a yummy salsa. Our burgers were juicy & flavorful served with a lot of tasty fries. We had so much food we needed to-go containers. Our Server asked if we wanted fresh chips & salsa for home (which we did), even offering to make our sodas to-go as well. Took the "Bar" Out of Chili's Grill and Bar I stop at Chili's for a late lunch almost every Sunday. It is my routine. Today I sat down, ordered my go to beer, and the bartender told me they do not carry it anymore. So I looked up at the taps. Over half of them were gone. Empty handles. The bartender confirmed it: they pulled the beer and now only a couple of tap options are left. And here is the kicker. The bar was empty. On a Sunday. That never happens. I reached out to a regular and he told me flat out he will not be coming back. His words: if they do not have beer, they will not have customers. He is right. You cannot call yourself "Chili's Grill and Bar" and then gut the bar. If you are stripping away the adult beverages, you might as well drop the word "bar" from the sign altogether. That is false advertising at this point. Haha! I left without eating or drinking a single thing. Walked right out and went to Applebee's instead, where I got my beer and my meal with no problem. I've been to this location a few times and each time same outcome. I understand they're short staffed and our waitress did the best she could. Part of me thinks they should close down half the restaurant and only open up the bar section. This possibly could help out with the waitstaff from running all over the place. I didn't even receive food from this location and the shift manager Juana & store manager Steve lied about processing a refund from an order that was cancelled on March 7th. Between the two of them, neither can figure out how to process a refund. The company that franchises to them don't even have working phones. Living east of the airport; we don't have a ton of dinning options. That being said the BF and I have come to this Chili's location our fair share of times and they are sure "A-OK". The Atmosphere: Pretty typical Chili's. There's ample parking. The bar area has tvs all around; making it a great place to catch the game. The Drinks: Well I'm sure everyone knows by now that Chili's offers all day happy hour (in the bar). They serve up some tasty margaritas and boozy beverages for sure! Chili's has the standard beers on tap including Blue Moon, Fat Tire, Coors, and more. The Food: I've had it all! From burgers, to chicken enchiladas, to chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and more! I am def a big fan of the southwestern eggrolls and the bottomless chips and salsa. It all hits the spot, but isn't really anything to right home about. It's consistent. Which is great! The Service: No matter where you are seated: bar or main dinning area, you get consistently good service. I typically find myself in the bar area more frequently than the dinning area. Servers all tend to be pretty attentive and friendly. The Price: Pricing is on point for the value you get. Portion sizes are large too. They even offer a "Dinner for Two" meal option that includes an appetizer, two entrees, and dessert for $22!! Can't beat that! Then they show the "in-thing" technology, like the "ordering TABLET" if you want to order your Appetizers or Play Games online etc. YES, they are in the technology, but that "TABLET" alone took up a lot of space for our so call cramp dining table. A lady came and took it and about 7 minutes later another waitress came over to take an order and didn't even know about the order we made earlier. 45 minutes later I got my corona finally and 6 minutes later got my food. Pretty average place, the service was decent and our waiter was nice, cracked a few jokes and kept it light. Food seemed very microwaved, I'm not stating that it is the case, just how it seems because certain foods will come out a bit odd like the cheese fries, either they undertook the fries or the microwaving to melt the cheese makes the fries soggy, not sure. I havent eaten at chilis for years now, so for the past month ive been traveling for work and chilis was one of the restaurants that was near my hotel. They have an online ordering system that lets to you place an order ahead of time so that you can just pick it up and go. THe food is decent, nothing fancy just your typical burgers and other grilled items. Over the past few weeks ive had the bonless chicken wings, the bone in chicken wings, the monterey chicken, honey chipotle crispers, and the mango tilapia. I prefer the bone in wings vs the boneless wings, really only because dark meat over white meat. You get about 8 wings per order, 4 lil drums and 4 wing pieces with celery sticks and your choice of blue cheese or ranch dressing. I wasnt a big fan of the monterey chicken, it came out a little dry, but i did enjoy the sides of the mashed potatoes and the corn on the cob. THe honey chipotle crispers were good but the sauce was a little too sweet. Next time i will probably order the regular chrispers and ask for a side of bbq. I was impressed with the mango tilapia. Probably the best dish so far, and pretty healthy interms of calorie count. It came with a side of rice and brocolli. The tilapia was grilled and topped with mango and avacado. Overall the value is decent, especially if you sign up for their email club, you usually get coupons for free dessert or appetizer with an entree order. Works out pretty good if your not ordering from the 2 for $20 menu, which is a good value. read more

DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT!!! Let's start by saying there was one of those little creamers on the floor that was crushed and splattered all over. After an hour of it being on the floor we asked that it get cleaned up. The server looked at us and couldn't believe we asked to have it cleaned up. She took towels whipped them around ON THE FLOOR, DIDN'T WASH HER HANDS then proceeded to grab menus. She didn't even get a clean wet towel to clean up the stickiness. Second, NONE OF THE TABLES AROUND US THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE WERE BUSSED! We couldn't believe it! Two plus hours with tables filled with dishes all around us and never bussed. Third, we sat there for over an hour waiting for food when the server came over to tell us the soup my daughter ordered was out. The food wasn't very good. When I first went in, I sat at the bar and was so disappointed with the service, I went into the regular dining room. Never been to this place before and the bartender seemed to have an attitude or something. It felt like I was getting the could shoulder and she didn't want me there. I made it a point to be extra nice to make sure I wasn't perceiving wrongly. She wouldn't make eye contact, never responded when I said thank you or anything. Normally I would've left a restaurant at this point, but it was the only place offering table service in the area, so I went to the dining room. The waitress I had there was fine. She even charged my phone for me. It's been a few years since I've been to Chili's since there are none where I live. But the food just really wasn't good. My chicken fajitas we terrible and the taste and texture of the chicken seemed like it was precessed chicken, not a real chicken breast. My asparagus still had the inedible stems and were over cooked. Guacamole was pretty bland too. I'm not a fan of the Applebee's chain, but damn I had better food with them, than Chili's. Sadly, tonight's visit was subpar. My server, seemed to be distracted and disinterested from the git go. After bringing me my drink order, she disappeared for 10 minutes. When she returned to take my entree order, she never appeared to write it down, or take note of it. I found this very odd. When, my food arrived, correctly prepared as I ordered it I might add, I asked for a glass of ice water. After that, she disappeared again. Not even a quarter of the way through my meal, she came to ask if I wanted a box for my food. When I declined, she seemed miffed. Was she in a hurry to leave? Then, she disappeared for the rest of the night, never to be seen again. After I paid my check on the kiosk, I had to track down another server, at the end of my meal, to request a to go box, to take my remaining food home. I also requested to speak to a manager. I informed the manager of my disappointment, in my server, and her abandonment of me after my meal was served. The manager offered her apology, but I declined her kind offer of any additional service or gratuity. I just wanted out of there. And I left. As a Chili's Rewards member, I expected better service and more attentiveness from my server. Sorry, this Chili's establishment has lost me as a customer. read more

Pre-ordered Curbside to go, had to go in to get my order. Things were crammed into boxes together smashing other food. To go orders should have cold (ice cream) separate from hot (cake).
