bad wait staff, they have messed up our order the last 2 times we went, ribs were old, hard and gross, we sent them back and they brought more that were barely any better. it took 20 minutes to get napkins and, salads are even worse! In a,world of fine dining and gastropubs it's hard for a corporate chain to compete. I'm giving Chili's the 4th star specifically because of the bar staff. They are friendly and quick. I like the chips and salsa, and the 2 for $20 ain't a bad deal. read more

Went there the other day for a late lunch. I ordered the 6oz sirloin, broccoli, and loaded mashed potatoes. First off I ordered a medium rare steak and I got a medium well steak. That pissed me off but the broccoli was very Peppery but still delicious as well as the potatoes. So the kiddos and I typically love Chilis, but yesterday was so bad we will not be going back...ever. It was a Saturday at 3 in the afternoon and the place was not that busy. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table because all of the tables were dirty and just sitting there. After we are seated we sat and waited, and waited, and waited... Meanwhile I have two kids who are starving!! After a 20 minute wait without a server coming to greet us or take our orders we got up and left. We were traveling and stopped here for dinner - the food was wonderful,one of the best steaks I have had. Our waitress Tiffany was wonderful and very attentive. And when she was busy her team mate (they manage areas in a team of 2) was picking up any slack - my beverage was never empty. Probably the best experience with wait staff I have ever had. Having lunch with the wife. Food was totally sub-par. Received wrong soup and it was like Campbell's cheese soup and baked potato soups combined with bacon and cheeses sprinkled on top. Not bad, but certainly FAR from delicious and totally NOT what I ordered. The poor excuse for "salsa" was nothing more than thinly disguised watered down tomato sauce with inadequate seasoning to attempt authenticity. Ordered a side of guacamole because the salsa was so, ugh. Oh my! I think the avocados were ready to be thrown out; the guacamole tasted "dead" and old. Added salt and it helped ever so slightly. Salad was fine, so was the coke and tea. Couldn't even contemplate staying any longer for gaming on the table kiosk at think about dessert. I guess Chili's is forever off my list. Disgusting attempt to serve Mexican or Latin American food and a total failure at that. Maybe they should try gardening instead; the grounds were beautiful. read more

I ordered curbside pick up a while back. I placed my online order at 11:15 am and said I would be there at 12:05 pm. Followed the directions to the letter including texting the restaurant , "I'm here." as instructed at 12:08. Waited over 5 mins. NOTHING. Went inside to ask where my order was, no one to ask. I tried to flag down a couple of waitresses, none of them would stop or make eye contact. When I finally got someone they checked my order and said it was "missed", meaning it was never made. I explained that I only get half an hour for lunch. Waitress that I dealt with apologized and gave me $15 worth of gift cards since, "The card was already run and we can't refund it". I check the cards today to see if they were actually valid, they were not. Chili's, for as many times as I see your ads on TV I would expect better. Count my experience as a FAIL. read more

Placed an online order for pick up. When I called they were completely unorganized. When I picked it up, it took forever for them to take my card and get my receipt. The food tasted like it had all been fried in the same day old grease. I don't recommend and I won't return. read more

This is one of my favorite chain restaurants but this one is terrible tonight. My steak is over cooked and I have never had a bad one at Chili's. My rice was so hard it didn't seem cooked at all. If it wasn't for $5 presidente margaritas for national margarita day I actually may have left. Not a great experience for the first time sadly! read more

My wife and I visited there today. Our server (I believe her name was Maggie was great, although she forgot to bring out my salad before the meal) Upon arrival I sat and waited for almost 10 minutes before being greeted or even being offered water by a member of the staff who had been sitting at the bar watching football for that approximate 10 minutes. He came over, didn't even apologize, and then handed us off to Maggie? the rest of the time. My salad was 60% or so of cheese and tomatoes. The food was very heavy and wasn't quite as tasteful as previous times. My wife and I were very disappointed and normally eat at Chilis all the time but this time was extremely disappointing. Disappointed in the manager. We went to celebrate my brother's birthday tonight because he loves the skillet cookies. They happened to be out and we asked for a coupon for 1 free skillet cookie and were denied. We were a large party with a big bill and felt like that was not asking too much. We stopped here after a 10 hour drive from Florida. We waited at the front counter for 4 minutes before finally the bartender greeted us and seated us in the dining area. We had made eye contact with our server several times and she was just ignoring us.. even sat in a booth with her back to us. (we noticed she done this with several other patrons after us). It was obvious she hates her job. We ordered chips and salsa... the chips were soaked in oil and the salsa was watered down and tasted sour... so that was a waste of money. We have eaten at several Chili's over the past month, while traveling, and always get the bacon burger and fries..... other Chili's were great... this one was horrible. The burgers each had a half slice of bacon on them, where other Chili's put a nice stack of bacon on top. The buns were so hard, we had to remove them and eat our burgers with a knife and fork. Our fries were served on a piece of paper on a tray.... we were lucky to get 8 or 10 fries each. Other patrons had a basket full of fries. Our receipt didn't print from the kiosk, server said she'd bring us the receipt from the "kitchen", then she never returned. So we left, disappointed and zero tip. We have never neglected to leave a tip.... but in this case it was not deserved. read more

The hostess was so rude to us because we had our infant daughter in a car seat. They tried to put us in a booth and her car seat wouldn't fit so they got an attitude with my husband when he asked if we could move to a different table. So they put us in a table and brought a sling for us to put her in. Well they stuck our daughter on one side of the table in the car seat sling and us on the other with her facing away from us. So I got up and moved the chairs around and moved the sling because I didn't like the way she was facing strangers instead of us and I decided to sit on the same side as our daughter. The hostess comes over when we're trying to sit down and says do you need help with a very displeased tone in her voice. I have never been treated as an inconvenience for having a small child at a restaurant until now. I could understand if she was screaming but she was sleeping and much more quiet than most of the guest at the restaurant. We will not be back. read more
