I would not waste my time coming here. I sat at the bar, ordered a my food almost straight away, Ron was serving at the bar and I waited over 30 minutes for a shrimp fajita. I never received an apology, the issue was brought to the bartenders attention and the problem was never rectified. Visiting this establishment was a mistake and I wouldn't recommend this place in the slightest. To-go is never anything but trouble! I ordered Thursday (02/14/19) night and made the mistake of trusting the staff that they would provide me with a correct order. I was missing multiple items and received an appetizer that I didn't order and was terrible when I tried to eat it. I don't know why I ever try to customize my order. In addition to this, I attempted to call to speak with a manager to address this issue, I was cut off the first time - so naturally, I called back. This time I was told by the same staff who answered the phone the first time that the manager is unavailable and couldn't get to the phone. She took my name and phone number and told me the manager would call me. The call never came. Wanted to trust them, and won't do it again. Very disappointed in the food, order received, and the customer service on every level. Bummer! I can not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Asked when the food was going to be ready (I didn't want to crowd the small to go lobby during covid). They ended up hanging up in my face. I came inside and their excuse was "they're busy." Ate at the bar with wife today about 3PM. Food, drinks and bartender Christina service were very good AND GETS A 5. Very disappointed to see people being seated and walking around the restaurant with no masks. 2 guys without masks walked in and sat at the bar much less than 6 feet from us. Staff members came up and were hugging them as they were likely regulars. We paid and got out of there. We were told we could not pay with credit card without us using the tablet unit. Who knows how clean it was. We could not wait to get in our car to get some hand sanitizer. This Chili's management is not taking Covid safety seriously. Look at all the bad reviews! We ordered delivery last night. The food was delicious,packaged neatly with plastic ware. They include plenty of condiments. We received our food about 25 mins earlier than expected. Our favorite new delivery spot. The price was also exceptional for a family 4 . Chili's has never been one of my go-to places, but it's close to our house, so we decided to try again. Very disappointing. I ordered the margarita flatbread salad. It was disgusting, and served on a plate. The mixed greens were swimming in dressing, and the "flatbread" was greasy and had so much sauce on it, even the kids didn't want to eat it. My husband's dry-rubbed ribs were way too salty. My son liked his double bacon burger and fries, but was disappointed that it wasn't double-bacon, but rather double-beef. The 4 of us shared a half order of loaded fries as an appetizer. Oh, wait, it was a "full" order. The only thing they were loaded with was grease. Bailey, our server, went through the "experienced server" motions, and came to check on us. If she was attentive, or cared at all about her tip, and the food she was serving, she would have gotten a clue that I was dissatisfied with the salad, when I asked what the puddle of green cream was all over the "flatbread". Or she would have noticed my blank stare, when she asked how everything was... Or when she went to take my husband's plate away, and I stopped her saying, I'll finish his dinner. Or even when she cleared the table, avoiding eye contact with me, as she removed the same plate with the same food she placed in front of me not 15 minutes ago. I think we're pretty good tippers (usu. 30%), but she received 12% (and probably went on to complain about her tips to the other servers. (Yes, a millennial.) The service was good. The drinks (fountain drinks) were good. That's about the end of it. My burger was not cooked to temp. The pulled pork was flavorless. I found a piece of aluminum foil on the under side of the bun. It was not a good quality meal. Its unfortunate. I really wanted this place to be good. I guess I've learned my lesson. Went in for a bite before flying home. Service was okaybut that's about it. I ordered the burger sliders while my GF ordered just a cheese burger. I would suggest to the cook a few thing's. First, that thing in your hand, it's called a spatula. Try using it to turn the burgers over once on a while. They're called burgers and sliders for a reason, not hockey pucks. I got my food to go and when I got back to my hotel and was about to eat my burger I noticed it was molded. It's bad enough to have molded bread but molded meat? This is ridiculous! Usually love Chili's but the last few times we've been to this one in Arden, NC it has been awful. We ordered the chips and salsa to start and the chips were stale. Then my daughter's chicken fingers tasted reheated. I had the Cajun pasta and the "Alfredo" sauce was so bad I gagged. My family and I ordered through Doordash at 5:00 . Waited for our food till 7 and looked where our food was. It said 7:30. no biggie. what was a problem was that another doordash driver picked up the wrong order, which was ours, which we only discovered because the driver called us after dropping it off at the wrong house. We called chili's, was offered to talk to the manager because the hostess didn't know what to do, was put on hold for 10 minutes before the manager answered. Described our predicament and wondered if our food was going to be remade. nope, of course it wasn't. They basically said that once it leaves the door it's no longer their problem. cool that's nice that they don't check who's picking up the correct order. I am a Veteran. I went here tonight with my family for Veteran's Day for their promotion. I ordered the Margarita grilled chicken. That was one of the best dishes I ever had. Compliments to the chef. I have never given such a low score to a restaurant before. We ordered chips and salsa to start with. The salsa came out and we thought there had been a mistake. It was pure liquid, watery, tomato juice. We questioned the server & he informed us the prep kitchen had messed up and forgot to drain the tomatoes so it was just really watered down. You basically just dipped a chip i to red tinted water. It was awful! The server said that was all they had. I couldn't believe they were 1)serving it & 2)charging people for it! Next my daughter ordered the kid's chicken pasta alfredo. It was dry. I ordered the triple dipper with honey-chipotle chicken crispers, original crispers & southwestern eggrolls. The original crispers were huge BUT they were soggy. It looked like they had been reheated in The microwave. The honey chipotle were good but they only gave me 2 tiny pieces. Eggrolls were good. The ranch dressing had chunks which when I fished them out, tuned out to be an olive, corn, and a red pepper. At least it was edible pieces?! To top off the visit, my husband paid at the table kiosk and the machine shredded the receipt as it spit it out. :) Oh well. Next time! Was here for a late lunch on a Friday. It was slow so the service was great. Food was good. Hot and fresh. I always like the salsa and chips. Bacon burger was good, fries were Great! I go once a week to the airport rd location ,always get the same thing , fajitas. Last 3 or 4 times the meat is over cooked and they are not consistent on the quantity of ingredients. But always great time and service , the real reason for this review is, I always sit at the tables in the bar area . I always go with a freind. So if you go and the 3 tables on the right are occupied, and you ask for a table they tell u to sit at the bar ? Most times there are not to stools available together . So literally 4 feet from the other end of the bar are 3 or 4 high tops . 4 feet from the bar but you can't sit there ???? I guess they want you to ask someone at the bar to switch places or move over rather than letting you take a table 4 feet from the bar . This has happened 5 times and I'm really getting sick of it , 3 weeks ago they pulled the same shit on 2 guys before me as they walked to the high top table as bar was full, bar person told them they could not sit there and they got up and walked out the door . The place was nearly empty and our orders were taken and we thought had been forgotten. tried to order a mojito and was advised that the bar had no mint. Settled tor water. Food finally showed up - the shrimp in the shrimp fajitas was mushy and almost tasteless. The rice was like boiled birdshot, and cold. The bowl of beans was tasty enough, but cooler than expected. My order was the half rack of ribs - light on sauce and drier than I like. Only accompaniment was some very good french fries. We won't be going back. The food was OK at best, service was horrible and included a mismatched bill, a near completely different entree than what I ordered and a server who was an obsolete dingbat who was seemingly overworked and inconsolably sad, poor guy. My roommate and I went in for the first time in about a year on 1/23/2022 and were greeted with a long list of poor customer service. To begin with the host didn't greet us but immediately asked how many were in our party. she sat us and it took our waiter 15 minutes to come to the table. once we got our drinks he took our order and it took about 40 minutes to receive our food. in that time we sat with our drinks empty. when our appetizer finally came out it was burnt and there was a hair in the ranch. the hair matched the long beard for our waiter who was unmasked and coughing. we didn't see him again until the check came. the lady who brought our meals was nice but both our orders were messed up. my roommate ordered 2 sides of fries with her steak entree and they gave her not even one. the forgot her sour cream and don't get me started on the look, smell, and taste of what they tried to tell us was steak. i ordered chicken crispers which were just soggy undercooked grease piles. i ordered two sides of fries and they brought me fries and corn. I asked for my other side of fries and it took her 20 minutes to bring them out. Not to mention there being hair once again in my sides of ranch. Then two waiters walked by and coughed directly on my food! I'm not crazy about covid precaution but that's just disgusting. we're in winter and there are other bugs and viruses going around. If your not feeling well wear a mask or don't go into work. You weren't working anyways. We got the 2/$25 but by the time we'd started our first bite of our entree we were ready for the check. We asked our waiter for the check and it took him 15 minutes to pull it up. we paid $33.15 for the worst restaurant experience i've ever had. My roommate and I got home and she immediately started having diarrhea and feeling sick to her stomach. she has been up on and off all night puking and other bodily functions. She is currently in the bed unable to really get up or keep anything down. A terrible experience and disgrace to what used to be one of our favorite restaurants. read more

Went there the other day for a late lunch. I ordered the 6oz sirloin, broccoli, and loaded mashed potatoes. First off I ordered a medium rare steak and I got a medium well steak. That pissed me off but the broccoli was very Peppery but still delicious as well as the potatoes. We were traveling and stopped here for dinner - the food was wonderful,one of the best steaks I have had. Our waitress Tiffany was wonderful and very attentive.
