I was a bit frustrated with having to go to the counter twice about the bowl. However, the gentleman at the register & the Manager immediately remade the bowl. They were experiencing a rough day overall due to a BOGO promo & some rude customers, so I understand their frustration. I know that working in fast food with the public can be stressful & very tiring. I've never had an issue here with my food so instead of complaining, I really want to shout them out & say thank you!!!

Was told they were also out of: fajitas, sofritas, chips, salad dressing, tomatoes, corn, last scoop of guac. Mind you over an hour before they close and they shut the grill down knowing they were out of literally every meat. Then was told there's "no toilet paper and the bathrooms are dirty." If you don't want to work then don't get a job. If you're open until 10 you shut the kitchen down at 9:30 not 8:30. Just ridiculous.

The space itself is pretty small too, so it's more of a grab and go place. The Neighborhood Bird bowl was a HUGE portion. It was kind of spicy but the pickled onions helped even it out. I also tried the ancho chile pork bun. The bun itself tasted amazing,but it was a bit difficult to eat. The bottom got pretty soggy while the top bun was thick and tall, so it kind of fell apart while eating.

The short version is you won't find better bagels dine in or to go in the area. Their menu is well designed with a decent variety of options without being overwhelming or trying to do too much. As a regional chain, they have several locations but this one is very well situated. There's a free parking lot and free parking on the street out front. They have a decent inside dining area and outdoor seating on the patio as well. During the pandemic, they kept going with delivery and curbside pick up and eventually opened for in-store pick up and eventually for in-store dining again. Over the past few years they have been rewarded with a growing and loyal customer base. All of this means that if you want to place an order, be prepared, especially on weekend mornings, for a decent delay as they will at times become swamped with customers. I highly recommend downloading and using their app. Much better than trying to use a third party app to order. Plus you get occasionally discounts/rewards. In order to help address the breakfast rush hour, a few years ago they installed a very large wall with alphabetized shelves for pick up orders. in addition, they recently added a monitor that shows which orders are currently ready and on the shelf, and which orders are in progress with a time estimate for when it will be ready. In terms of specific food items, I highly recommend all of the breakfast egg sandwiches. Be aware that the 'ham' they list is Taylor ham; also known as pork roll. Very delicious, but not the same thing as deli ham. All of the lunch sandwiches are well-made but I am partial to the low fat chicken salad. It's great on a bagel, cold, or on rye bread as a Panini. The french fries are a must have, and I would absolutely get them with breakfast or lunch.

Everything I ordered was there (low standard but needs to be said since others had their orders horribly botched). I took it home to eat and when I got home everything was still hot(ish). It's Taco Bell so to say it was all delicious just isn't appropriate but for my annual Taco Bell binge, I was totally satisfied. The crunchies were crunchy. Nothing was left out of items or falling apart. It was just a solid Taco Bell experience all around! I'd give 5 stars but 5 stars for any fast food just feels wrong.
