However, despite a really large parking lot, everyone goes to the drive-through. Nobody does curbside or in-store pick up for mobile orders... Or at least next to nobody. Which means that you will get your food much faster if you pick it up in store. Curbside is also faster than drive-through but Not quite as fast as in store pick up. read more

For fast food chicken, Chick-fil-a is on the money nearly 100% of the time. I have almost never received a sandwich or nugget that was not delicious. The service is also friendly and fast. The drive through is usually packed, but moves along quickly. The app offers nice bonus rewards and is worth signing up for. Lots of room to dine in and you can get refills on soda. This drive-thru is my personal nightmare. The two lanes are separated by cones which means if you pick the wrong lane you are stuck. The whole process they've set up means that if you pick the wrong lane you could be stuck like me watching other cars that were behind you speed thru while you wait forever. This is the first time I have experienced a negative experience at a Chick Fil A. I usually go to the White Marsh location, but I decided to stop at the Canton Crossing location since I was in the area. I ordered the Chick Fil A sandwich with no pickle and pepper jack cheese, fries and a Sunjoy. My sandwich was warm, not hot, the cheese was not even melted and the chicken was definitely overcooked. I had to pull all the edging off of the chicken sandwich to eat it because the ends were too hard for me to eat. And the fries were overcooked as well and warm, not hot. I don't think I will be coming back to this location any time soon. read more

When I first moved to Baltimore I didn't even know what Chil fil- a was but when I was living in Canton that was one of the first things to open in the new shopping center on Boston Street. This is hands down the best chik-fil-A in the city and here's why; service, location and product. 1. The service is amazing! I love all chik-fil-s but I must say the fact that this location has a drive through is an added plus. 2. While this location is all the way in Canton it is still in a much easier location to get to by car over the location in the inner harbor. Another bonus; there's parking! 3. The food is delicious. Even though I agree that most Chik-fil-a's are good this is by far my favorite. The fries are always fresh, they never chince you on the sauces and the food is always hot and fresh. Chick-fil-a is overall an amazing chain! The food is always fresh and delicious. The fries are to die for (who doesn't love waffle fries?!?!) and the chicken is always warm and juicy. While I worked at one location many years ago, I still choose to eat here on a regular basis. I find that the workers are always kind and go above and beyond their work duties. Plus, I love that the chicken is fresh, never frozen, which is a big testament to the chain's dedication to quality. This location is always a pleasure to go to-- you will not be disappointed. However, I do find their mobile ordering could use some work. I find that it takes longer when I order ahead on the app than the drive through, which doesnt really make any sense. read more

Big fan of this Chick-Fil-A. It may seem weird to write a review for a fast food place but I want to give credit where credit is due! This location is spacious and always well kept (including flowers at the tables), food never disappoints, and the staff are always so nice, polite, and prompt. It helps that this location is in a plaza next to a lot of high yield shops/stores (Target, Harris Teeter, Nordstrom Rack, etc), parking is plentiful, and there's also a drive thru. It gets quite a bit of traffic at all times of the day as a result of being next to a lot of stores and workplaces. Overall, it's my go to place when I want a quick bite. read more

Service is where the real issues were, while using the bathroom which is very small a security guard barged on the door and upon entry stood close at the urinal directly next to me and looked over the wall directly at my private parts. Still one of my favorite Chick Fil A's to visit! Updating because they have updated the Drive-Through area and there are now two lanes but they are covered with shade for staff to be out there taking orders as well. Around lunch time and afternoons this location gets very very busy and used to have a big problem with the line of cars blocking traffic. I feel like them making these few simple changes are making a big difference and even when there is a long queue of cars things move fairly fast. They run a REAL good business in this Chick-fil-A. they are unbelievably packed, but you go through the line very quickly and the employees who are taking drive through orders are very attentive and work progressively down the line (which is probably standard at chick fil a's now, but still makes everything MUCH more efficient). The inside dining is also great, very clean restaurant and the employees check on you occasionally. Great establishment for a quick bite if you're getting home late from work, too, they are decently efficient even as they near closing time. read more

Great addition to the Canton scene. Like any other Chick Fil A, it's very clean and friendly. Customer service is their #1 concern and they will make sure you are satisfied. Tips: Tell them to go easy on the ice. They basically fill the cup 90% with ice then your drink. I think this is actually a procedure they practice unless told otherwise by a customer. Every Chick-Fil-A i've been to does this. If it's busy, walk inside. The drive in can get backed up so walk inside and you'll get in and out faster than the drive through line. Do not feel scared to speak up if something is wrong with your order or food. They WILL make sure you're happy. Be on the look out for receipts that have the survey on them. It's literally a 5 question survey of how things went and you get a free sandwich!!!! Cant beat that. (I think it's 1. Randomly selected 2. the credit/debit card number is remembered so you do not keep getting them 3. after a period of time it all resets) I got 3 surveys within 2 week span, which was great! read more
