I only come here because it's close to my job, and is the only quick to-go joint in the area that has salad on the menu. I went here after going to Petco because I was craving an unsweetened ice tea with crunchy ice. My co-worker used to get me those and I'd never gone to a chick-fil-a. I had my silly dog because we went to the Petco nearby and I felt like a weirdo having my dog next to me. I placed my order, drove up, and the people who worked there were just amazing. My dog knows he's cute, but they made him feel even better about himself. They asked to give him a treat, and got him one with plastic gloves to ensure there was nothing passed to other customers. My dog was in heaven with the attention he got. And I was so happy to have my basic tea. Wherever y'all find these gems, thank you. It was hard for me to go through a drive-thru after going into an actual store; and these amazing employees seriously calmed all my anxiety by loving on my dog. Thank you. read more

A chicken sandwich delux with pepper jack is my go-to but their nuggets milkshakes and fries are awesome too!!! Call me late to the bandwagon, having only found out about the Chick-Fil-A hype when my friends raved about the upcoming store opening in Manhattan. So I decided to find out for myself when I came across this store on a sojourn to Baltimore. Just like a pubescent teen faced with his first time in the sack, I had no idea what to do, so I went with the original chicken sandwich and original chicken nuggets. The cashier asked me if I wanted Chick-Fil-A sauce to go with the nuggets, so I played it cool and went with it. I must say, it was a pretty good sandwich, and the nuggets tasted like actual chicken as opposed to the ones you get at McDonalds. The sauce turned out to be some sort of spicy mayo, and went quite well with the nuggets. The lemonade I got to wash it all down was also delicious. I'm pretty sure it was squeezed in-house. Way better than the ones you get from Minute Maid and Tropicana, which is nothing but flavored sugar. I don't usually eat fast food, but when I do Chick-Fil-A will be one of my top choices! read more

As a fatty, I've been to a million Chick-fil-A's and eaten the same meal thousands of times. Unfortunately, this Chick-fil-A consistently serve a substandard product compared to the rest of the company. For one, the chicken and spicy chicken sandwiches are consistently about 2/3 to 1/2 of the size of the sandwiches at other locations. This is bad for two reasons. (1) You're not getting the portion you paid for and (2) When the sandwich is smaller, it's almost always drier than a correctly portioned piece of chicken The second point is, no matter what size fry you order, you're also going to get a skimpy portion. If you order a large fry, they literally fill it up about halfway. The equivalent of a regular sized fry. I've probably ordered from here 20 times and 19 out of 20 times this was the case. It wasn't a mistake, it's a standard practice for this location. All in all, this location and the Dundalk location are by far the two worst Chick-fil-A's I've been to anywhere in the US. It's a shame I don't really have a choice but to go here! read more

Restaurant is clean. Employees are friendly and efficient. I love all their sauces. The drive through service has also been great. I asked if I could have my sandwich without the bun and they offered to wrap it in lettuce. It was delicious! Parking is extremely easy since this is in the Canton Crossing shopping center. Let me tell you that I was so excited to go and eat a sandwich but when I took my son and his friends to celebrate his 10th birthday I got so sick and so did four of his friends. I don't recommend going to this place because management must not maintain their quality assurance on food! Pros: when you go into the restaurant it's clean and everyone is nice and seems to do a pretty good job. Cons: Drive through is terrible, I go often for breakfast and 75% of the time the order is wrong and the people are rude. They don't usually repeat the order back which I initially thought would help but somehow even then they screw it up. Also, I've ordered salads from other locations that were fresh and great, ordered here through the drive through and I think I got one they had been saving for a few days, not good! read more

I always consider that Chick-Fil-A has phenomenal customer service (except for the express Chick-Fil-A's at school), but this specific location has gotten my attention. My girlfriend ordered the wrong soup because they did not ask whether she wanted the chicken noodle or the chicken tortilla, and when she went up to ask about replacing the soup, they agreed to it in a nice fashion. I applaud Chick-Fil-A for the top-notch service they provide. And now onto the food. I maybe biased because I'm in love with the spicy chicken sandwiches here, but it was again delicious! My girlfriend decided to try out the chicken tortilla soup and the salad w/ the avocado lime dressing. I thought the soup was just any normal average soup you could buy from a Harris Teeter but the salad dressing was the bomb. The only complaint I had with this location was the one time I came during breakfast and the cashier gave me and my friend attitude (probably because it was early and they were just grumpy). Came here for dinner with my fiancée and a friend. The interior isn't as large or clean as the one off Exit 126B on the I-95, but it's still not bad. The service was fast and friendly. They had a special promotion tonight, where we each got a free choice of cookie, small fries, or ice cream. The food was great, as usual at Chick-Fil-A, though they messed up my order. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe with no cheese (which is also what my receipt says), but they instead gave me a chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese, pickles, and bacon, which was really weird. Every visit to this chic fil a location is a good expierence . The staff is always friendly and helpful . The food is delicious . The price is fair . They aren't stingy with the sauces . The only gripe I have is with the Baltimore police which do not enforce handicapped parking violations at this location. If somehow you could get the moon's to stop parking there because they are lazy to pick up employees or get food then this place would be flawless . read more

I am so happy to have a new Chick-Fil-A in Canton. I have been there at least twice a week since it has opened and tried almost everything on the menu. I like their sandwiches (classic chicken sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich) and salads. The Cobb salad would be my favorite. I LOVE Chic-Fil-A and am giving this location 3 stars because of the service. CFA prides themselves on great customer service and until visiting this location, I thought CFA exceeded the bar. At 8:45pm I ordered nuggets and a shake. A rude African American female stated the ice cream machine is done for the night. She never apologized or offered an alternative. Great service coast to coast! I'm from the west coast and this is my first time to Baltimore. Everything has always been perfect. This was the first time I had an issue at chick-fil-a...my food didn't come out and there was hardly anyone in the lobby. After 15 min of waiting I asked if it would be out soon. They brought it out immediately and apologized and even gave me a promotional card for a free sandwich. I love when companies show acts of customer service that goes above and beyond expectations. Yep!! Woohoo is right! I love good customer service, and this place has it! Plus Chick-fil-a food...you just can't ask for more! The staff is always sooooo nice, they go way out of their way to make sure you feel welcome, and I have seen them replace complete orders for people...they never even consider the reason. It's rare to find these days, and I totally applaud them! They are very active in the community, always doing fundraisers for our local schools...just top notch!!
