So my last review was eight years ago. At that time, the changes being made at this location felt out of sync with the rest of the national chain franchise approaches. Over the past eight years, it has become clear that many locations have adopted these practices, likely based on corporate directives. Portion sizes are under tighter control, which is clearly a cost containment measure. Having said that, since this location now produces portions identical to any other location, I've decided to raise my review. I still would not give five stars, as there are occasionally issues With orders at this location. In particular mobile orders are frequently delayed and even once I'm in the restaurant asking for them to complete my order, it will take often quite a while before somebody actually goes into the back to complete the mobile order. Therefore, I recommend you come in to this location and order on site. Any mobile order will take much longer than projected. read more

I love chipotle but this has to be the worst Chipotle chain in the country. The staff just always seem irritable, there is never anything ready or they are always out of something. Indiana PA chipotle. placed my pick up order at 7 pm. estimated to be ready by 720 pm. When I went in at 730 there were 9 customers waiting for their pick up orders. 1 person working on online orders 1 person working on in person orders. The counters were disgusting, stuff everywhere. I left at 8 pm with my order. I get home, our bowls were half full. Hardly any meat or rice. we have purchased from this chipotle many time. always a wait time but not an hour. I want to take a moment to compliment the staff members at this location. I placed an online order this evening via the app & the bowl was made incorrectly. I was a bit frustrated with having to go to the counter twice about the bowl. However, the gentleman at the register & the Manager immediately remade the bowl. They were experiencing a rough day overall due to a BOGO promo & some rude customers, so I understand their frustration. Got here a little before 9pm. Staff had already shut down and fully cleaned off the grill. Was told they were out of all meat except chicken and barbacoa. Was told they were also out of: fajitas, sofritas, chips, salad dressing, tomatoes, corn, last scoop of guac. Mind you over an hour before they close and they shut the grill down knowing they were out of literally every meat. Then was told there's "no toilet paper and the bathrooms are dirty." Walked in today around 11:30am, where there was no line. I ordered a bowel. The female server barely put enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl. She continued adding teaspoon size portions of the rest of my selections. I asked her if there was a reason why she wasn't giving me a spoonful of my selections. She didn't say anything but was clearly agitated, so she grabbed the tomato container and started scrapping the bottom to put more in my bowl. Once she finished, the cashier just looked at me with an attitude and slid my food to me without saying thank you, can I get you anything else, etc. Today was my last day buying anything from this location. Without doubt, the single worst chipotle I have ever been to. If there were an option for zero stars, would have been selected. This is closest one to my house so unfortunately I frequently visit, just to arrive to no corn, no fajitas, and often times a 10+ min wait for chicken (don't get me started on the salad dressing). Have turned around and walked out various times due to lack of inventory. HOW!? It's almost best practice to just stay home and make chicken and rice with a dash of store bought pico! I would give it zero stars if possible. The Chipotle in Baltimore on Boston St is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I come here 1-2x a week and will not be returning any longer. First, the employees at this location are unpleasant, unwelcoming and refuse to accommodate very basic requests. They are out of food every single time. Beans, veggies, cheese and many other of the toppings. The food that is available is never fresh. They refuse to make quesadillas for customers unless it is an online order. They've been saying for months now their 'quesadilla maker' is broken but we have witnessed them making quesadillas after we were told they're unavailable. They over charge you for drinks when they are out of cups or the soda machine is broken (again). We have also witnessed them say the fountain machine is broken but then watched an employee use it immediately after. We've asked for a water cup and they were out of them (again) but instead charged us for a large cup. They never have ice either. The employees are extremely lazy, rude and unprofessional. All of the contents of my burrito tasted sour as if it was covered in lime juice or something. The protein I chose was sprinkled on instead of scooped, it was mostly rice and a sprinkling of everything else. I ordered the large chips while my wife ordered the small chips, we each received a small order of chips. My guacamole had chunks of lettuce in it?!?!??!!! My wife's burrito bowl was mostly lettuce and a sprinkling of everything else. Our order was also missing items which seems to be a common theme with this location. I've been going to Chipotle for 15 years. In all my years I've never seen a location stingier with portion sizes on meat than this location. They'll take less than half a scoop of meat and use it as their standard portion size. I even gave this location 3 chances (across 2 months) and every time it's the same thing. I'm assuming the general manager of this location has "trained" the employees to do this to boost profits because I had 3 different workers behind the counter and they each did the same thing. The workers are actually nice enough and friendly to talk to, but the portion sizes and running out of multiple ingredients before 5:00pm is hard to overlook. This location seriously should have a class-action lawsuit filed. On delivery orders, they almost always leave out drinks, give small sides when large ones were ordered, and leave multiple ingredients off of orders. You asked for chicken and they're out? You just won't get a protein on your meal. I've ordered a fully loaded burrito bowl and received a bowl of rice with some pico de gallo on it. Nothing else, no joke. Then when you reach out to Chipotle, they refuse to give a refund and offer only coupons for sides - which force you to patronize their store, can be used only one per order, and expire.
