So my last review was eight years ago. At that time, the changes being made at this location felt out of sync with the rest of the national chain franchise approaches. Over the past eight years, it has become clear that many locations have adopted these practices, likely based on corporate directives. Portion sizes are under tighter control, which is clearly a cost containment measure. Having said that, since this location now produces portions identical to any other location, I've decided to raise my review. I still would not give five stars, as there are occasionally issues With orders at this location. In particular mobile orders are frequently delayed and even once I'm in the restaurant asking for them to complete my order, it will take often quite a while before somebody actually goes into the back to complete the mobile order. Therefore, I recommend you come in to this location and order on site. Any mobile order will take much longer than projected. read more

Some workers need to be replaced by better people I begged this guy to give me another bag because there was a hole in the other but he never did one simple favor the dudes stood there and looked at me crazy The lady stepped up and gave me a better bag i need her to be around better chipotle workers I will not come to this location again read more

I want to take a moment to compliment the staff members at this location. I placed an online order this evening via the app & the bowl was made incorrectly. I was a bit frustrated with having to go to the counter twice about the bowl. However, the gentleman at the register & the Manager immediately remade the bowl. They were experiencing a rough day overall due to a BOGO promo & some rude customers, so I understand their frustration. I know that working in fast food with the public can be stressful & very tiring. I've never had an issue here with my food so instead of complaining, I really want to shout them out & say thank you!!! read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - A burrito bowl - Mexican Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

I wish I could give this store 0 stars. I ordered my bowl online and they gave me small portions of everything. They forgot the fajita veggies for my bowl and the sofritas for my partners bowl. Idk what they're doing to their food but I got so sick tonight, I've been having the worst stomach cramps and spent too much time in the bathroom. -100/10 read more

i'm never the type of person that would leave reviews but this place absolutely sucked. They don't have any bathrooms, no medium cups so we got large just for them to have no ice, no coke zero and on top of that no lids for large drinks... but you have medium lids for the medium cups you don't even have. didn't even give me a cup with ice in it considering the ice machine was empty and it would have been a bit more considerate. Now the food... ass. taste old cold and stale. never coming here again and if i could i'd ask for a refund i would read more

I love chipotle but this has to be the worst Chipotle chain in the country. The staff just always seem irritable, there is never anything ready or they are always out of something. The latest was "no rice, corn, fajitas, or chips" at 5pm. It does a disservice to Chipotle's image, this place is bad for their brand. Majority of the staff seem upset that you are there to order. I also have never left a review somewhere, that's how bad this place is run. read more

Indiana PA chipotle. placed my pick up order at 7 pm. estimated to be ready by 720 pm. When I went in at 730 there were 9 customers waiting for their pick up orders. 1 person working on online orders 1 person working on in person orders. The counters were disgusting, stuff everywhere. I left at 8 pm with my order. I get home, our bowls were half full. Hardly any meat or rice. we have purchased from this chipotle many time. always a wait time but not an hour. This place is going downhill every time we order. no more orders from us. read more

Walked in today around 11:30am, where there was no line. I ordered a bowel. The female server barely put enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl. She continued adding teaspoon size portions of the rest of my selections. I asked her if there was a reason why she wasn't giving me a spoonful of my selections. She didn't say anything but was clearly agitated, so she grabbed the tomato container and started scrapping the bottom to put more in my bowl. Once she finished, the cashier just looked at me with an attitude and slid my food to me without saying thank you, can I get you anything else, etc. Today was my last day buying anything from this location. Good customer service and appropriate portion sizes don't exist at this location. read more

Got here a little before 9pm. Staff had already shut down and fully cleaned off the grill. Was told they were out of all meat except chicken and barbacoa. Was told they were also out of: fajitas, sofritas, chips, salad dressing, tomatoes, corn, last scoop of guac. Mind you over an hour before they close and they shut the grill down knowing they were out of literally every meat. Then was told there's "no toilet paper and the bathrooms are dirty." If you don't want to work then don't get a job. If you're open until 10 you shut the kitchen down at 9:30 not 8:30. Just ridiculous. read more

The food is lukewarm. Service was awful at store 10150 Reistertown road Owings Mills MD 21117. The food service line was dirty it was more rice on the counter than in the customers bowl or burrito. Dried black beans sauce on the tray also. The cashier was playing in her hair. I wanted to leave so bad, but granddaughters wanted this for dinner. Ambulance dirty they didn't have any utensils out. They were out of salad dressing I asked if they were making anymore Teyera said no we're out. I only gave them three stars because of the person preparing the food. I spent $28.04? read more

This location has the worst service I've ever been to. I just tried to go there at 8:30 PM on a Saturday night and they made me wait when nobody was in front of me. They shorted me on the amount of beans and chicken I asked for. They were out of most of the ingredients, I hate this location. It is dirty. Employees are rude to their customers. chipotle is always a hit or miss type of franchise based on the store. This store is a miss, absolutely terrible every time I go. Live within walking distance absolutely refuse to go here again since time and time again they fuck up the order or have overcooked rice read more

I used to love chipotle, but this might be my last visit. My burrito was tiny, hardly any steak. There was no flavor, steak was dry, rice was stale, the entire experience was bad. The food gets a 0/10. If you want Mexican food, I recommend going elsewhere in the city (like R&R Taqueria). It's the same price (if not cheaper) and significantly better food. No reason to eat at chipotle, it's not good and not cheap anymore. read more

This is the first and LAST time I order from this Chipotle. It was the absolute worst food I've ever had at a Chipotle. I should have checked the Yelp reviews before ordering. All of the contents of my burrito tasted sour as if it was covered in lime juice or something. The protein I chose was sprinkled on instead of scooped, it was mostly rice and a sprinkling of everything else. I ordered the large chips while my wife ordered the small chips, we each received a small order of chips. My guacamole had chunks of lettuce in it?!?!??!!! My wife's burrito bowl was mostly lettuce and a sprinkling of everything else. Our order was also missing items which seems to be a common theme with this location. Don't even consider ordering here unless you enjoy awful food and have money to throw away. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Burrito - Chicken - Mexican Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

Without doubt, the single worst chipotle I have ever been to. If there were an option for zero stars, would have been selected. This is closest one to my house so unfortunately I frequently visit, just to arrive to no corn, no fajitas, and often times a 10+ min wait for chicken (don't get me started on the salad dressing). Have turned around and walked out various times due to lack of inventory. HOW!? It's almost best practice to just stay home and make chicken and rice with a dash of store bought pico! Won't even comment on the service, id be miserable working there as well. read more

This chipotle was disappointing I walked in for the third time this week and they only had brown rice.... the employee said if I order online I can get white rice while I was standing right in the restaurant... that was the first problem I shouldn't have to order online to get white rice if I'm standing in the place itself... then because I love chipotle food I order online and then when I receive my bowls they only put alittle bit of rice in it and it was crunchy....and it didn't have the proper ingredients on the rice, such a cilantro lime etc....very disappointed... Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chipotle bowl very disappointed - Mexican Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

I would give it zero stars if possible. The Chipotle in Baltimore on Boston St is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I come here 1-2x a week and will not be returning any longer. First, the employees at this location are unpleasant, unwelcoming and refuse to accommodate very basic requests. They are out of food every single time. Beans, veggies, cheese and many other of the toppings. The food that is available is never fresh. They refuse to make quesadillas for customers unless it is an online order. They've been saying for months now their 'quesadilla maker' is broken but we have witnessed them making quesadillas after we were told they're unavailable. They over charge you for drinks when they are out of cups or the soda machine is broken (again). We have also witnessed them say the fountain machine is broken but then watched an employee use it immediately after. We've asked for a water cup and they were out of them (again) but instead charged us for a large cup. They never have ice either. The employees are extremely lazy, rude and unprofessional. It's incredible that this location is still in business. read more

I rarely leave reviews but this Chipotle was absolutely disgusting. First of all they had no veggies? How can you run a. Chipotle with no veggies? The rice was stale, the steak was raw with a lot of fat on it. The staff was incompetent and the location was just gross and dirty. They had no knives at all and the soft drinks tasted weird. Was hoping for better in Canton. read more

I was eating on their high top table and a cockroach crawled across the table by my food. Also we came in at 11:45 AM mind you they open at 11 and they said they simply didn't have fajita veggies or carnitas anymore. Our bowl had 80% rice and scrap meat at the bottom I would give 0 stars if I could We asked for water cups and they said they didn't have any left and would not let us get water in a normal cup Again, there was a COCKROACH crawling on the table in between my lid and my bowl. That's disgusting read more

There are some chipotles you just don't go to and this is one of them. First, I was surprised they were actually letting people go down the assembly line and order during this covid season. I thought everything was strictly pickup via the app or delivery. But anyway, I ordered via the app double protein chicken bowl. I was a little Leary ordering food from these types of places where you make your own bowl because you can't SEE the process and say more no more moreeeee! I know I know you can say extra in the app but cmon you know you've been in chipotle when an employee moves like speedy gonzales down the "assembly line" slapping ish in the bowl and you're like wow is it that serious? That's how they treat to go food? Lol. Anyway, I ordered double protein and to my surprise they did fulfill the double chicken order. My problem is the food wasn't hot and it was WELL seasoned, OVER seasoned. My goodness was that chicken salty af. I tried to eat it but I just couldn't. I went back in to return the meal and told them it's too seasoned. The manager made the returns but before doing so tells me well you know we have to season our chicken. Uh duh sir. Trust I've eating chipotle since one first hit Bmore - inner harbor. I was eating it literally for lunch and dinner every day at one point. I KNOW a good chipotle meal when I taste one and this location ain't it. Never again. I usually look to see who is cooking the food and base that on if the food will be over seasoned, under seasoned, or just right. I took a risk ordering on the app ...never again. read more

Customer Service ......needs great improvement. Instead of paying for deft free college tuition ( please include a mandatory customer service class some where in there) A few of them definitely need it. Although the food was ok , that's just took away from it. The first lady that started the order and the one who took the money was great , but the one in middle that finished fixing the order, oh she seriously needs an attitude adjustment. She was just down right nasty, and very unprofessional. Sunday 1/7@3:29pm ..7311 SudleyRd Manassas ,VA Order #285 - host Zumba (she was great ) it was the one working on the side of her. Ive been going to this Chipotle multiple times per week since moving to Baltimore last October and this is by far the best Chipotle I've been to in the last 10+ years. I don't know what happened to this place but it has turned into the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. A big part of the appeal of Chipotle is that it's supposed to be convenient. You can order a burrito online, pop in at the chosen time and it will be sitting there waiting for you. Unfortunately online ordering here is unreliable to the point of being useless. If you order in advance it's almost guaranteed your food won't be ready on time and don't expect the staff to be helpful about it. I haven't encountered outright rudeness but my wife unfortunately has. read more

Awful experience every time we go in or order online. Last night they were closing down two hours early. Counting money on food prep surfaces. Stale chips. Undercooked and crunchy rice in all dishes ordered. Out of all veggies and several meat options. Staff was clearly annoyed people were in two hours before they closed on a Tuesday. Clearly a bad management issue. Paying people reasonable wages would probably encourage better quality and happier employees ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ read more

I've been going to Chipotle for 15 years. In all my years I've never seen a location stingier with portion sizes on meat than this location. They'll take less than half a scoop of meat and use it as their standard portion size. I even gave this location 3 chances (across 2 months) and every time it's the same thing. I'm assuming the general manager of this location has "trained" the employees to do this to boost profits because I had 3 different workers behind the counter and they each did the same thing. The workers are actually nice enough and friendly to talk to, but the portion sizes and running out of multiple ingredients before 5:00pm is hard to overlook. Needless to say, I won't ever be back to this location. read more

This location seriously should have a class-action lawsuit filed. On delivery orders, they almost always leave out drinks, give small sides when large ones were ordered, and leave multiple ingredients off of orders. You asked for chicken and they're out? You just won't get a protein on your meal. I've ordered a fully loaded burrito bowl and received a bowl of rice with some pico de gallo on it. Nothing else, no joke. Then when you reach out to Chipotle, they refuse to give a refund and offer only coupons for sides - which force you to patronize their store, can be used only one per order, and expire. It's robbery, plain and simple. read more
