The people who work at this chipotle are so rude. Every time you come in they make the food with little to no care. They rush you out of the restaurant even if there is no line. Just went in to grab lunch and I was the only one in there yet I was being screamed at by the cashier about hurrying to pay. Wish it wasn't the only one close or I would probably never visit again. First, I'll start with the background of why I was there on Friday night and the second part will be my review. Why I was in Baltimore City: I had Chipotle on this past Friday night as a result of doing Uber. My office is in Columbia, and I don't even turn on the Uber app until I get into the DC market, the PG County line on 95 (or Montgomery County if I'm on 29) because if I turn it on in Howard County, I run a greater risk of ending up in Baltimore. Unfortunately, I ended up in Baltimore City. My third ride from College Park was a college student going to his parent's house in Elkridge. With the 2.2x surge, it ended up being $73. That's awesome, but the downside is that being in the Baltimore area, I could end up in Baltimore City. 4th ride: from Elkridge was to the O's game. Like the O's, but not Baltimore for Uber. Luckily, I was right off Russell Street and was able to make a quick escape. 5: I got a ping in Baltimore County near UMD Baltimore County, and he is going a minimal distance north. 6: Ping a little further north just inside the city limits near Arbutus. She is going to north of downtown Baltimore I take a few more rides while I'm up there since I'm not convenient to 95, but I don't do as bad as I thought during the Baltimore City period of time. The 8 PM hour was slow; so I took a break at this Chipotle. I wasn't that hungry since I had a big lunch at MOD pizza. ********* My experience at this location of Chipotle: I went here because I remembered this shopping center when I was doing Uber two years earlier in Baltimore City also on a Friday night. The parking was free here. The staff was all friendly, and the food was tasty like a normal Chipotle. They politely told me where the water cups were. However, one guy in there got coke in his water cup. Not cool! I feel that a manager should have stepped in. However, maybe it's best that he/she is not confrontational. Or there could be a sign on the drink machine warning people not to put soda in the water cup. read more

I order Chipolte from this location [Boston Str] off the app typically twice a month. My food is rarely ready on time & often incorrectly made. Today felt like the last straw. The order wasn't appearing on their side, yet I had confirmation via email & through the app. So they try to make good on it after I've been waiting ten minutes. There wasn't a line when I first arrived. I could've got the food faster not ordering on the app. I get the food home & they layered it with mild & corn salsa, neither of which was ordered. No hint of the extra cheese or the double meat ordered. I reach out to Pepper. They offer a drink as compensation. Still pissed because what I received wasn't what I ordered & relatively inedible to me, I give customer service a call & they offer a BOGO as compensation. Poisoned me a little... Halloween 2021 : I was slated to rock everyone's shit with a dead-on hand-made Ted Lasso costume that night. My mustache was manicured and my visor, crispy white. For the moment, my khakis hung from my waist, neatly pressed and pleated, lightly kissing the tops of my dorkiest dad sneakers. In a matter of hours, they'd become the only logical place to vomit while glued to the toilet in our master bath. Tortilla / white rice / chicken / beans / sour cream / cheese - seemingly innocuous burrito construction materials. I don't remember anything unusual about the taste or smell. Within 45 minutes of eating, I found myself sweating bullets, begging God (a guy I actively avoid in my day-to-day life) to deliver me from my suffering - making promises I couldn't keep. I remember feeling like I was screaming vomit from my mouth. My wife helped clean my bodily fluids from our BASEBOARDS whilst braving smells the likes of which... no human should have to endure. I have to assume she still associates me with that smell and that smell with me. A little over a year ago, the Chipotle in Canton poisoned me a little. read more

Regularly out of ingredients, including basics like rice and fajitas, during core dinner hours. Often it's a prep issue (i.e., rice is cooking). If you go in person you're lucky enough to be able to leave. If you order in advance you'll just find they leave things out (and charge the full price). I've also had several issues with orders not being ready long past the pickup time. I've given up on this one, which is a shame b/c it's a great location. read more

I have been a long time fan of chipotle and because of that I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's gotten ridiculous. To not have the basics like white rice and veggies ready to go or at the very least being made when you have a line of people around the corner is just bad business. In addition to the fact that there are at least 8 employees just standing there not doing anything and then telling the customers that they aren't making anymore even though it's the middle of the day. What happened to Chipotle's customer service? It's just not what it used to be any more. This is after the 10th time of dealing with the lack of service. It's been almost a year since my last chipotle experience. I used to come in almost weekly and loved the food however the service has started to lack more and more, and with living in a big city have been lucky to explore other options. We returned home from the airport late and after a day of traveling the only thing available around 930pm was chipotle. We decided to return and the service was pulling teeth to order. This is by far the worst Chipotle in the area. I haven't had a single order where something isn't missing. I also often order from DoorDash and while DoorDash quickly resolves my issue, the larger issue is this location. I have been in person a few times and the portions are incredibly stingy and the employees are unfriendly and unhelpful. This location needs an overhaul. I always enjoy going to this Chipotle after shopping for groceries. It's a very convenient location next to a huge parking lot. This restaurant has always been clean and staff very friendly. The food always tastes as expected. However I have found they run low on vegetable fajitas and steak if you go later in the evening; so you might have to wait any longer to get those ingredients. read more

I've ordered from this chipotle pretty frequently and I can honestly say I have never had a good experience. They are consistently out of ingredients, service is slow, and almost always get online orders wrong. Today I waited an extra 20 minutes past pickup time. When I went to eat my order, it was cold. I ordered chicken Al pastor and didn't receive it in my order, so I payed extra for nothing. The guacamole was completely grey / brown. Yo this is a chipotle quesadilla? Because what I see is a sloppily made burrito. I was very specific to the girl working the counter who was giving me smart A** comments about the meat I was choosing, and then she was GIVING ME LITTLE TO NO MEAT ON IT. I asked for a double meat because it looked like what the typical portion of meat I typically get. Great now I'm paying double for a single serving. She then wrapped it like how you see and left it on the tortilla press for an ungodly amount of time. The guy working the counter didn't even offer me the 3 sides which I had to tell him to get. And then charges me for my food and THE PERSON BEHIND'S ME FOOD. I corrected him and then had to wait for my food for 6 minutes. I paid 21 for all this and queso and guac which isn't what makes me mad, ITS THE BURITDILLA that was served to me. If you don't know how to make something how about this... DONT SERVE IT. The Chipotle on York Rd has terrible service. This was the 1st time I went to this particular store. It closes at 10, however, you can go into the store but you have to order on the app‍. I ordered my food , on the app, while waiting in the store and the order was still incorrect. I order double meat, didn't receive it, after it was paid for already. They forgot the tortilla on the side, that I paid for. No sour cream or fajitas was on my bow. Like how do you get the whole order incorrect? I used to work at chipotle so I understand not wanting to make last-minute orders... however I always made them because that was essentially my job. Tonight I ordered about 15-20 minutes before they closed (through doordash). I attached a photo of what my doordash driver sent to me. I tried giving them a chance to make my order since they still had 18 mins til close (when my driver messaged me) but the order never got picked up. I tried calling at 9:54 to ask them if they even had an order for me & I couldn't get through. I tried several times after that & still couldn't get through; instead I was told to contact doordash- who they had already been giving the run around to. I ordered a delivery order and when my order came it was incorrect so I rode up to the store To get the correct order and when I walked in to let the manager know I was told they were out of rice beans Barbacoa steak lettuce chips large tortillas sour cream and cheese so I asked him why was I not called to get my order cancel And was told at least you receive something no I'd rather have nothing then to get the incorrect order I ordered a quesadilla and was given to 2 kids soft tacos. If you're missing half the items on the menu then you should not even be open because why send customers in correct order and you can't do refunds in the store so you have to go through the app which takes you forever to get a live person to give you a refund. This is now my second time getting incorrect order from the store and it's like no one even cares he just sent anything out there then send in the correct items as I was in the store about five other people was bringing in orders that was incorrect and some people just walked out once they were told they didn't have anything the store really needs to just be shut down read more

Recently I went to grab lunch at their opening time of 10:45 and waited outside for 30 minutes and they still had the doors locked while 2 staff members were inside with no communication of when they would be open for service. Ordered a salad, after waiting for the ladies to finish discussing the guys they were fond of walking thru the store, paid for my meal , walked over to the condiment table for silverware. Low and behold no forks. Asked the lady at the counter for a fork and she replied "were out of forks you'll have to use a spoon." Yes because eating a salad with a spoon is feasible. I have no words. No apologies, no discount, no care. Side note: show some effort, Safeway is in the same parking lot, go purchase 100 packs of plastic forks for 3 bucks a box. Ruined dinner. Mgmt needs to train their employees. Went to this Chipotle today around noon. Per usual, they were out of some items (fajita vegetables). The customer service is definitely lacking at this location. I had issues redeeming a birthday rewards for chips and a side (the code wouldn't scan). Instead of the cashier offering an alternative to the error, I had to ask well could you just take it of manually or something. She decides to take off the chips only when clearly the rewards coupon was for chips AND a side, not OR. We went back and forth about it which was so unnecessary; clearly she did not know the difference between the two words. I will not patronize this ridiculous establishment again. read more
