It's been a while since I've been to CK. This store is a reason not to come here. The older gentleman with the glasses is rude and wouldn't get off his phone. When he did "chop" the chicken, it wasn't even in pieces, it was still a breast with some cuts thrown on top of bed of rice. It was clear he doesn't care about his work. I definitely do agree with everyone else's reviews that the quality of food compared to other locations is not the best but this location is closer to my house. You definitely need to get a sauce with your meal. The yellow rice just has coloring and no other seasonings. I feel like they could use more seasoning on the chicken or let it marinade longer. The sauce definitely needs some work. Every time I get the sauce the container is only filled a quarter of the way. I always ask for 2 sauces and never have enough for the whole meal. The staff is very friendly every time I go in. I don't see why everyone reviews them as rude. Great service but omg the quality of food was horrible...fatty chicken and unsavory dressing. I ordered a chicken caesar salad...I ordered what I though was the large size. I can't even image how small the regular would of been. At other chicken kitchens...a large has plenty of lettuce and so much chicken, I usually have left overs. Not at this one, the large was barely some lettuce at the bottom of the black container and not even a full breast of chicken. So expensive....over 8 bucks for what seemed like a side salad. This is the only location that delivers to my house. I've tried them 2-3 times now and the chicken doesn't ever taste like anything. Very bland as if they don't season it. Thinking about trying out the chicken grill by my house. I've always chosen Kitchen Kitchen because it's always been the biggest name in chicken chop chop.. This place is the worst! The chicken was dry precooked and served out of bins not even reheated on the grill. The measured in a cup portion was tiny. And the girl serving me had the gall to ask if I wanted extra at an additional cost of course. Then to top it off the register was pre-programed to overcharge me by over a dollar and the owner excused it as a "Glitch in the system" Can you say RIP-OFF they are trying to scam you and if you don't catch oh well its on you then, To top all that off the place was so nasty. The salsa had little gnats flying around in it and it look like it had been used for days. Overall this place was so bad that I will never go to any Chicken Kitchen again in my life. Ok, I live in the crossings and I used to go to CK at least once a week. Now my family hates it. Ever since they started measuring the chicken. Chicken Kitchen it makes you look cheap. Try ordering a whole chicken they are always out. Finally, for the price there isn't much of a difference between the small and large chop chop. We now prefer Pollo Tropical for around $15 I get whole chicken all white with rice and beans. read more

Can't complain about this specific location. I come here 2-3 times a week to have lunch. My spouse and i are greeted every time we walk in. The place it extremely clean and the food is always delicious. I live closer to a different location, but choose to drive here instead. For a place with the word Chicken in the name they sure do skimp on the chicken. I ordered a large original chop and what I got was a giant heap of yellow rice with very little chicken sprinkled on top. I'd say it was 85% rice and 15% chicken and to top it off the flavor was bland, like something was missing. Anyways, this was my first and last time here. read more

Frequent this Chicken Kitchen at least once a week for lunch. Service is always good and food fresh. Pitas are also fresh compared to other Chicken Kitchens where it seems pitas are frozen and stale. I'm a daily customer at this particular location and I've never had an issue with the food nor the employees. I am greeted with a welcomed smile and often engage in friendly conversation with the people who work there. They make the best wrapitos and offer a wide range of sauces to choose from to put in the wraps. They actually take the time when it is permitted to chop all the toppings together before putting it in the tortilla. There have been days where it has taken a while to place an order but thats only on the days where they are really busy and have a long line which is understandable. For the most part their station is kept clean even when its busy i see them attempt to clean as they go. This location also offers homemade Flan that i dont see sold anywhere else.. I concur with the lousy reviews on this location. The food is everything they say, mediocre, overpriced, and I think they had "new" management a few years ago, which turned a decent place with good value into a place that you feel shortchanged and swear not to go back to. I once went and they had a deal for "extra chicken" for, I think it was $1.49. I paid the extra money and it had the same amount of chicken as the old management did, for no extra charge. Yes, you do pay for sauces now when you never used to with the old management. The new management even took out the sauce bar for those who choose to dine in.This is the only Chicken Kitchen I have seen do this! Not only that, they have raised prices many times and they charge you for EVERYTHING, even brown rice. They charge organic prices for the bottom of the barrel food, chisel every last perk out that was there before, and the portions are super small if you get delivery. It is obvious that every effort is to give the customer nothing for something. Every time I had a lapse in judgement and tried it again, I regretted it. read more
