The staff was somewhat friendly but I will never return. The Bubble Tea was a total disappointment. It's a terrible smoothie with Tapioca at the bottom, nothing like a true Bubble Tea. When I asked the owner about the Tea he commented, "that's how we make them here." The lunch wing special are extremely small drumetts. The cheeseburger was extremely soggy. The iced tea was coffee in the iced tea container. When I told the owner three people had to taste it before they would make the correction and make a fresh pot of tea. Lastly, the sprite was total carbonated water. The owner changed the sprite after sampling it first. This was a total disappointment although I apologized to the owner each time I made him aware of the problem because I felt as though it was my fault that I expected to get exactly what I paid $28.57 for. I also forgot to mention that I was overcharged for an item that I did not order and it took 15 minutes to get refund. I believe in supporting establishment and kindly advising them of my displeasure allowing room for correction. However, the owner must be open to constructive criticism which I don't feel was totally the case here!! read more

Incredibly rude owners! Will not give any extras (ex. Dressings) even when you try your best to pay for them. To the point they rather cause a huge scene and even kick you out before letting you pay for it. All because they stereotype EVERYONE as people who are just trying to get something free. I had the worse customer service experience here today. It is true what they say about their food. Its frozen and not the best quality. But hey who doesn't like some good fast food every now and then. However, I hope you never have any misunderstanding about your order (which happens). I couldn't hear the woman over the phone and she couldn't hear me well. And of course the order ended up being incorrect. I told her several times it was no ones fault and POLITELY asked if I could have the flavor I intended to get. I never even touched the food, I asked while she was showing it to me. What a mistake I made (as a customer) to ask that. Wow she got a major attitude, raised her voice, and even gave me hands to match. You would've thought I was rude, cursed, or yelled but that was never my demeanor. I could see it wasn't going too well because she was irrational and content on being nasty to me. So I asked for a manager, OF COURSE, she told me she was the manager. Then I asked for the General Manager ?? The owner ? I guess that got her really upset. She told me she's the manager here and the only one I can talk to. I told her I dont have any problems I just would like to get what I paid for. She responds I did get what I paid for. I repeatedly told her it's no ones fault. It was raining and we couldnt hear each other. Then I said theres no need to lose money when the issue can be resolved. Her response " we won't lose any money, there's always other customers." I just stood there in disbelief that this woman was talking to me like this. So next I politely asked is it possible to get a refund, since I can not get another flavor. Oh lord, that made her even more upset. She stormed back to the register and was more than happy to void the transaction. As she said I'm asking too much questions, she doesn't have time for this, and I'm "doing too much." I even tried to tell her I don't have any problems and it didnt have to escalate at all. She just continually kept being rude to me. Listen, if you're going to work with people you should know how to talk to people. If you're going to be a manager you should resolve issues, not get angry when something arises. Also, anyone who knows business 101 and customer service knows word of mouth if huge and EVERY dollar counts. Her attitude will drive away business not drive sales. I even apologized to her. Not because I was in the wrong, but because I truly wanted her to know it was never that deep. And she still had an attitude..... I dont think Chick land pays her that much to be a pitbull guard dog at the register. I may not be the wealthiest person in the world, but in these times to be told your dollar means nothing was so disheartening. We're all going through alot and it truly made me sad that someone who looks like me could be so nasty towards me. On top of the fact that she also talked to me like I had a learning and mental disability. Again, I've never been so disrespected spending my money ANYwhere. Customers are the business period. Please do not support these people as they do not respect our dollar. I pray for that young woman because she will encounter someone who isn't as peaceful, calm, and centered one day if she doesn't change her attitude. read more

Just had a quick lunch with my husband and decided to try the little Chickland by the Walmart Market on Manchester Expressway...BLOWN AWAY! He got the best Bacon Burger he's had in a long time, fresh toppings, crisp bacon! The FRIES are crisp and hot! The Hot Wings and blue cheese dips are great too. Quick, Clean, Fresh and affordable.
