JUST WITNESSED AN AMAZING SERVICE ! 6 busses filled with over 300 youth group students arrived at both locations. The same time as me and my family,we were hesitant at first but went on in. The service was VERY QUICK, workers never missed a lick. We're told over 300 orders were filled within no time at all, no wait time, no delays! Food was AMAZING AS ALWAYS. We love our local CFA locations. read more

I eat here on a regular basis. The food is constantly good, and I could only wish other restaurants could offer this level of service!

I have never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A and I've been to MANY. If food quality, and wait times were all like what I experienced today, I'd never return to another. But luckily, as I said, this is the only bad Chick-fil-A I've been to... I ordered a large tea and was given a medium coke. I spent about 25 minutes in line. Usually, even at rush hour, the most I've ever spent at a Chick-fil-A has been 10 minutes. My fries were mostly soggy and 4 out of 12 nuggets had a hard purple piece in it. I'm so sad to have to leave a bad review for my favorite fast food chain. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - West Monroe, Louisiana

We arrived right before the closing to get some food in the drive through. The staff was so nice to let us in to use a bathroom! Highly appreciate! Very polite! Good food! Thank you! read more

Well, not the best chick-fil-a, each time I've gone, something just is not right such as lack of pickles or the breakfast potatoes soggy and cool. They offer me free stuff when I've mentioned this kind of thing but I don't want to eat from there when something is always amiss from the preconceived experiences I've had at other locations read more

Worst chick fil a ever, poorly run drive through. We had to run inside to use the restroom since they are closed dining room for Covid. Place was very dirty. Restrooms unclean. Very disappointed read more

Coming home from Texas last week, we stopped in for lunch (1:00 ish). We could barely find a parking spot and the drive through line stretched to the moon and back. No worries...that's just Chic-fil-A. If it were anyone else, we'd turn around and go somewhere different. In spite of there being about 37 people in front of us in line, we ordered and received our meal in less than 5 minutes. This is truly amazing and one of the reasons that Chic-fil-A is the best fast food restaurant ever! Here are several OTHER reasons why we keep coming back: 1. Customer service at Chic-Fil-A is always amazing, and when I say amazing, I mean amazing. There isn't another fast food restaurant out there with better service. 2. The food is great...if you're into chicken. Their Original Chicken Sandwich is their signature piece. They have a saying that states, "We didn't invent the chicken, just the chicken sandwich." I tend to agree with this statement. My children love their waffle fries. Most every occasion, their fries are crispy with just the right amount of salt. If fried food isn't your thing, they have more healthy options on their menu such as a grilled chicken sandwich, grilled chicken nuggets, kale salad, etc. 3. The reason we pick Chic-fil-A so much is that I have five children (and they all love it). If I were to ask any of them where they would like to go out to eat, unanimously they would suggest Chic-fil-A. Kid recommended...parent approved. This location is spot on. Friendly service, good food, and kid recommended. If you are someone looking for fast food and you want a place that you will most likely enjoy...again, this is the place. It's chicken...and fries, but they do it as good as anyone else. Happy dining. read more

I had 12 nuggets they gave me literally one sauce after asking for multiple , I asked for a sunjoy which is , tea and lemonade extra ice I tasted tea which was bitter and not lemonade but the pulps .... My ice was ice YOUD put in a baby sippy cup , this was my first time trying chick-fil-a outside my city which is bossier and I must say never a MFKIN GAIN . Then the lady who took our order was rushy and kept making us repeat the order , & at the window workers kept handing drinks out , not reading what we actually had ! read more

Every single time my family and I go to this Chic Fil A, they leave something out of our order OR they give us something wrong!! 3-4 times in a row they gave my daughter fried nuggets instead of grilled (which she's allergic to)! And on our last venture they left my husband's entire order out of the bag!! read more

Came to order food on our drive back to Texas with my family (5people) and there was a full group of staff members (like 7) standing in chic-fil-a uniforms but only one person really working. Three standing with phone in hand talking and then off to the side another middle aged African American woman working. When I said "excuse me" at the three gossip queens one was definitely a manager they all just looked at me. No response, no assistance. The kind lady who WAS working popped up and asked how she could help but she was definitely busy! She was great! But those three one being a manager gave the worst look to me. I sat on the patio and I saw multiple guests have to speak up and say excuse me to get someone's attention. Kate, was one of the none responsive people. I know this because I went back to ask for a drink refill instead of taking ONE second to say "hello I'll be right with you" she continued her conversation with Reece. Bro, just greet the customer. Don't be so awful at customer service and you work in customer service. This is by far THE worst chic-fil-a I have ever been to. Y'all need proper training and better service skills. Give the older woman who actually works a raise and make those petty gossipers go back to training. BTW this was on a Thursday and definitely during a slow part of the day, 2:40pm and the line was non-existent. If you can't handle a slow part of the day you'll never succeed during the busier times. read more

Since its opening, they have maintained a really clean dining area and the bathroom spotless - to me, cleanliness really speaks a lot for a fast food place. The folks that take your order are friendly and the servers are attentive to your needs - great service. Chick-fil-a food are pretty high quality when I think of fast food places. The spicy chicken biscuit is a great morning meal. Folks in Louisiana like a little kick in our food. For milder taste buds, the chicken salad sandwich is a delight - although I'll tend to eat 2 of them. I know they advertise their lemonade a bit, but the my beverage of choice here is their sweet tea. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner - it goes with anything of their savory chicken menu items. And a funny thing, I tend to run into familiar folks here - either in the dining area or seeing them going through the drive-thru. It's good quality and convenient food - everyone is wise to it. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - West Monroe, Louisiana

Extremely unprofessional. Do not believe the hype about the customer service! My order was totally wrong and they refused to correct my order. They wanted to offer me a coupon instead. Here in this location customer service and serving correct orders are not part of their job description. The only job requirement here is to be a lazy half wit. I paid for what I paid for so I deserve what I paid for. Not an excuse for your mistake. The next time I pass through this area I will never again stop here. read more

Its tough to write a review for a chain ,as they are all basically the same. The chix sandwiches are pretty good, but I wish there was more chicken and less breading; which I recall was the std years ago. Seems for the same price, you get more chicken at Cane's. Service here was excellent and the restaurant was sparkling clean. read more

This is the best Chick-fil-a I've ever been to. Super fast service even when the lines are backed up and people everywhere. My food is always hot and fresh. When dining in, they will refill my drink at my table for free and offered me ice cream for my kids. read more

I'm not sure how this chick fil a earned 4 stars. I had to give them a star to post, but in no way does this store deserve a star. This chick fil a store is the worse chick fil a I've been to Ever! The manager there, I think her name is Millie, is rude and condescending which would explain the staffs disposition at this place. I ordered a grilled scrambled in a bowl and got fried scrambled in a bowl. I asked her about an item on their menu and the answer I receive was not correct. Chick-fil-A is known for their courtesy. She was not very friendly, didn't smile, none of them smiled. I didn't hear their famous customer service statement "My pleasure". My entire experience was just weird. I won't be back to this place. I know me not coming back probably doesn't make a difference, however I hope they'll treat the next person the way they'd like to be treated when they go out to eat or shop or whatever. read more

I travel all over the east zone of the US for work and there is not another Chick-fil-A that gives the level of customer service or efficiency that West Monroe Chick-fil-A does. West monroe Chick-fil-A should be a training site for others. I am so proud that to tell the other Chick-fil-A store managers (and I do) that they need to get training for their employees from west monroe. I am proud to live in west monroe. read more

If you want to sit down, go to this chick-fil-a. This has a large parking lot, although trailers can cause issues. Drive thru is chaotic. It funnels you into a narrow lane, before splitting into 2 ordering stations. Then it moves back to a single lane. Always clean and kid friendly. read more

Love this place! I normally just get a chicken sandwich or a spicy chicken sandwich but then they started to sell these grilled chicken nuggets that are absolutely amazing!! I've never had grilled chicken like this from a fast food restaurant lol. The nuggets are amazing as well on the sandwich. My boyfriend has recently turned me on to the milkshakes. They are crazy good and unlike any milkshake you have ever had before especially one from a fast food chain! I love the cookies and cream shake. The service is always very fast here and the place is crazy clean! Even the restrooms are very well maintained and the floors and very clean. There's always a place to sit inside they are very good at cleaning the tables after someone gets up. But the drive-thru is also pretty quick! By far one of my favorite fast food places! read more

Wish we had one closer to home. Love this place. There always friendly staff makes it easy to order and the food definitely makes you want to return. read more

Food is always good and the employees are super nice. The parking lot can be quite hard to find a park especially at lunch.

Absolutely the best restaurant chain. I have yet to eat at a Chick-fil-A that didn't have great friendly service and consistently quality food. Love the grilled chicken nuggets. read more

You already know what you're getting, food wise, when you come here. The place is always packed, and the food is great. There's pleasant service and attitudes. The 3 star review is because the play area is disgusting, and overcrowded, which makes for a dangerous atmosphere! The sign CLEARLY says "Children must be 3 years & under to play!" Aside from my 3 & 2 year olds, there was 1-2 other children in this small play area who were 3 & under. There had to be 10-15 children running in and out in the 15 minutes my boys were playing. None of the children were supervised. Most of the children looked to be 5-7 years old, with a couple of boys at least 10-12 years old. Thankfully my boys didn't get hurt, but I doubt we'll ever come here again for anything other than the food! Have your children playing at your own risk. read more

Having been born and raised in Atlanta, GA, CFA has been a staple in my life. Boy, was this restaurant a disappointment. I cannot believe how dirty the bathrooms were. The toilets were in constant flush mode. Toilet tissue on the floor. Floors were wet around toilets. Plastic salad bags used in sanitary bins. The salad was very gritty. It was like eating a salad with sand in it. Not very good. And to top it all off, the ice cream machine was not working. I think my daughter hit the nail on the head when she said, "This is a McDonald's in disguise." Such a shame... read more

Chick- fil-A has the best fast food anywhere! Love their menu. The chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches are the best!

Chick-fil-A Is by far the best restaurant ever!! They make everything fresh and perfect. They have many options and if you love chicken like I do, I definitely recommend! The employees and workers are so kind and make sure you have the best experience ever. I have never gotten bad chicken not once! There fries are amazing! There chicken is anazing! There breakfast is amazing! And so is everything else! GO TO CHICK-FIL-A!! read more

the lady who took my order was very kind & patient but then i pulled around to the window and everything went south. i asked for more sauce and the lady said "there's some in the bag" & then the female behind her continued to say "there's a limit on sauces" um excuse me? this is a chickfila it's supposed to be your pleasure to serve your guest. a kinder way to say that could've been "i already put 3 sauces in your bag, would you still like more?" as a chickfila employee i'm disappointed. read more

As always, a great experience! Went through drive-thru and the employee at the window repeated ordered correctly, while a 2nd employee provided change for my cash payment at the same time. Quick, pleasant, good-spirited service. That's why my family loves Chick-Fil-A! read more

How can you not love Chickfila. Its amazing place to take the grandkids. A very family oriented place.

Stopped by for a late lunch. Place was busy but our order was taken in no time and food was ready shortly after.

This place is so amazing! Not only is their food great their staff is amazing! Oh and the mobile order was the best thing they have ever done! You can be in and out of the drive thru within mins. read more

Found it a bit unfortunate that brownies weren't available at this location. Sadder still was the fact that the cashier has never even tried one. West Monroe, brownies are the way to go. And though the customer service and cleanliness met the standard I'm use to with this chain, I was disappointed to find that the apple juice wasn't put in the kid's meal. read more

This store is dirty. First Chick-fil-a that I have been in that was this dirty. Had to clean my own table. I thought they staffed enough people to have someone stay in the lobby and clean. Probably will not return. read more

How can you go wrong with Chick Fil A? Great service and reliable, tasty offerings. Time your visit, because it can get super-busy.
