Good Service , Fresh Food , And Lovely Employees ... Everyone Was Nice & Sweet ( 1000/10 ) Will Be Getting My Service For Now On

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this was a very disappointing experience. I ordered burgers, fries, and drinks through the drive-thru like normal. When I pulled up to the window, my food was handed to me, and I asked for a side of their sauce. That's when I was told they were out. I opened my burger and found that it only had the meat, one pickle, and the bun--no condiments at all. Thinking it was just an oversight, I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise. I was then told they were completely out of all sauces and condiments because they were waiting on their delivery truck the next morning. The only response I received was, "Sorry," followed by a shrug. I was even offered queso as a substitute, which wasn't a reasonable replacement for burger condiments. What was most frustrating is that no one mentioned they were out of everything when I placed my order. Had I known, I would have ordered something else or gone somewhere different. Instead, I paid full price for food that wasn't what I expected. I sat there honestly in disbelief, waiting for someone to offer a solution--a refund, a remake, or even an acknowledgment that this wasn't acceptable. Instead, everyone simply went back to work as if it wasn't a big deal. I was left feeling like the expectation was that I should just eat it. In the end, I left, went somewhere else to eat, and threw away the food I had just paid for. This was my second time stopping here while passing through West Monroe because I remembered wanting to eat here again. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don't see myself coming back. I truly hope this review is taken as constructive feedback. This restaurant has so much potential to be successful, but communication and customer service matter just as much as the food. Simply letting customers know about major menu limitations before they order--and making an effort to make things right when problems arise--would have made all the difference. read more

It did not take too long of time, we went through the drive through but it was a little hard to hear through the speaker. Glad I added the bacon it was delicious and will definitely be back! read more

I ordered through the drive-thru and it didn't take any longer than other places. These sliders are so delicious! I order bacon and mayo on mine, and you definitely should order the queso dip! Totally going back for more. read more

This place seems more concerned about the drive-through than people they have for walk up orders. I stood at the window for about five minutes, and was getting ready to turn around and leave when a guy came up to the window and asked for my order. When I was telling the guy my order, he got on his headset and spoke to somebody on the drive-through, that was really upsetting to me. If I was making an order and I was on the phone talking to somebody while I was talking to him back-and-forth that is just plain rude and not good customer service. Eating here is only outside with a covered patio, not my favorite thing. Otherwise, the burger was pretty good even though it came out wrong. They did corrected It. Well it was my first time going by there and was looking forward to trying them out First off all I could not understand the man taking my order in the drive through nor could he understand me.he took my order and repeated it back to me and it was correct Then when I got up to the window I had to reorder because he already had forgotten the order I paid and then he didn't give me my credit card back and I had to go searching for it and he finally found it and returned it to me almost as if he had thrown it behind the machines Coke was flat and warm But the burgers themselves were really good Overall a dull experience but it was filling I hope service catches up with the food quality or they will have a hard time in the future read more

We ordered the four sliders, waffle fries. The sliders are good for someone on the go. The sliders are a little larger than a normal sized biscuit with an soft brioche like bun. I do recommend trying it. The waffle fries are very good also... two thumbs up for Smalls. read more

Absolutely terrible food. No options for toppings, bacon is 3 dollars extra, the queso cup is so tiny that you can't even dip a slider, and the food is overpriced.
