This location used to be my favorite before the remodel. This crew does not know what they are doing. Drive thru does not know how to enter specific combos, and I hate getting my food in the drive thru without being able to go. My food starts to get cold before I could pull out of there - waiting for other cars to get their food. Weird concept. Also, when I got home, I got a 2 piece strips meal when I specifically paid for a 12 count nugget meal! So annoyed with this location. I guess I'll have to drive the other direction and go to the one in Glendora. read more

This is our second time dining inside at this location. Each time we have had a great experience with excellent customer service. Today David took our order. We are a family that navigates food allergies and David was patient and very understanding as we asked questions and requested a glove change. We really appreciate his patience, understanding, and customer service. Most Chick-fil-A's are good but this one is exceptional! read more

I visit this location on a regular basis! Never a bad experience, and the employees are always courteous! Can't say enough about this location! Ordered online and picked up in the drive through, seamless transaction! Recommend to everyone, and hats off to the manager of this location! read more

I give this location a solid "B" rating. It's a bit of an awkward location with tough access on and off the freeway, the drive-through line is always long (and fairly slow versus other locations), and I always have small issues with my order. During a recent visit, I ordered the #1 meal with a large drink and fries. They gave me a large fry with a smaller drink and when I called it to their attention, they mentioned they hadn't charged me for it and asked me to pay the additional $.30. While this wasn't a big deal, it was their mistake and they actually re-ran my debit card for those pennies. The employee working the drive-through seemed annoyed and I didn't get the "My pleasure" spiel. Oh well! This location is lucky there isn't another location close-by otherwise I would take my business there. And amen to their crunchy ice! read more

Everyone here is really nice and I usually never have an issue with this location or any in general but I came on Saturday and got a grilled club and when I got home my sandwich didn't have bacon on it ! So I called and they gave me a voucher for a club so I came today to use it but I am still so disappointed. When I got my sandwich the bread was sooo cold and my cheese was falling apart into crumbs because it was cold as well ): I'm not sure what happened or if they're getting new cooks but it's a bit rare for this location ! read more

The best customer service! These employees know how to hustle & treat a customer. They work so hard & my order is always correct. I don't even need to check my order. They are so polite & friendly. I used to love Chic-fil-A, the spicy chicken sandwich was great, thick, juicy chicken, delicious worth the money. But now, the chicken is thin and dry, not the same and for $8, I'll spend my money elsewhere. Very disappointed. read more

Love the place. Great for kids. They have a play place so the kids love running around and playing. The food is great (though apparently I still need to try Popeye's chicken sandwich). It can be a little crowded during standard meal times and the drive through can get real long. Fantastic costumer service. Bonus Tip: you can trade in the kid's meal toy in for an ice cream read more

When I got there the two people takings orders were more focused on finishing their conversation before they took my order. The girl who took my order is more focused on the boy across the way and what he was doing. Girls at the window are very nice. Didn't get what I wanted because again the girl taking my order is most likely new and too focused on talking to her co workers. read more

This has got to be the slowest chain in the restaurant. I have sat in my car for over ten minutes in one spot and have only moved a few feet in ten more minutes. Very disappointing. Never come to this one on a Saturday. You will ruin your whole night waiting in line. read more

My go to spot for a quick chicken sandwich and some nuggets and fries for my kid. It can get busy at times. So be prepared.

How does this place have anything less than 5 stars? They've been stellar with how they have responded through this pandemic. UPDATE: While at the drive-thru window, the girl working there saw our dogs and offered them some dog treats (Milk Bone). Dog friendly!? How sweet! I love Chick-fil-a! It's the only "fast food" restaurant I will ever eat at these day. They are open for breakfast as well! Remember... Closed on Sundays. You are always greeted with "How may I serve you today?" and thanked with a "My Pleasure". In the past, I've tried their wraps and salads, but who am I kidding? I only want to eat their delicious Chick-fil-a nuggets or Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with Waffle Fries and lemonade! Free refills on drinks, but you have to ask them to refill it for you. Note that their nuggets come in 8 or 12 pieces and are made from all breast meat pieces and pressure-cooked in peanut oil. You can definitely taste the quality. (McDonald's only advertises "white" meat chicken nuggets and for all I know.. they are dyeing their meat white! Even my dogs won't eat McDonald's nuggets! They spit it out on the floor!) At this location, they used to have all the sauces out by the ketchup, but now you have to request for them. My favorite sauces are the Barbecue, Honey Mustard, Polynesian, and Chick-fil-a sauce. If I get the Chicken Sandwich, I'll usually ask for a packet of Chick-fil-a sauce too. 111/100 Reviews for 2014 read more

Today @ about 9:40 pm I witnessed some male employees (one wearing a light blue collared shirt, and the other wearing the regular uniform with long hair) being inappropriate with the young man working the drive-thru window. It did not sit well with me, formerly being in the service industry this type of stuff would happen all the time and no one would do anything about it. I hope this Chik-Fil-A corrects this as no one should have to deal with that type of nonsense while trying to make a honest living. I also apologize for leaving a review here, there's no e-mail address on the webpage... read more

I ordered two sandwiches meals with sauce. Both had specific requests. When I received my order, we were missing both of our fries. Then I looked at my sandwich and it was completely the wrong chicken sandwich, i do not eat bacon & or tomato.. both were there. Then to make matters worse, once they replaced my fries and sandwich, my sandwich had a tomato with no sauce. 8/28/21 read more

Ever since the reopening of this location the service and quality of customers orders has suffered greatly. My go to drink is half sweet/ half unsweetened ice tea, however these "pleasurable" employee still somehow manage to get it wrong and serve me an entirely unsweetened tea. This location is extremely unfair and skimpy on their portions, their breakfast burritos have consistently been made to a size that would leave a 5 year old asking for more food. The management of this chick-fil-a needs to make retraining its "pleasurable" employees a top priority. Save your money and your time and go to another chick-fil-a location. read more

I've never had an issue with this Chick-Fil-A location. Fast service, nice employees, and my order is always accurate! If I ask them for x amount of sauces, they give them to me with no issues. This review is for the customer service I experienced on Saturday, Sep. 30,2017 at 10:30 am. I ordered my meal through the app and was directed to go inside and stand at the pick up station to receive my order. When I arrived, I stood at the pick up window and waited, and waited, and waited. No one brought my food to me. I stood there and a manager walked past and looked at me and didn't say anything. Another manager would look at me off and on but not once did she acknowledge my presence. I stood there for over 2 minutes before someone finally noticed that I had been standing there for a while and maybe they should ask if I needed something. I'm very disappointed in the service I received and will likely not return to this location, in hopes that another location has better service. Also, I observed the ice scoop being left in the ice container. The manager even used it and stuck it back in the ice container and closed the door. This is how your ice gets bacteria and infects customers. This location obviously needs another course in food safety. read more

What's the deal with having cars go through the drive through then have them pull in the parking lot with flashers on and wait for their food? I was told to pull in the parking lot and wait. Their was 4 cars parked along the curb and 5 cars in parking spots with flashers on. Then I get home and my sprite is not even drinkable. I get it you want the fast window time or something like that right? I guess I will just go to In N out next time they won't tell me to wait in the parking lot and my soda won't be flat.
