What's the deal with having cars go through the drive through then have them pull in the parking lot with flashers on and wait for their food? I was told to pull in the parking lot and wait. Their was 4 cars parked along the curb and 5 cars in parking spots with flashers on. Then I get home and my sprite is not even drinkable. Ummm sooooo I came through the drive through this morning for their breakfast and asked for a bagel toasted well and I got a Chard bagel. When people say toasted well they mean nice and brown. I've been going to this chick fil a for a while, but that it going to stop. I ordered just a medium fry and large drink, get to the store, they 'don't have the order' okay, he does on the walkie talkie and who I'm assuming is the manager tell him to check the location on my phone (which is right) then when he confirms she tells him to tell me to pull to the window for my order. Then the white crew member with freckles and blondish hair asks for my name and I tell him and SHOW that I've paid for the order and he basically tells me to cancel it and reorder again at the window AFTER the manager (I'm assuming) tells me I could get my food. Sad that chick fil a had this type of management and crew because I work at the wingstop right across the street from there & if someone walked in with PROOF they paid for an order and it was just a fry and large drink, my manager wouldn't hesitate to do the right thing and give them their food, not recharge them. I will be telling all friends and family not to visit this location. Very disappointed of how the situation was handled and the fact I wasted my gas to go get a fry & drink from chick fil a on a hot ass day like this and don't get it despite it showing I paid. Even if the drive thru line is wrapped around the parking lot, and the line inside is out the door, they will get you through the line and get you your food within a few minutes and they'll do it with a smile! Every time I go here, I'm impressed. It's just a fast food joint, right? Right?! I've always had great service but today, I'm compelled to talk about it. My wife & I set out on an 8 hour roadtrip so we stopped here to get some grub to go. The drive-thru was uncharacteristically light so we stayed in the car. After ordering, the line stalled. 2 cars ahead of us, I guess they had a large order or something. We were probably only in line for 10 minutes or so, but the woman at the window immediately apologized and said the meal was "on us today. Because of the wait." We weren't even upset or complaining. Bad experience. Ordered over $50 of food in the drive thru today, and was asked what sauces I'd like. I asked for Polynesian, Honey mustard, and Chik-fil-a sauce. When I got to the window, the girl standing outside (with the dead face and no motivation) was rudely gesturing for the vehicle in front of me to park. Moments later the Caucasian girl inside the window with HEAVY makeup handed the woman's order to the "dead face" girl and said with a lot of attitude, "here's that woman with the 27 kids order". As a Christian business, this all seemed very un-Christian to me. They were also very distracted from their duties by the "suspicious" van at the end of the drive thru, which turned out to be their supplies delivery. I next received my order and proceed home 15 minutes away, only to find when I opened my order that they had not included ANY of the sauces I requested or napkins. It was there for years but, even though I thought it was delicious, I rarely went there and eventually, it went away. I remember having the idea that it was too expensive for me (a kid)... Fast forward to 2011... I now live in the SW and there are Chick-fil-as all over the place. Luckily, they are just as tasty but also, fast, healthy-ish and in the same price range as many other joints of it's type. I really love their grilled chicken sandwiches and fruit cup options.
