Check your bag for a complete order before leaving the premises. They left our sons sandwich out of the bag, but we didn't know until we got home with the food. We chose to not drive back and instead shared the food we got for the other 3 of us. This was our first time ever going to Chick-fil-A. The service was very friendly. It's COVID protocol so dining room closed, drive thru line wrapped around onto the street, 15+/- cars in the drive thru line, they had a good system for ordering with two people holding tablets. Line moved fast, but the people at the pick up window seemed frazzled and obviously dropped the ball when missing a sandwich we ordered and paid for. Food is ok. There are better chicken sandwiches and better fries elsewhere. Again, if you do go, make sure they give you your full order before leaving. Cheers. read more

I ordered through DoorDash and I noticed it was going to the wrong address, totally my fault. I could get through to DoorDash so I called this Chik-Fil-A to see if they could help. A guy answered the phone and I started to explain my situation and he interrupted me and said let me go ahead and stop you, DoorDash is not my problem. I explained that his approach was extremely rude and asked for the manager. He said to me, not only am I the manager, I'm also the owner. He continued to tell me things that didn't help me. I said to him look, I get that DoorDash is it's own thing but, the way you approached telling me was very rude. He said in a very song songy way, I'm sorry you feel that way and hung up. 25 minutes and still waiting for a take out chicken sandwich and a 4 strip meal..... After 15 minutes of waiting and observing everyone who had come in and ordered after us receive their food I chased up our order. A server checked and said it would be with us soon. Another 10 minutes passed and again everyone who came in and ordered got their orders whilst we waited patiently. Still no order. I chased again and was told again it was being prioritised (!?!?!) and will be soon. I was just about to ask for a refund when the order magically appeared. I did complain that a 25minute wait for a simple unadulterated fast food order was not good enough and at this point I was late for appointment (and then subsequently later picking up my 10 year old from gym class). I got a pathetic, muted 'sorry' and that was it. If I wasn't already late for an appointment and didn't have a hungry 11 year old in tow I would have asked to speak to the manager, left the food and asked for a refund. As far as the food goes; my hungry 11 year old enjoyed her food. My spicy chicken sandwich was 'meh' at best and not in the slightest bit spicy. Needless to say I won't be going back. Less Chick-Fil-A more Chick-Fil-F minus **** Update **** So, despite my best instincts and a lot of pester power from my daughter we went back. It was a simple order of a 4 piece strip meal to take out, nothing more nothing less 15 minutes pass, and a kid comes out calls out a name *similar* to ours but for an order of 12 nuggets and a medium fries. No answer so he trundles back. A couple of minutes later he comes back to call '12 nuggets for (our name)'. I told him that's our name but not what we ordered. Now the sensible thing to do at this point would for him to ask what our order was, but no he just trundled back. Given my previous experience here I went to ask where our order was. They had no further orders in our name so assumed the 12 nuggets they produced was for us. Once they'd figured this out they promptly swapped out for 4 strips. At every stage of this order they screwed up and screwed up at, for the most part, a sloth like pace. No doubt we also got charged for the more expensive 12 nuggets rather than the 4 strips ordered. No amount of pester power will get me back; my daughter agrees they're useless, so thanks for giving me a valid reason to give her next time she asks for chick-Fil-a I would suggest they use the time they are closed on Sunday's to train the staff here; god knows they need it.... read more

Been here three times, they've left something out of our order/messed up the order every single time. Definitely a bummer when you don't realize until you get home! Check your bag before you leave if you visit this chick fil a, they probably forgot something. The food also just tastes worse than other chick fil a's. I NEVER hear "my pleasure" at this location and this location has not figured out the clear genius that someone once upon a time managed to implement to clear all chick fil a mile long lines in less than 8 minutes. Also I truly knew the menu better than the girl who tried to take orders because yes they do sell six pack nuggs. The dude at the drive thru window though was delightful. Went here on 08/05/2022. Fantastic service from Harris, Cayden, and Amir. Harris took our order in line at the drive-thru and was welcoming and pleasant throughout the process. Cayden prepped the food to run at the window, was friendly and had a big smile. Amir ran food out to the cars in line and he was truly doing the most. He made sure that we didn't forget our water and showed the utmost care in everything he did. All three of them definitely deserve a raise! read more

I grew up in the Southeast and all I can say is this Chik-Fil-A is a disappointment. Yes, every Chik-Fil-A line gets long, but just compare the ratings at the Bellevue and Lynnwood locations on Yelp and Google. Hell even go to either one and you'll see the obvious difference in how they run ship. I've been to at least 20+ CFAs at least 1,000+ times and this one is consistently the worst. I also hold the brand dear to my heart for the customer care, excellent food and all around amazing ness but this location is subpar. A couple of things I found off about this one: - Like every Chick-Fil-A, the line is usually long. However, this one seems to go twice as slow or more. If you don't believe me, again go to Bellevue during lunch hours and compare the "speed" of the line. - DO NOT ORDER a large fry if you're expecting more than the small amount. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME they stack your condiments and napkins to try to be sneaky about how many fries they give you. - Human error says orders will get messed up, but I've never had one Chik-Fil-A get three orders wrong! During COVID and an hour long line, just forget about getting it corrected. Those are the main points, the people are really nice so it's a shame they don't model the excellence in other areas. I hope that their manager actually reads some of this shit, digests it and actually puts forth a plan of action to bring this location up to par with others. This branch lacks two key ingredients all Chick-Fil-as are known for: Fast and very courteous service. This is the slowest chick-fil-a I have ever been too. I grew up in Georgia home to chick-fil-a and have been to countless franchises. I was VERY excited to get a piece of home here in Seattle. l've been disappointed at each visit and now know this is business as usual for this location. This is the slowest chick-fil-a and it's not even close. Besides the weeks following the grand opening, each time I've come there is hardly any customers (compared to the standard long lines of normal chick-fil-a) probably for this very reason. Most people at the restaurant are just all waiting for their food. 15-20 minutes is bad for a McDonalds and is unheard of for chick-fil-a. Chick-Fil-a's are made to get through huge lines quickly, that's why people come, and for the chick sandwich. Until this branch, I've never seen an empty chick-fil-a with people just waiting for food. This has been my experience each visit. This chick-fil-a is new and BADLY needs to have an experienced chick-Fil-a ops specialist to come in and intervene and intervene quick. Pay any cost to have this done, please. The staff also doesn't have anywhere close to the same courtesy Chick-fil-a is known for and it's completely disorganized. I've yet to hear a "my pleasure" from anyone. Managers need retraining or replacement. The food still tastes like chick-fil-a from home, two stars are for that only. read more

Beyond upset, I literally drove over 30min to get breakfast at this location. I ordered breakfast through their app, paid via Apple Pay, and they literally canceled my order while I was waiting in the drive thru line. The payment went through and I was there within breakfast hours. When I went to try and pick it up, they said they didn't have my order. I spoke to the manager and in an extremely condescending tone she said that breakfast over but we can do lunch. Service was awesome on their first day. Had to park a couple blocks away due to congestion but that's always a given. Customer service was on point. With greeters at the front door and the cashiers positive attitudes made a great first impression. I ordered 2 hot and spicy chicken sandwiches , curly fries, and a drink. On 07.20.2019 at 18:40 went in and ordered a single item (Large Peach Milkshake), and after 20 minutes, I still hadn't received my order & 2 ladies who ordered their Peach Milkshakes 5 minutes after had already received theirs, and this was 10 minutes after I asked where it was. I had seen a manager acknowledge the employee when she asked about it, and after 20 minutes they still hadn't made my Milkshake, so I asked that manager for a refund, which he did, but other than a weak & halfhearted apology, made no other effort or offer to try & keep my business. When I said that I was going to post an awful revue on here, he said " we don't care about **** reviews", nor do they care about fast service or customer service, my worst customer service experience ever! read more

Great food. It's a new store so the speed of service is slow. I saw a customer wait in line for his carry out order and no one came to tell Him he needed to click the Prepare my order button on his phone. So he waited over ten minutes at the carry out counter without someone coming to help him. By the time someone did and told him to push the button he had to wait almost another 10 minutes for his food. The store is new so the employees will get better. Everyone is extremely nice and well meaning, it's just experience. Check this place out in a few months and go to the Lynnwood for now. Updated review: today is August 9th, several months after I did the original review. I went through the drive thru. I put in my order at 7:25 waited til 7:41 and left without my full order. I have to come back for my sandwich because I have to be work at 8. It was 3 stars originally but I have to make 1 Star. They had me and my wife pull over to a parking spot where I waited for ten minutes before coming into the store where I witnessed no one at the register. 3 employees waiting to put food in bags, one person making food and 3 other visibly just walking aimlessly. This restaurant has many problems and management can only be blamed. How can a brand new restaurant have only a "good" rating on food freshness? I waited in the long drive through line for about 10 minutes out on the street. When I got to their property line a young man dropped a cone in front of my car and said they were now closed because it was 6PM and new years day. Although my cell phone said it was 5:58PM he didn't care. I said I've been waiting in the drive through line for like 10 minutes, but he didn't care. He said I could talk to a manager, she came out and she didn't care either. I had just turned my car around and was opening my Yelp app and watched 2 other customers drive around the cones and get in the drive through line undetected by the chicken police.
