Great food with a Friendly staff, would definitely eat here again. Love their bbq and Cajun wings but there bbq are the best for sure!

What's better than wingstop wings? The ranch haha! Nice and clean location quick service and great staff! Had a problem selecting certain flavors and modifying my order to all Flats online. Quick phone call and it was handled, my only complaint about this location is that it's CASHLESS read more

I came in the other day, and Some tall man in green was very rude. He needs to Learn how to have better customer service. The food was surprisingly fast but totally not satisfied. This is not the first time he's been rude to me, but I will not be returning. I did try the lemon pepper wings for the first time and they were super salty, but the hot honey boneless was amazing just an fyi. read more

Forgot my ranch awful literally just tossed the wings cause I'm not eating it without the effing ranch

Went in with my son to place an order for six to go. When we went in the guy with glasses and ugly blond hair did not greet or anything. Looking down at the register saying: Ordering? Ordering? As he was rude neither me nor my son answered. Then he said Name? Name? I said why do you need the name? Thinking we are the only customers in the store literally. He said how about I call you # 1. I said OK. Then the worker with him asked me if I speak Spanish, but I did not take it negative from as she sensed the tension and she is trying to ease things. I kind of understood that this must not be the first time this guy is rude. Then I said why are you coming strong like that? I did not want to say rude. He said because I am the BOSS. I said BOSS yourself. My kid was with me I could not say the other word. Then we just left and ordered from the one at the university. What happened to good customer service. Hello my I help you? Can I get your order? Then after the order may I have your name for the order?. That is all I expect just the bear minimum. read more

Wing Stop? More Like Wing Stopped--For 2 Hours!" I don't know what's worse--waiting TWO HOURS for my food or dealing with the employees who clearly hate their jobs (and their customers). I ordered wings, not a time-travel experience back to the prehistoric era where food takes forever to arrive. When I finally got my order, it looked like they tossed my wings around like a football before stuffing them into the bag. The staff? Oh, they were about as enthusiastic as a sloth on NyQuil. No greetings, no updates, just pure attitude. I called to check on my order, and the person on the phone sounded like I personally ruined their entire life by asking for an ETA. Spoiler alert: they didn't know. By the time my wings arrived, I had already lost all hope, my appetite, and possibly a few years off my life from stress. If you're craving disappointment, cold food, and customer service that makes you question humanity, Wing Stop is the place for you! read more

I typically don't write reviews for fast food chains, but I noticed low ratings for this one, so I wanted to share my positive experience. Upon entering, I received a friendly greeting. Ordering via the app led to a reasonable 15-20 minute wait. Upon receiving my order, I checked it--everything was accurate. The sauced chicken and well-seasoned dry rub impressed me. The service was good, and a manager even checked in to ensure everything was okay. Overall, a great experience with friendly staff and delicious food. read more

I was introduced to Wingstop in the Oaktree complex as a budget alternative to Wingdome, Cookie's Country Kitchen, The Chicken Supply, or Watson's Counter. I just realized that I never posted a Yelp review. Protip: Best to order/pay online and pickup takeout. Currently, no onsite dine-in. Counter staff are pleasant, takeout orders have been accurate, generous, piping hot, and nicely packed. I usually nibble a few bites and majority is gobbled up by The Homie. I don't overly indulge because I find it overly salty. Menu has a nice variety of wings or bites, lots of sauce choices, and on some days budget friendly specials and combos It's also a convenient northend location on the Rapid Ride E bus route and the Oaktree complex has plenty of free parking. read more

I love this location so much! Time is never an inconvenience and the staff are all super friendly--especially this one girl named Adrianna, shes the sweetest! read more

Ordered a ten piece meal - five bbq, five mango habanero. The wings were microscopic! It was like they cut one wing into quarters and tried passing them off as an individual wing. The bbq wings also had like dribbles of sauce, not coated at all (see photos for examples). This meal was $25 bucks and came with ten crumbs, five of which had mere droplets of sauce on them. Thank god it came with fries..though they were cold and mushy...or I would have left starving. read more

The girl working there was so rude and unkind. We made the mistake of bringing cash and did not read the sign that said cashless establishment. instead of letting us know in a kind manner, she made us feel stupid and talked down to us. I hope you can improve your service in the future. I an really upset by this. read more

Ordered online for pick up. FYI...4 regular ranches equals 1 large ranch. 30 piece bone in wings, 20 Garlic Parmesan, and 10 Cajun. As usual...on point and the folks were great there. Honey BBQ and Hawaiian flavor. Nothing too spectacular or great. Kind of expected to be a little more crunchy then chewy like some other places. Parmesan Fries was a bit soggy Overall grade 4/10. Nothing too great about it. Eat here if you are really really craving for wings. read more

This Wingstop location is beyond frustrating. They always mess up the order, and this time they forgot 22 wings, almost our entire order! This is actually the second time this has happened. Last time, they missed some items too, and when we provided our receipt number and emailed asking for a refund, it was impossible to get it sorted out. Getting a hold of the store is nearly impossible, and even if you leave a message and request contact through email, they'll just call you back, leave a voicemail, and tell you to confirm the missing order again. Then you're stuck in the same loop of trying to reach them by phone, and it's a complete mess. read more

This establishment is unacceptable, I order for delivery and didn't get anything for an hour and a half (the site says 40 minutes to get the order) then i call and a horrible unknowing employee answers and has no idea what he is doing. Then later i call them again and a better employee answers and tells me my order has been delivered ( it has not been delivered) and they say they can either refund or remake the order. Not both! i can either get my money back and not eat dinner or i can get my dinner more than 2 hours after ordering. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in a company which i enjoy their product. Disgraceful. read more

the owners needs to fire that lead or manager of the store. He's a complete ahole. I asked about my order that I ordered 20-25 minutes I told the lady for dine in and she mistakenly put it to go. I don't mind the mistake but the dude that was working along side her on a wednesday afternoon was a complete idiot and told me rudely it hasn't passed 18min. I checked my time and it's been passed but his attitude was completely unacceptable. His ego was over the roof. read more

A Nightmare at Wingstop: One Year Later and Still Reliving It I honestly didn't want to write this review, but after a year of sleepless nights thinking about the experience, I finally feel like I have to. So here it is -- my Wingstop disaster. About a year ago, a couple of friends and I were starving and decided to grab some wings at the nearest Wingstop. It was within walking distance, so we figured it would be a good choice. Big mistake. 1. Order Accuracy: We all ordered the same thing: an 8-piece Original Hot bone-in wings with fries. After what felt like an eternity (20 minutes), our food arrived, and to my complete disbelief, I received boneless wings. Not just boneless, but what I can only describe as glorified chicken nuggets. There's a huge difference between bone-in wings and boneless, and this wasn't even close to what I had ordered. I was shocked and confused. How did this happen? Was the person taking my order not listening? Was there a misunderstanding? This wasn't just a minor mistake, it felt like a slap in the face. 2. Quality of Food: Let's talk about boneless wings. Honestly, I don't know why anyone would willingly order them. They don't even deserve to be called wings. The texture, the taste, it's like eating pre-formed, processed chicken nuggets. I was already upset, but the food only made it worse. 3. Customer Service: I went up to the staff at the kiosk to explain the mistake. The employee (who was Mexican, just for context) didn't seem to care at all. He didn't even acknowledge my frustration, and his response was almost dismissive. After a painful exchange, he begrudgingly agreed to remake my order. The Final Straw: Another 20 minutes later, I finally received my corrected order, only it was a 6-piece bone-in instead of the 8 pieces I had originally ordered. At this point, I was beyond fed up. I couldn't even look at the food anymore. I flipped my table (probably a bit dramatic, but I was enraged) and stormed out. Conclusion: I've never been back to Wingstop since, and I'm still recovering from this traumatic experience. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, I'd recommend boycotting Wingstop altogether. There are plenty of better places to get wings, places that don't make you question your faith in humanity. read more

My first time trying Wingstop and I was pleased. I saw their 66 cent boneless wings special so I hopped on it and ordered 5 Parmesan garlic and 5 Louisiana rub. I also ordered some Cajun fries and a side of ranch. The chicken was surprisingly juicy but did have a lot of batter. The Cajun fries were delicious and went well with the ranch. I was so full and could only finish 6 wings and half the fries. Definitely a great spot for wings! read more

Unfortunately the food was way too salty to enjoy. We ordered 20 piece boneless with Garlic Parmesan , lemon pepper, Hickory Bbq. & Korean spice. The fries and cheese sauce were the most palatable as they were the least salty. The wings seemed well cooked. And the overall presentation was nice. But we couldn't finish it because it was just too salty. It's a pitty because I've had WingStop wings in LA and it's was delicious. They will definitely need to tweak their recipe for the Seattle market. read more

I was excited when I saw that they would be doing chicken thighs. I went into the store and was greeted by the staff in a friendly manner. The problem occurred when I got my order and noticed two things. First, I am not sure where the chicken thighs came from but they were not much bigger than a wing. I have never seen chicken thighs this small in my life. Second, they cooked it for way too long. It wasn't burnt but the inside of the chicken was as dry as sand. I only ate half a thigh and tossed the rest in the garbage. To be fair, I am going to try again at a different store and hope that the food is better. read more

First and last time at this wing stop. Went there last night and ordered for my family dinner and lunch for myself today. I spent nearly 15 bucks just on the 3 piece thigh meal and ended up getting only one (subpar) thigh. The store clerk said that the store's shipment is for these so-called thighs. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! These are not chicken thighs (must be from a baby chick or quail but DEFINITELY NOT a fully grown chicken)!! I deserve my damn money back. Definitely going to report this to the corporate office. read more

I like Wingstop generally as a business just the execution here is not great. The portion sizes are smaller then I prefer but not bad. This location from being bad with order times to frustrating customer service. I stopped complaining and just stopped coming. The Cajun spice might be the best they have. The heat is not over powering and gives you just the right amount of heat. read more

So I placed an order online and came 10 min before scheduled time to pickup and the order was already there! My 15 min drive home would not be able to make the fries cool down that fast, but after tasting one once I did get home you can definitely tell they've been sitting out. They got that sitting out soggy taste. They seemed to be accurate otherwise (with no seasoning), which was appreciated. And the wings also look good, but I can also guarantee they too have been sitting for a bit. At touch they're not hot at all. Also, both the wings & fries should have been extra cooked, but I'm not convinced they are by just looking at them. What an overall bummer. Decent service picking up and lots of parking (shared lot plaza) so that was nice. read more

A girl at the register helped us and was nice. However, she was on her phone the whole time laughing and watching videos. When our orders were ready we asked for the price of an extra ranch and she looked at us with a shocked face; mouth wide open. She then proceeded to not help us and answer a personal phone call instead. Another employee luckily came to the counter and helped us and gave us two ranches for free. Also, she got one of our orders completely wrong. She gave us bone-in when none us ordered bone-in wings. read more

Stopped in the first day they opened. Ordered 20 wings to go which included three flavors, Atomic, Hot and Mango Habanero... they were sauced good although for leftovers there might not have been enough sauce as it absorbed and the wings were really dry. The Atomic was so hot it burnt my lip and a day later it's still hurts. I can do all hot spices but this flavor doesn't mess around and I think It was a pepper that burnt me. Delicious though and luckily I had a latte to wash them down and some ranch ( extra ) charge helped. I will totally be back. Really friendly service and 20 wings took about 20 minutes. Favorite so far the Mango Habanero tied with the Atomic but will use more caution next time ... read more

Wings were good, but didnt get the heat I expected. The habanero mango wings are supposed to be the second spiciest option, but didnt have the kick for us. Sauce was still delicious, just not spicy. I like that these are nice sized wings, unlike another popular wing joint near by, whose wings are puny. :) We got three flavors: parm, BBQ, and mango habanero. The habanero was def the favorite! I personally didn't enjoy the fries as much. Ours was really sweet for some reason. Not sure if it's meant to be that sweet? As with all new spots, I think the staff are still getting up to full ops. Our to go order of 15 wings and a side of fries took a good 20+ minutes (did not come during a rush). I'm hopeful if we are back in a few weeks, everything will run a lot more smoothly. read more

What kind of place is this?? You can only order online although they have people working inside and you are allowed to eat inside?? Not worth the time or money.. Will not use go to this place ever again. Just horrible. This a new location so I won't say I'll never go again. I like wings. I've had them across the country and in Los Angeles where the competition is intense and in Buffalo where it's a religion. Wings are hard to mess up so they are either good or bad. This place falls into the latter. Coupled with indifferent counter device, one can only hope it gets better with time. Speaking of time it take 15-20 minutes for an order so come prepared to surf your phone play a board game or order and put in a load of laundry. read more

Hard for me to say much about this Wingstop location since all I did was order online and pay at the register. Bottom line, I can't complain. read more

I waited forever while they called everyone else's order, and turned out my to-go order was on the shelf.

We ordered the promo, something about 3 flavored chicken wings with fries. The fries are meh. I saw a lot of people not eating their fries when we were there. For the chicken, we tried Spicy Korean Q, Lemon Pepper, and Louisiana Rub (ranked from good to okay). I have tried wingstop multiple times before in a different country and I can say that this wingstop we have here isn't up to par with it's foreign counterpart. What they have in common though is how it takes a while to serve food. Overall, it is an okay place if you want to have chicken wings with different flavors for a cheap price. Just don't visit around rush hour, there's not a lot of seats available. read more

*0/5 stars* they are the rudest staff i have ever interacted with. No patience, lying to our faces, scamming us and many others, and we went back multiple times to get our food or money back and NOTHING. NO REFUND AND WE NEVER RECEIVED THE ACTUAL ORDER (maybe less than 1/3 of the order) and it wasn't even good. Over 50 dollars and all we were given was two basket of fries. They were very VERY unprofessional and kept causing scenes with everyone. At least apologize, refund, and give the actual food back please. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!
