So disappointing, last time I came here, I asked for ice coffee no sweeter, verified There Would be no sweetener. Asked at the window. No sweetener. There was sweetener, had to throw away the coffee. Today I ask for 2 avocado lime dressings. I get 2 apple cider vinegarette. Sorry but I will take my chicken orders to the other chicken place across the street. Will never come here again. I tried for the first time their breakfast burrito, and it was delicious. I never placed hash browns inside my burritos so I was a bit hesitant to try theirs, I must say it added a crunch factor to which I love. The burrito had a nice warm flour tortilla the eggs were fluffy and soft was well. After I polished it off I definitely wanted more it wasn't too little or too small but just right . I was given. A red package of salsa that had jalapeños seasoning, it was ok but I love instead the Chick fil a barbecue sauce. To compliment this mighty breakfast I added an vanilla favored ice coffee, I added 2 creamers, and 1 sugar. Great drink to make this a well rounded satisfying just right meal. read more

I'm appalled at the amount of fries given on a large fry order. The team was super nice, but when I got home I felt jipped. I called their corporate facility and they confirmed that a large fry should have 6.3oz. I was given 5.25oz. Corporate said Katie Bergstrom, owner, would be in contact with me. Katie emailed me 'thanking me for the feedback, hope we can do better next time." And will not be refunding me or providing any type of compensation for this issue. Straight robbery. read more

I beat the lunch rush today. Ordered a market salad and dined-in. The server was very pleasant and greeted me as I walked up to order. My order came out quickly (the server was right behind me with my order as I was selecting a table). I know this location gets very busy, but the inside is always neat and clean. My salad was tasty as always. I appreciated that it contained more darker green lettuce and less of the paler & bitter stem pieces. I recommend this location. read more

I frequent here pretty often for breakfast items. Today I decided to get a southwest chicken salad and a Arnold Palmer. I drove through a little after 3 pm and there was a large line that took about 20 minutes to get through. The salad was tasty but to my surprise there was zero ice in the drink. I'm not a super picky person but that having no ice in my drink to me was equal to drinking warm tap water. Super disappointing.. read more

My daughter bought me a cobb salad from here and it was a complete joke 5 little pieces of chicken a small egg couldn't see cheese as the amount was so small a couple corn kernels and a tiny bit of lettuce thrown in a togo box. So ridiculous will never return. Over priced crap read more

They say that when you've been to one Chick-Fil-A, you've been to them all. This is somewhat true, and applies equally to In-N-Out. This particular location has served me on several occasions, after I've gotten done at the VA Medical Center in Long Beach. It conveniently sits near the roundabout, which directs me to the 405 and the 605 freeways. I almost always use the drive-thru here, and the few times I've dined in, I've noticed how clean they keep their place. The wait for drive-thru is never unreasonable, no matter how packed it is. Chick-Fil-A, much like In-N-Out, has a good track record for efficiency. This location in Long Beach is no exception. As far as their menu items, I go with the classics. The grilled chicken deluxe meal. There are some healthy options which are decent, such as the fruit and the kale. I don't recommend the yogurt, it's more sugared than the Yoplait brand. This place is one of many great quick food options in Long Beach. read more

Drive throughs these days have been LONG for these pandemic times. Although the lines were long at this location, it moves really quickly since the employees work pretty efficiently son don't let the long lines scare you away. You'd probably only in be in the drive through max 10 minutes. All the employees we encountered were super friendly and thrilled to see my dog eat the pup cup hahaha. Anyway, first time trying to order something for my pup here. They suggested a plain grilled chicken patty and to request for a pupcup at the pickup window! My pup enjoyed every bite of his food. The grilled chicken patty is pretty large so I ate half of it. It does have some sort of flavor to it so it's not fully plain but at least it's not very salty so it should be fine to give your pup here and there on rare occasions if you're up for it! The pupcup is a fairly decent sized cup too! Onto the human food, food and sauces good as usual! Gotta love their chicken tenders with their buffalo and ranch sauce. Can't forget the waffle fries too! I love their ice cream cup also but didn't get it at this location this time. read more

Horrible. Morning employee seemed like he hated his life. Didn't say anything at the speaker until I said "hello?" Took f*cking forever and there was only ONE car in front of me so I know they weren't busy. Took so long a line started to form now. Ended up having to just leave because I was almost late for work. Never coming to this location again. Do better and fire your morning crew. read more

There are too many options available to patronize this Chick-fil-A. I ordered the market grilled salad with apple cider vinegarette and a bottled water. I proceeded to get on the freeway and to may surprise when I reached my destination the granola and nuts were missing. If you have had this salad you know this is the highlight. I reported the issue on the app thinking the issue would be rectified with a similar item. I was offered a free cookie. I thought the Chick-fil-A brand was about customer service. There are other franchises in the area. Believe me this is not the one. Maybe they have so much business that they can deliver products and not give what you pay for. That was $13 I wish I never spent. read more

I really like Chick-fil-A, and I usually do not have any issues. However, this location might be the first exception. This is the closest location for me as the one in California Heights has not yet finished nor opened (probably due to COVID-19). I am a huge fan of using the mobile app; it is easy, fast, and simple when ordering takeout or curbside delivery. For some reason, even before COVID-19, there usually appears to be something wrong or missing in my orders when I am here. One time, they mixed up the drink orders; other times, they forget all the sauces I request. I understand it gets really busy, but wow. The most telling sign about the management here is that curbside pickup is marked, and when I used the mobile app for that, the employee did not seem to be able to tell where that area was, and when he eventually found me, he said that area was reserved for UberEats and other food delivery services, and that I should have parked in the unmarked spots. Look: I just followed the instructions from the mobile app (per usual); if something changed for this specific location, they should have had actual signs to indicate where non-food delivery services people should park for curbside pickup. Drive-thru lines are usually long, especially now that going inside is no longer an option. If you can, I would suggest going to another location. read more

There's a lot of problems with this location :-( Not including the food.. Now what that being said, it seems like they make a lot of mistakes with the orders, wrong orders, temperature of food, portions of food, they forget to include receipts so you can your transactions later to your history, and also you can't even finf the restaurant store number anywhere on the website or the internet... Go figure. Also, several times that I forwarded Postmates delivery service it's always been late in the food end up being cold and the drivers always complain that they're really slow or they forget to put the orders in... read more

Well my friends are always telling me how good this establishment is. My first experience was in torrance off Hawthorne Blvd. Wow Their Sandwich was dry as beach sand and even the one pickle that laid desperately on my bun hoping for some type of sauce, ketchup or maybe even mustard just to dehydrate his poor cracked skin lol. Sad story but true and off to the trash it went so I've never looked back until yesterday... Now I was desperate and hungry so my friend told me to drive in. Angrily I listened because i did not pay for it so why not. Wow too my surprise the sandwich was beautifully put together I even had cheese and a bed a lettuce for my cute crunchy dehydrated pickle to lay on. The mac n cheese tasted as if it came out of the box (not homemade) but it's ok it was still pretty good with that crunch at the top, you know how mom use to make. Anyway good job, it's sad that I had to come to another location to taste this delicious sandwich. I'll try going back to the other location and see if it'd any better. Good job. read more

I never suggested that it was a "hidden fee", I just pointed out that it is a very high fee for ordering online. As pointed out before, ordering online directly from a restaurant does not usually incur a fee, let alone a $6 fee. If Diana feels that ordering online is so onerous, then maybe she should deactivate that feature and encourage her customers to phone in their orders. Diana should also consider not badgering customers that did not have a good experience with her restaurant and consider taking some classes in Customer Service 101. It's not a good way to run a business and the fastest way to lose customers. ***UPDATE FOLLOWING DIANA M's RESPONSE*** It's unfortunate that the owner responded with excuses and condescension. A simple "Hey, sorry for the mishap, we will make sure it won't happen again" would have sufficed. At least that way, she likely would have had a returning customer since the food is good. But now, no way Jose. And the $5.00 online service fee is egregious. I order quite a bit online and always try to order directly through the restaurants website to avoid fees. I don't know if any other restaurants that charge fees to order online unless there is a delivery involved. --------------------------- Well, not sure what to say. We put in an online order last night, which went through with a $4.95 service fee. (We ordered through their direct site rather than a third party sight to save on fees) If that wasn't bad enough, I showed up at the designated pick up time, and the place was closed. WTF? About an hour later, we were refunded our money, but why is the website taking orders and collecting payments when you're not even open? Talk about inconvenience. And clearly their posted operating hours are inconsistent.

I would assume everything is mostly the same still though, other than the prices, which presumably have gone up like everything else... It's pay at the front - on a tablet, if you know what you want, though an employee is there if you need help. They're clear about the fact that everything is made fresh, so you get it in *exactly* as much time as it takes to be made, which wasn't instant, but was pretty quick. My wife got the 3 piece nugget plate for $12 - a steal at that price. The pieces are *quite* large, and they are pretty great. (She isn't a spice person, so got mild and liked them. Then took half home.) I got the $13 sandwich, which... the pieces of chicken they use for the sandwich are a bit silly, honestly. It's also a great deal, cause you get a ton of fried chicken, but it was also a bit unwieldy? By the time I was halfway into the actual sandwich part of the sandwich, it had fallen apart completely, and I had to eat it with forks (they don't have knives, so 2 forks had to do). Delicious, though. (I got a "medium" spice, which was pretty reasonable. Somewhat spicy, but it could've been a little spicier.) We also shared an order of fries - $6 for fries and a drink. The fries are solid, what you'd expect - also a huge portion (we also took a bunch of fries home for later.) I also gave them an extra $1 for an extra dip (I wanted to try their "signature sauce" as well as the ranch, which they make in-house, both great.) I also, I only discovered afterwards, also gave them another about a dollar in credit card fees, at 3%. (Disclosed, but not *obvious*.) Drinks are sadly just the usual fountain drinks, mostly soda - wish they had slightly craftier drinks, of one kind or another. (Or that they were closer to home so I could more easily get take-out. A solid choice if you're in the area though.)
