Warning: Do not use this drive thru. It is the worst fast food drive thru I have ever experienced. Getting in is a car accident hazard. Finding where the line starts is an adventure to say the least. The young woman who took my order outside was very slow and was allowing the cars to pile up behind her. I told her I needed to move forward after she sauntered over towards me. She took my order from the passenger side so I was basically screaming at her and she didn't take that as a social cue to move to the drivers side. She heard my dog barking in the car and was appalled, stepped back and gave me a dirty look. She corrected me after I said "animal fries" and called it something else...overall it was a terrible experience. My cashier was much lovelier and kinder. It seems the younger generation is less concerned with customer service and manners. I highly recommend going to a different location for your drive thru needs. read more

I get the fries well done to make them crispy. I also get no extra salt added on anything. The regular burger with a whole grilled onion is very good. I always get a side of pickles. I wished their meat patty was bigger. I always end up with some bun leftover. It is usually loud and/or busy, even after 10pm. Service was good and parking is plentiful. read more

As soon as you step out of your car, take a "SNIFFF" and immediately, the smell of burgers on the grill and fries in the deep fryer slaps you in the face! When we come out to the West Coast, an In-N-Out Double-Double is a must. 2 beef patties x 2 cheese slices with lettuce, tomatoes, onions & pickles on a bun is your basic Double-Double. If you ask for Animal Style, your patties will be grilled in mustard, chopped grilled onions & topped with extra "spread" (like McD special sauce). Ordering the Flying Dutchman will get you bare patties & cheese and Protein Style will replace the bun with lettuce wrap. A Grilled Cheese will eliminate the meat and Veggie Burger with just veggies on a bun. A Scooby Snack will get you a single patty. Now for the fries. They cut them fresh from whole potatoes on a fry cutter mounted to the wall. Insert potato, ram the handle down, instant shoestring fries ready for the fryer. I want that job. If you order Fries Well Done, they will fry them until crispy. That's how I like them now because their regular fries are too limp. Animal Fries gets melted cheese topped with grilled onions & spread. I switch off between a regular Double-Double and Animal Style and my wife likes it Protein Style, though Animal Protein Style is also a thing, but it's extra messy. One of these days I might go for a 4x4 (4 patties + 4 cheese) or maybe 5x5...10x10?? Useless Tip: Most In-N-Outs are standalone stores, usually on the outskirts of shopping malls or strip malls. In SoCal, where palm trees are common, you will see a pair of crossed palm trees near the entrance. This is a reference to the 1963 movie, "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World". read more

What's not to love? The drive thru line moves quickly, even when they are very busy. The interior is always very clean as well as the bathrooms. Patio seating. The staff is very friendly and nice. The food is always 10/10 and delicious! They always get my order right! I ordered a double double animal style with no lettuce and fries. A California classic for good reason. Delectable burgers, fries, and shakes, and prices that can't be beat! I've eaten at this location (in the car) maybe a dozen times, and it satisfies every time. This isn't location-specific, but I love that you have options for the preparation of onions on a burger -- ask for them grilled to try something new! And yes... If you come at the peak of mealtimes, there's gonna be a wait! It's normal and common sense that it will be busy around noon-2pm and 6-8pm. Tip: Whenever the drive-thru line is long, I run in and place my order to go and that seems to save a bit of time. read more

Sadly This place doesn't stand out like the others. When I arrived it was pretty empty. Maybe about 5 employees. And one customer eating. First I'll start with I was greeted. By 3 employees. One took my order and the others were doing their thing. Then I waited about 15 minutes for my food. Why? I've never had to wait that long and there were way more people in line. I was feeling hungry tonight but I didn't really want to eat too much carbs so I decided to come to In-N-Out for their protein style burgers! We went to the Drive-thru line and right away a staff member came up to our car to take our order. I ordered a 3x1, mustard fried, no spread, no salt, no pickles, protein style and they got it right!! Thank you so much In-N-Out for always being so accommodating to your customers no matter how crazy the request might seem. Staff are always so kind and friendly!! The restaurant always feels safe and clean not only inside but also the outside is well kept. I'm going to continue coming back for more of the best burgers in town with the bestest customer service! When I'm craving for a burger I make a stop here. In N Out has the best fresh burgers and French fries. You can never go wrong with this place. My order always consist of a cheeseburger animal style with extra pickles on the side. Sometimes I order the animal style fries when my eyes are bigger than my stomach. Each time I visit never disappoint me. My order is on point never incorrect. That means service is absolutely wonderful. Nice friendly staff always make me drive away with a smile. Drive through is usually long, but trust me it's worth the wait. Once in a while I'll sit down inside to enjoy my meal. Although it's a little small, but love the smell of incredible cooked burgers. I've been waiting to rate this in N out but it seems they do not learn from their mistakes, I get coffee here twice a week sometimes 3 times a week drive thru is never ready, I've also walked in had to wait for them to brew the coffee which flakes about 5 minutes, the only reason a person gets a coffee on their way is for the commodity of just stop and grab fast but don't here they never have it brewed. they also never have condiments ready they always have to go to the bank to get it. my quick stop for a coffee always end up wasting about 8 minutes of my time. I've never been to an in N out where they dont have their stuff ready. read more

This place is usually always crowded! I feel this is one of the locations that's on the smaller side inside. It was a particularly windy day, so no one was really sitting outside making it extra crowded inside. As always, I love the consistency of getting an In n Out burger. Slowest in n out drive thru I have ever been to. I came around 11pm twice and both times there were 3 cars or less. Took me 15 minutes to go thru drive thru. With 3 cars. When I got to the second window where they give you your food, I asked the girl for spread. 10 minutes go by and finally a guy (different worker) gives me my order. No spread. No fork for my Flying Dutchman. Sick The employees at this location need a locker room talk. I do not recommend this location read more

It's In and Out, kind of hard to screw that up (I did experience a bad one in San Diego though ‍). The only problem I have at this one the traffic at every In and Out) but this one getting trapped in the corner, there has to be a better way to get in and out (no pun intended ), especially if you want to park and eat inside... I am almost central to this one and the one on 2nd and PCH. I will drive the little extra to avoid being trapped read more

A great location for that Double Double fix. It is clean, the staff is courteous, and the drive thru moves really fast. The area has a lot of students and a nearby homeless presence, so sometimes there can some interesting characters inside, but overall the place is safe and the drive thru is chill. The food is very consistent. The drive thru can get a little hectic and snakes through the parking lot in an inconvenient way. You can end up blocking in someone who parked in a regular parking space if you are not careful. Even with the above, there is still plenty of parking, wide streets, and it is located in a safe area. Get you a Double Double animal style, fries and a neapolitan shake (vanilla, strawberry and chocolate in the same cup). read more

I am a big fan of In-N-Out but lately this particular location is overwhelmed and cannot seem to be able to deal with it. The drive thru lines have always been long but recently there have been a line of cars around dinner time all the way out to Ximeno. The person taking your order is now all the way out to Dave's Hot Chicken. As a result I am now putting in my order 20 minutes before I reach the window and my order has been sitting on a counter getting cold for the last 15 minutes. My burger is not hot and the fries barely warm at all. Last couple of times the "pay window" is no longer in play and payment is taken at the last window. When I asked as to the reason why I was told that it was an effort to get the cars thru faster. Yeah well that is obviously not working very well. read more

All the workers here are so hard working but this particular shift I noticed a worker named Lambert who was doing a little bit of everything. I usually don't like spicy food, but this burger had just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but between the long wait, the incorrect order, and the portion size for the price, the experience was a bit hit-or-miss. I told her good customer service would have been for her to come back to the phone if even to say, I hadn't forgot about you and will be with you shortly. She admitted I hadn't forgot a valid point. I ordered 2 burgers, a double cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger both with fries. To make matters worse the cheese was not even melted on the burger. Just a cold slice of cheese on both burgers. I had bit into the burger before realizing the cheese was cold and not melted or soft. I'm going to give Poly Burgers a rest. Today's experience was frustrating.

A couple things to know before you go: parking isn't great, and the restaurant gets busy. We showed up around 5:00 p.m. and only waited about 20 minutes, but I could see larger parties having a much longer wait. My go-to dish is the Pad Kra Prow Eggplant with chicken. It's a Thai basil stir-fry with eggplant, onion, and Thai chilis, and I absolutely love it. We also ordered the mussel curry, which my friend picked, and it completely surprised me. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did, but it was excellent. The standout, though, was the Khao Soi Noodle Soup with sliced rib-eye beef. Somehow I'd never ordered the dish they're most famous for, and now I understand why. It absolutely lived up to the hype. The broth with the rib-eye was incredible and is something I'd recommend to anyone visiting for the first time. My biggest criticism is that the rice portions feel smaller than they used to. With how much delicious curry and sauce you get, I found myself wishing there was just a little more rice to soak everything up. I also noticed that the green beans in the Pad Kra Prow Eggplant are very al dente. Personally, I'd prefer if they were blanched just a bit so they were slightly more tender. If the goal is to add texture, I'd almost rather see crunch come from something like cashews instead--but that's just my preference. For dessert, we had the mango sticky rice and another dessert with sweet milk dumplings and red beans. Both were fantastic and a great way to end the meal. Vibes of the restaurant are great. It's a small venue, but they work quickly, and a staff was very welcoming. Overall, Chiang Rai continues to be my favorite Thai spot in Southern California. If it's your first visit, the Khao Soi with sliced rib-eye is absolutely the dish I'd tell you to order.

We were seated outside, which also looked nice at first glance, but I noticed quite a few spider webs around the windows. My boyfriend even felt webs brushing against his arm while we were sitting there, which wasn't exactly the extra ambiance we were expecting. We ordered quite a bit: spicy Pad Thai, Bang Bang Shrimp, Pad See Ew, mango sticky rice, and of course the Thai tea with the popsicle. I'll give credit where it's due. The Bang Bang Shrimp was easily the best thing we ordered and was absolutely delicious. The Thai tea popsicle also lived up to the TikTok hype, although the actual Thai tea itself was on the sweeter side. If you love sugar, you'll probably enjoy it. My biggest complaint with the food was the spicy Pad Thai. The flavor was great, but it came with what felt like a whole chicken farm and a cameo appearance from the noodles. I ordered Pad Thai, not chicken with noodle garnish. The Pad See Ew was also noticeably salty. Now you're probably wondering why I'm giving this place a low rating if most of the food was decent. Unfortunately, the service completely overshadowed the meal. When it was time to pay, my aunt was figuring out how much everyone needed to Zelle her since the restaurant only allows a maximum of two cards for split payments. While we were trying to do the math, our waiter stood over us watching the payment screen like he was supervising a final exam. He was clearly waiting to make sure a tip was entered. My aunt politely asked him to give us a minute, and thankfully he walked away. Maybe when you see a family actively calculating a bill, that's your cue to...actually give them a minute. Keep in mind we also tipped 20% despite all this. Throughout the meal, he did stop by our table, but it rarely felt like he was checking in to make sure everything was okay. If anything I felt rushed. He also gave off that "customer service smile" that disappears the moment you stop looking. The cherry on top for me happened as we were leaving. We had been sitting on the outdoor patio talking for a bit after paying, which is pretty normal for my family. Before leaving, I went inside to ask where the restroom was. The guy and girl behind the bar looked at each other, laughed, and then asked if I was a paying customer. Keep in mind, I was literally holding a to-go bag with leftovers from the restaurant. I responded, "Yeah, I just finished eating," while holding up the bag that made it painfully obvious. Only then did they tell me where the restroom was. Nothing says "valued customer" quite like being interrogated about whether you actually ate there while carrying your leftovers. It's unfortunate because the food had some highlights, and the restaurant itself has a cute atmosphere. But the service made it feel like customers are viewed more as transactions than guests. Between hovering over us during payment and questioning whether I even belonged there after spending money, I left feeling more unwelcomed than satisfied. I'll happily support a restaurant that appreciates my business instead of making me feel like I have to prove I earned the right to use the restroom after paying for dinner.
