Even with a mobile order, the wait time was not as efficient and the order was missing both an entree and the most important topping for the kale salad - the almonds. My favorite waffle fry is served here and it's delicious cause yannoooooooooo. They fry them well here and the flavor is excellent. T had her first sandwich here of all time and she thought it was pretty good. I have yet to try howlin ray's so this still take the cake for accessibility and price. When we went to the drive through, there were about 9 cars ahead of us and the workers hustled to take the orders in advance and submit them to the kitchen so the cooks could prepare the food. Typically, I do not review chain restaurants or fast food joints. I want to specifically review this particular Chick-Fil-A because I've received the best customer service from the employee staff working here. I've come here so many times that their employees are easily recognizable. The reasons why I want to rave how well their customer service is here are the following: 1) I forgotten to print a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich. One of the staff gave me their store email and he printed out the coupon reservation for the free breakfast sandwich. 2) I had misplaced my wallet while going through the drive-thru. The manager gave me a free pass and gave me my food order. He entrusted me to let me pay the next time I go there. With the amount of trust he placed on me, I did return and paid for my meal later. 3) While dining in, their staff on most occasions will come up to your table and offer to get refills for my drink. As for the food, you already know what to expect and never comes short of the expectations. The only CON I have particularly is their recent change on how their sauces is provided per request fro behind their counter rather than openly placed on the counter behind the line. I've always enjoyed my meals here and I've made a point to be a regular here at least once a week or bi-weekly. read more

WOw! Great first time experience! I've been wanting to try chick-fil-a for a while now and finally got to try it yesterday when picking my sister up from UCI. This place has great service for a fast food place. It seems so upscale, they bring you the food and also refill drinks for you. You are greeted with a smile once you walk in. The place is clean. The restroom are very clean! Food is simple. They have regular chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, chicken strips, grill chicken and salads. The regular sandwiches only comes with the chicken patty and pickles. They have deluxe where its upgraded to lettuce and tomato. So we ordered the regular chicken sandwich & deluxe one, spicy chicken sandwich and chicken strips between my sister, cousin, BF and I. Had 2 combos with the drink. The sandwiches are very tasty! chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Pretty amazed that the chicken breast is not dry. Chicken strips was very good too. You can choose different dipping sauces and comes in these cute small containers. We didn't finish the sauces so I took some home! Love their ketchup packages also. read more

The line was moving along great, however unlike the cars before us, didn't get our food at the window and was asked to park and wait. We waited and waited and waited. Seeing all the cars after us easily receiving their food. All we can see are the two employees outside handing the food to the other customers, and have obviously forgotten our simple, standard order. I finally had enough and walked over to them at the drive through asking about our order. Would not recommend this chick fila location AT ALL. The chicken nuggets are definitely smaller than other locations. We also ordered a frozen lemonade & they really skimped on the portion. I told the cashier that it didn't look like it was filled all the way. She told me that they weren't allowed to fill it to the top of the cup. The cashier rudely tells me that is the only size shake Chick-fil-a has. Not happy with this unannounced menu change and the rude behavior of the employees. Over the weekend my family and I visited this Chick Fil a and the service through the Drive thru was amazing. The boy who took our order was very patient and kind. The other boy at the little booth named Samuel was very kind and funny and struck up a conversation with us while we waited for the line to move. Once we got to the window the girl at the window named Raina was very attentive and had a great attitude. She made sure to repeat our order to us and reassured us on what sauces we wanted. I'm giving this place 3 stars because there seemed to be a lot of behind the scenes problems with the employees. Lots of yelling and arguing. Probably didn't think anyone would hear but we did. Food wise, I haven't actually had many of their menu items so I can't say much but it's chicken. I feel like the place is overly hyped. I also got a cookies & cream milkshake which tasted like ice cream that has been in the freezer for too long. Other than that, employees were really nice to their customers. Place was also very clean so props for that. this chick fil A has been my new breakfast spot for the past 2 weeks. everything was great, fine...my food was amazing....untill today!!! I was behind a truck who decided he wanted to order for the whole world. instead of the usually 5 mins/7mins..I think me and the rest of the cars waited like 10 mins. when I got up to the window..I was pretty mad( not at them but at the customers) although employees should have made him move to parking to wait for food. I ordered a #4 sausage burrito with vanilla ice coffee. the employee asked me what vanilla. I didn't realize u had 2 or 3 different choices...i always said " vailla ice coffee" not sure if that confused him. i didn't ask for anything special in my burrito..just however it came. I got my food and drove to work. I expected my burrito to be normal size bigger than 5inch...well I was met with absoulte devastation. unmmm chick fil A WHERE IS THE REST OF MY BURRTIO..CHEESE???? WTF??!!!! I love Chick-fil-a, but they seriously CANNOT get a salad order correct. The first time that I asked for a Cobb salad with grilled chicken (instead of the usual fried), no cheese, extra tomato and dressing, they literally got none of it right. I let it go. But I just got home from ordering the same thing and there's spicy grilled chicken (which I did not ask for), maybe 4 tomatoes, and literally so much cheese that there's almost more than lettuce. The girl at the window even verified my order for me, and it was still incorrect. She even asked for extra dressing for me and the girl behind her said "I already put two honey mustards in there." There's actually 1 honey mustard and one of something else. But I'm ending up not even needing extra dressing b/c there's so much cheese on the salad, it's unenjoyable. Last time I was here they forgot one of the kids meal I ordered. I wasn't going to drive back so I called them and they took my name down and said next time I was back to give them my name so they could give me the meal. Today I go back and they said they couldn't give me the meal that I paid for and never got because it was past one month. It's their fault and yet they won't take responsibility for their incompetence. The manager's attitude wasn't the best. My understanding is that all Chick-fil-a are franchises so to the owner of this location, maybe train your staff better. Fast food joint that serves chicken only food. Chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, chicken salads. When I used to live in Maryland, this place was actually decent. Apparently shipping the chicken out here, something happened that went wrong. Very wrong. I've been there twice and only because I used coupons. Again, I really hate coupons sometimes (re: The University Barber Shop). First time I went, the chicken was dry and it tasted less than appetizing. The second time I figured, "lightning doesn't strike twice", the lightning being the horriblenessicity (yes, I made that word up), that accompanied my previous experience at this location. I was wrong. Another coupon, another couple bucks down the drain, another less than pleasant experience. It gets 2 stars because I keep on laughing at the company van in their parking lot. Like almost every store or restaurant in Irvine, this Chick-fil-A is a pain in the behind to get to, and an equal pain to exit. But it's Chick-fil-A, and we do what we need to do to get our fix. I almost never have an issue with wrong orders from the drive-thru, so this restaurant rocks at accuracy. They are also pretty fast, even during lunchtime. I've never actually been inside the restaurant, so I can't speak for it. But this Chick-fil-A, like almost all Chick-fil-As, is excellent. read more

Today's team sucked. We placed our order through the mobile app for a drive-through 45 minutes early and was told to wait in the parking lot when we arrived. We were told that our food will be delivered to us. It didn't happen. I went into the store after 15 minutes of wait to find food sitting by the cashiers unattended. On our way out the door you have people greeting but no one to help getting food to the customers hands. Very disappointing. Service is definitely lacking. read more

I regularly visit this Chick-fil-A and I always have a good experience here, especially during dine-in. The food is always great and served hot. I'm always treated more courteously here than most restaurants in town. Once I was given the wrong sandwich at the drive-thru (it happens), but they took care of me right away and gave me a free coffee for my troubles. Sometimes being understanding and patient pays off. When I bring my kids to dine in, I always get my order in pretty quickly, even if there are a lot of people there (which happens often) thanks to many people working. When food is brought to my table, the server always asks if I need anything else (they have happily gotten us napkins and ketchup), and someone always checks on us after we receive our food. And yes, I always here "my pleasure" after my kids and I say thank you. The kids meals are great BTW. Good quality food and lemonade (the fruit is always fresh and crisp), and the books and games are a nice treat from the junky toys. A shout out to Brandon, who always takes care of us, and everyone else, like a true professional. I just noticed I've used "always" a lot. Fries were low and cold, but that's somewhat typical of this Chick-fil-A. That wasn't the problem, however, it was my milkshake. It's an item I used my rewards for and that's my money there, but it looked pitiful. Awful. They didn't put whipped cream and put a cherry when I had asked for it in reverse. They didn't even fix it when I brought it up. This really just hurt me inside :( read more
