Food is okay. Not sure it's the same quality as 3-4 years ago.... But what is with the mobile order line? Why does it take SO long? I'm watching people fly through the normal drive through and the Mobile order line hasn't moved. read more

This is the best location. The manager here is awesome you will see her doing every job in store to help her employees. The food and service is right on point. Last of the restaurants that have excellent customer service. So nice to be greeted nicely. Wish all businesses would return to these standards. read more

I've visited this location at least 50+ times. They're not the fastest location, but they do a great job serving their customers and community. One example of above and beyond service is when they left out an item during a drive thru order. Before I even realized the item was missing, they called my cell and let me know they refunded the item and gave me a coupon for my next visit. read more

Great food and service at this CFA location, just like they all seem to have. CFA corporate holds their franchises to a high standard and it shows. Very friendly staff and food was ready quickly. The inside seemed clean. Weren't too busy when we visited for lunch. The chicken nuggets and waffle fries were tasty as usual. Love their dipping sauce options. My tea was just fine and the wife enjoyed her vanilla milkshake (CFA is her favorite place to get them). Only complaint is their food is a bit pricey; I mean a $4.50 smallish milkshake, c'mon! read more

They don't always cook their food all the way they are nice though just depends on the day, very inconsistent

SLOW!!!!! The food is fine, I mean they got it wrong, so I had to wait until someone noticed me to get what I had asked for, but it was fine when I finally got it. I went inside and I was early for lunch. Now, they were already very busy in the drive through, but I went inside. I don't go through the drive through if I can help it, because it always takes at least 30 minutes to get through it. I don't know what happened to this Chick Fil A, but they are pretty awful. Don't think you can grab a quick lunch. It will not happen. Today, I waited in line to order inside. They had ONE person taking orders at the counter. A young man finally opened a second register. He took one customer's order and instead of someone else filling it, he did all of it, including delivering the food to the table, leaving the register unmanned once again. There were at least a dozen Chick Fil A workers behind the counter, most standing around waiting for something to do. When I finally got my food, I sat down and at one point, five Chick Fil A workers were waiting in line to get their food, along with at least 15 customers. At the same time, a line of at least 11 people were waiting for door dash orders, refills, other things. Finally, one young lady started helping the ones with door dash, etc. I could manage it better myself, and I haven't worked in fast-food for over 50 years. This is my local Chick Fil A and I want to love it, but I do not. read more

Before I begin, I know we can't always be perfect...now that's out the way: come on Chick-fil-A...I'm so sad. There's something about that strategically placed pickle, that brings a pop of surprise in a bite...then there's that cherry. Lil floppy cherry plopped on the dollop of whipped cream...surprise...yet another tasty lil treat...well ya got me...X-Nay on the hairy CherrAY read more

For the first time I can say I was disappointed in Chick-fil-A! We put in a catering order for a New Year's Eve party, arrived to the Ballantyne location and parked. We got a girl working in the drive through's attention and told her the name of the order, she said okay and disappeared. We waited for 20 minutes assuming that she would return with our prepaid catering order, no return. While waiting we called the catering contact number, three times all going to voicemail. Last resort to drive through the drive though line and receive luke warm food, reheating instructions and a free cookie or brownie. I would not say that's compensation for the poor service tonight. My pleasure! Lauren read more

2 visits last week. 1) tried to bring my daughter lunch for school, got to school order was completely missing chicken... just had fruit and some hash browns ... my fault didn't check. 2) took sick dog to vet had to bring son with me tried to reward him with a milkshake on way home. Sat in pickup area for over 35 mins . Couldn't get anyone to stop and even talk to me. Tried to call in for over 20 mins for no answer.... Ended up just leaving. Couldn't go In and leave sick dog in car .. Disappointed to say least service is supposed to be standard here... read more

Quality food, but poorly run drive-thru, they get orders wrong...a lot. And what's point of ordering on app if they don't start making it until you get there. Mobile line moves slower than the other line. read more

Want to love Chick Fil A all the time but this is the most poorly designed Chick Fil A I've ever seen. Beware: we came here on a Thursday at 1:36 pm and the drive thru was so long it was out into the road causing a ton of traffic. Couldn't even get into the parking lot to pick up my carry out order. Had to park across the street and walk over. Could definitely be better designed. Gave three stars because the staff is friendly and the food is always consistent. read more

When I tell you I just ingested the best chicken biscuit I have ever had in my life...I am not kidding. Whoever was working the kitchen today was guided by the hands of the Lord himself. The chicken to biscuit ratio was equivalent to the golden ratio. Every bite was better than the last. I will be dreaming about this chicken biscuit for the rest of my days. I'm almost a little angry because now no other chicken biscuit will compare. read more

Tried a franchise fast food burger place in Irmo that's inside a gas station. Took 12 minutes for my 'Crispy' (not) chicken sandwich. It was inedible and disgusting, threw it in trash. Drove to Columbiana Mall and hit the Chick-Fil-A in the food court. Ordered quickly even though there was a line, sandwich came out promptly and it was delicious. Forget going anywhere else for great tasting crispy chicken. read more

Stopped here at 1:30 on the afternoon on Saturday and it was pretty busy, but as we walked in, it was the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. I was shocked! The wait was not bad but when we got our food there was a big hair in the French fries. I returned the fries to the counter and had to wait for a good 5 minutes before I finally had to butt in to get someone's attention to get new fries. They made no big deal about some big nasty hair in the fries and gave me a new one. Of course we had to use the bathroom before getting back on the road and when we walked in, I was appalled at how dirty it was. I couldn't believe how bad it was. It reminded me of a gas station bathroom not a Chick-fil-A. Needless to say we will never stop here ever again. The several Chick-fil-A's I normally go to look like a 5 star restaurant compared to this one. I hope the owner of this Chick-fil-A steps up and cleans up his business because it doesn't even compare to other Chick-fil-A's around the United States! read more

Food was amazing and fresh and came out very fast despite being in a lunch rush 10/10 would recommend! Super friendly and amazing service

This is a really nice Chick Fil A! They have Cheerios for the babies to snack on! So simple and thoughtful. Really clean and awesome customer service. This Chick-fil-a - especially this specific location - might just be the best restaurant in the world. Every time I walk in the door, the wonderful aroma of chicken sandwiches and fries breathes into me. Tons of people will go to wait in line, but the line goes so quickly you can barely tell. Each employee is extremely fast and always gets your order perfect. They are also very friendly and helpful, always saying "My pleasure". The drive through is impossibly quick. While most drive through experiences include a "what", an "I can't hear you" and just a whole lot of frustration, Chick-fil-a Ballentine (AKA Dutch Fork Road) is extremely efficient and relieving. The employees always have a smile on their face as they ask for your order, and are very understanding of any accommodations you might have. This restaurant is overall extremely effective, delicious, and a wonderful experience. Thank you Chick-Fil-A Ballentine! read more

Most excellent grilled chicken deluxe sandwich Tuesday, September 26 late lunch MUCH better than same next day in Lexington. I wish this sandwich was consistent at all locations. The Dutch Fork grilled deluxe seemed right off the backyard grill. Cheese was even melted on. Am confused. Are there 2 different grilled chicken sandwiches. An on table promotion said grilled chicken bbq was temporary. I ordered from a photo behind the counter. WHY is Dutch Fork better? read more

We don't go to Chick-fil-a often but this is the 3 time that we have in the past couple months and every time the food is cold. It's terrible when you get your grilled chicken sandwich and fries and they both are cold. For as long as it takes to get through the line you would think that you're food would be warm read more

This is our hometown Chick-fil-A! Always a great experience! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Food is always hot, fast and fresh! The drive thru has the motions down like science and it's always quick although the line seems quite long! Highly recommend this store! read more

Hesitant to return. I went to wipe off the door handle for the play area and the wipe turned black immediately. It obviously has not been cleaned in ages. There is visible grime all over the door. This is not the environment I'm used to experiencing while eating at Chick-fil-A, definitely never been to one as dirty as this. It makes me sad. Also there there were flies everywhere. Two stars because of the lack of cleanliness. read more

Gave me the wrong order. I ordered the grill chicken sandwich with no tomatoes, but they gave me a sandwich with tomatoes. Not good.

This place was super busy. We had to park across the street because the parking lot was absolutely full. But thanks to their great team, the line moved fast and the food was ready before we even finished filling our cups! I can't believe how quick they are. And like every other Chick-fil-a I have ever visited, the order was correct, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. read more

Ordered for 4 family members and after sitting in line for 30 minutes, was then told to pull around the side of the building to wait longer for my order. Then our food was disgusting! Cold fries, Sprite with no carbination, 1 sauce, 1 ketchup packet when I asked for four!!and the bread on sandwich had white pasty flour coming off of it. Was a fan of this Chick Fil A.. no longer! read more

Sandwich fell from the floor to the ground behind the counter. The guy from the kitchen asked for it to be handed back to him. A few second later, he puts another sandwich on the chute. So, it hits the floor: nothing is grosser than a floor in a restaurant. The shoes from all those workers, with dog poop and urine from the bathroom floors, walk all over the place. You have a worker hold the packaged sandwich, take out the sandwich with same hands, and put it in a new one. Congratulations, Chick-fil-A, you just had one of your customers lick the floor of the back of your restaurant. I watched and nobody washed their hands after touching the sandwich package that hit the floor. This isn't hard, people. If food hits the floor, it gets trashed. If you touch your hair, money, trash, or anything that is on the floor, you wash your hands. If you go to the bathroom or put your finger in any hole in your body, you wash your hands. Just gross. read more

Ordered with the mobile app and it was ready right as we walked in. They mixed up some sandwiches and gave me the wrong one but the manager (unsure of his name but was working 10/17 dinner shift) was very kind and fixed it for me with a smile and a happy attitude. I watched him while we ate and he laughed with customers and seemed happy just to be helping everyone. Another worker offered us some mints. Great experience and delicious food! read more
