So decided to try Fazoli's one more time so this time a friend of mine went in and we were gonna get the 499 spaghetti that they've been advertising when we go in they know nothing about it. Well we can get the kids portion for 499 so we got that so they delivered it to the table in the little tiny square to go box there was 20 noodles and maybe 3 tablespoons of sauce in it really that's ridiculous. We didn't even get the white bowl or anything they brought there's two of us. they brought mine first I ordered second then they finally brought hers and then we had to ask for bread. Their menu has grown a ton since I had last been to a Fazolis. Every meal comes with two breadsticks. Well, it says fast and fresh. This place had nothing at all fast, and fresh is highly questionable. First, I go for fast and am told at the counter it's a 30 minute wait for simple spaghetti. Nothing else, just spaghetti. Do the people working there care? Doesn't appear so! Since no food is coming out all they are doing is standing around and looking at each other while the cooks in the back (I see through the window) are singing and walking around like they don't have a care in the world. The chain link pulling the pizza through is backed up as I write with a server from the front going back to take off the garlic bread and pizza. Garbage cans overflowing. And yet, half the tables are empty. Tables feel greasy. Worse yet, and it's a preference, they only have Pepsi products. Ugh! read more

I don't have much to say about the other staff but the GM is beyond phenomenal. I wish I would've gotten his name!. He has excellent customer service and communication skills. He was helping several tables at once while delegating to his staff behind the counter all in a professional and encouraging tone. You do not see this type of customer service in restaurants anymore which my husband and I really appreciate. We didn't see any other front of house staff other than the GM. This guy is seriously a gem. Other than the breadsticks(which are always good) food was not great. Was fine but not great. The restaurant itself is old, I get it... but the pile of ice on the drink machine, food/ trash alllllll on the floor and I had to clean off and wipe down a table for us to sit at. Fazoli's is basically fast food Italian food. The restaurant even has a drive thru window!!!! On this visit I was eating very low carb and had never ever been to a Fazoli's in my life. I knew that I could either have a salad or try and make some kind of substitution. Before ordering I reviewed the menu and asked if they could sub the pasta on the Chicken Parmesan for broccoli. The cashier was a little taken aback by the request and had to clear it with a manager. She said that was fine. I also ordered the side Cesar salad. It comes with croutons in a packet but I opted not to have them. The salad was basically romaine lettuce, parm cheese and a packet of Cesar dressing. It was ok. The Chicken Parmesan and broccoli was also ok. It was plated nicely and the broccoli still had crunch. The chicken did have a weird after taste. I kinda had to force myself to finish the chicken and still had broccoli left over. There was also a good amount of cheese. I didn't try the breadsticks but they smelled amazing and are unlimited!!! The employees take turns walking around asking if you would like more breadsticks. I wouldn't mind returning to try the breadsticks and the pasta when I'm not so restricted in my diet. Ordered on the app and got lunch before work. Ordered the lunch special and choose the lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs with a side salad for myself. I ordered a baked lasagna for my fiancé. Got there picked it up and it was ready early. Tried it and the best thing was the spaghetti and meatballs, they were super tender and a lot of sauce. The baked lasagna was better than the normal bc of all the extra cheese baked on top. The salad was good but they did forget the croutons. Will definitely go back for fast Italian. read more

I was prepared to leave a very lengthy negative review for this place, but as much time has passed, I will forgo that and instead say these few bullet points: the food is excellent. Immaculate, even, as I say on special occasions. That's about it. The staff all seem to be in training or otherwise inept. You cannot eat inside. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to eat at the food court of the local mall as I do not live in the area. And the service was so slow I missed the entire opening act of the concert which I was meant to see just 8 minutes away and before which I had appropriately allotted time for eating. Sickening. I remember eating at Fazoli's as a kid during the summers back in the early 2000's but unfortunately this seems to be the only surviving store in the region. Very disappointed. read more

My Godson enjoyed his pizza slices, the breadsticks, and frozen drink. I liked the breadsticks. First visit was pretty good. A young lady was at the window and explained things clearly. The second visit was a tall lighter complected guy and he wasn't very friendly. I was told the Italian sub came with tomatoes. Got back to my hotel room and nothing. The lettuce on both occasions was brown (the sub from the second visit and the salad for the first). Only ate here due to the proximity to the Aloft. Nothing to write home about but convenient. Fazoli's is always a guilty pleasure of ours whenever passing by one, and rightfully so. While you may have reservations about a fast-food Italian place (as many people probably do), make Fazoli's your first stop and those reservations will soon vanish. Fazoli's boasts a wide variety of Italian entrees, served with unlimited garlic-cheese breadsticks (these are absolutely delicious), a side salad or slice of pizza (seriously, you can get a slice of pizza as a side dish for your pasta entree, as well as unlimited breadsticks. I've never tried this, but it's worth noting that it's possible because what a concept). On our latest visit to this location, it was our first visit and we went for the spicy sausage penne, and the baked ziti. The baked ziti was excellent, but definitely overshadowed by the spicy sausage penee, which was absolutely delicious. The caesar salad was cold and crisp, and the garlic-cheese breadsticks are amazing. For the price and convenience, Fazoli's delivers an Italian food experience that isn't far off the tier of an Olive Garden, and is absolutely worth a try for your next Italian fix. read more

This is my absolutely favorite fast food Italian restaurant. Where else in the world can my kid eat as much spaghetti and breadsticks as she can possibly stand (with a drink) for $4? Service was fast without seeming rushed and the food came out hot and accurate. Our cashier was new but seemed very prepared and under great supervision. Man I really want to like this place but there always seems to be something when I come here. Tonight after I payed for my meal in the kiosk the manager told me the dining room is closed and pointed at a sign on the door. I would have turned around immediately had I seen it, but it was pouring rain. How can you close the dining room in a restaurant? There are 5 people that I see working here. I can't get over how friendly and welcoming the staff is here. We've been here at least 6 times recently after not coming for years. Been passing this place for about a year since I moved into the area. Went today. Average tasting meal. Some of the bowls looked better than what I got as the lunch special but I was too cheap to spend $10 for them. My primary complaint though is it was 60 degrees in there. My family has been coming to Fazoli's since my sons were 6 and 8 years old. They are 26 and 28. Tonight we are dining with our grandson. Kirsten the manager whom has been with the company the longest still greets you with a warm smile and gracious welcome as you enter the doors. We have enjoyed eating at Fazoli's off of Harbison blvd in the past. Since Christmas we have visited on 3 different occasions and every time we visited the dining room is closed.
