    Chicken Carbonara

I grew up eat fazolis and it's honestly my favorite fast food Italian. The staff here was super nice and it was clean in this fazolis. I got the spaghetti and it was good. Let's me honest though the highlight of going to fazolis is the breadsticks. Which were on point today. We were every able to get some fresh out of the oven! So good.

Keeping in mind that it is fast food Italian, it is overall pretty good. We ordered through the drive thru and it was fast and efficient. Their menu has grown a ton since I had last been to a Fazolis. Every meal comes with two breadsticks. Their carbonara had a significant amount of chicken added to it which was impressive for the price point. Try the Italian ice... you won't be disappointed!

Well, it says fast and fresh. This place had nothing at all fast, and fresh is highly questionable. First, I go for fast and am told at the counter it's a 30 minute wait for simple spaghetti. Nothing else, just spaghetti. Do the people working there care? Doesn't appear so! Since no food is coming out all they are doing is standing around and looking at each other while the cooks in the back (I see through the window) are singing and walking around like they don't have a care in the world. The chain link pulling the pizza through is backed up as I write with a server from the front going back to take off the garlic bread and pizza. Garbage cans overflowing. And yet, half the tables are empty. Tables feel greasy. Worse yet, and it's a preference, they only have Pepsi products. Ugh!

Ordered on the app and got lunch before work. Ordered the lunch special and choose the lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs with a side salad for myself. I ordered a baked lasagna for my fiancé. Got there picked it up and it was ready early. Tried it and the best thing was the spaghetti and meatballs, they were super tender and a lot of sauce. The baked lasagna was better than the normal bc of all the extra cheese baked on top. The salad was good but they did forget the croutons. Will definitely go back for fast Italian.

The only good part of this unfortunate visit. Don't remember what it is; bunch of pasta and pizza

I was prepared to leave a very lengthy negative review for this place, but as much time has passed, I will forgo that and instead say these few bullet points: the food is excellent. Immaculate, even, as I say on special occasions. That's about it. The staff all seem to be in training or otherwise inept. You cannot eat inside. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to eat at the food court of the local mall as I do not live in the area. And the service was so slow I missed the entire opening act of the concert which I was meant to see just 8 minutes away and before which I had appropriately allotted time for eating. Sickening. I remember eating at Fazoli's as a kid during the summers back in the early 2000's but unfortunately this seems to be the only surviving store in the region. Very disappointed.

Highly recommended!!!!!…read more Been here several times since moving to SC from NY. Definitely the best place we've found south of Brooklyn. Good is great and even more importantly, it's great consistently. The counter staff is always friendly and quick to get you your food. Everything is always spot on, including their homemade Italian ices. More importantly, those ices are available all year long. For anyone who knows good Italian ices, Cucinella's definitely compares to the likes of Marino's. This place has a great NYC pizza joint vibe. Simple yet awesome decor, my kinda music playing discretely in the background. Low enough to enjoy a conversation over lunch but loud enough to hear. Best of all, you can buy a pie (a pizza pie) whole or by the slice. If you're in the area, it would be worth your stopping in. Enjoy!!!

Keep in mind, NY style isn't even my favorite style, If the pizza is good, it's good. This was meh. I am being really generous with the three stars. It wasn't horrible. I had the cheese pizza because that's the way to tell how good the pizza is. The cheese tasted like Sysco bulk cheese. The sauce has almost no flavor. The crust was bland but not horrible. I think the frozen pizza from Kroger has more flavor. I thought I got covid again it was so bland. I hate to be so critical of a family owned business and I generally don't blast a place I am trying for the first time. The best thing I can say about this place is that they have a variety of toppings, though I didn't try them.

We got there about 20 minutes after opening and sat in one of the booths. The waiter took our orders quickly and brought out our drinks. We ordered 3 personal pizzas and a steak and cheese sub. We had one plain cheese pizza, a Supreme personal pizza and a build your own personal pizza with pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. We also ordered one small Garden salad. 1 sweet tea, 2 waters and a diet coke. The salad was excellent. Crispy cold lettuce with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, two types of cheese and good croutons with ranch dressing. The steak and cheese sub came out and we were surprised when wee saw the bread. We were expecting a regular style hoagie bun or baguette type bun, but looked almost like a pita bread from the top. I asked the waiter what type of bread it was and he said they make their own bread. It was excellent. Looked like a naan bread almost. She ordered jalapeno's on it and it was excellent. Said she'd order it again. The pizzas were good. I had the supreme and the sausage was real good. We all agreed that the crust and cheese were very good. Two of us thought the sauce was different and must've had something it it, as they didn't rave over the sauce. I had the supreme and there were so many toppings that I didn't pay much attention to the sauce. Mine was very good. We were surprised that they only offer two sizes of pizzas...personal and large. Large is $24.95 and personals are around $14.95. They have a good selection of pizzas. Our one complaint was the pricing. They charge $2.00 for toppings and $3.00 got premier toppings. It's the same charge for either the personal or large pizzas. Our personal Cheese pizza (with no toppings) was $9.50. My personal Supreme pizza was $14.95 (which contained mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, bacon, black olives and green pepper) while my wife ordered just a personal pepperoni with onions ($2) and mushrooms ($3), totaling $15. Seems like they'd charge less for toppings on a personal size than on a large! My bill as $43.97 before the tip. Our neighbors bill for their pizza, sandwich and drink was $32.59 before tip. They were charged $4 for jalapeno's on the side and slices of tomato.

The broccoli was cooked well , not hard but not soft and had some spice to it. I ordered the hanger steak with sweet potatoes instead of fries and omg it was so good. I got my steak cooked medium well, and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I loved the Parmesan on top of the sweet potatoes. It was the perfect pair.
