Very pleasantly surprised! On my quest for a "better burger" I decided to try Sonic. The first burger was their $2.99 double cheeseburger. Wow! It was hot and fresh with melt in your mouth buns...and the ideal proportions of toppings. Next visit, I got their SuperSonic cheeseburger as I prefer my burgers with lettuce tomato onions and mayo. I will say it's fast food so don't have high expectations, which idk if you should! First off I would like to say, we had our order repeated back to us, told to pull forward, and was still provided the wrong meal. Ok, no biggie we can see if they can replace the items or provide us with what we paid for. My sister decided to go back and speak with the manager in person for assistance. I don't know if he's a manager or just an employee, this young man of Caucasian descent decided to take the meal that was incorrect and threw it away after one worker said order can be kept. He was rude, obviously didn't know what was going on and decided to insert his self asking if we ordered onion rings! No we literally had 2 meals and one was incorrect. Im not saying this place isn't worth a shot but take into the consideration that's it's teenagers playing around 24/7. This is the worst drive thru ever. They are extremely slow. When I say slow, we waited in the drive thru for an hour. Then when you get to the window, they act like it is your fault you had to wait so long. The manager they had on site was a joke. I asked for something to drink because my mouth was dry from me taking meds and all the waiting. Did not want to do it. Wanted to charge me! Had the nerve to say we ordered drinks already. The drive in spaces are usually full so the drive through window has become the land of lost time. My husband literally sat in line just to order 1 Funnel blast for 20 mins!
