Too much money for fast food Italian! You should just go to Olive Garden spend a couple extra dollars and enjoy something that's not Chef Boyardee. My wife ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and got a side of a chicken breast to go on top and it was like chicken jerky... And could not of been more than 2 ounces for $1.79 extra...When I told management at this location about how tough and dry the chicken was We were told it was freshly made this morning... It's 1 PM in the afternoon? How is that fresh? How was that a reply to the customer that would want to return to this location? I will not be returning to this joke of a restaurant. We have enjoyed eating at Fazoli's off of Harbison blvd in the past. Since Christmas we have visited on 3 different occasions and every time we visited the dining room is closed. We wanted to dine in we did not want a take out. Our food would be cold by the time we would arrive home if we had gotten a take out. Why is the dining room closed? Please open the dining room. I did an online order today from Fazoli's. I was not pleased with the order, the lettuce for my Caesar salad was brown and old. My boneless chicken wings were hard. My experience today was not a good one. Food was not satisfactory at all, ended up throwing most of the salad away the lettuce was too brown. I give it two stars because the food was surprisingly good for the price. I visited for dinner with my family when an extremely loud man cooking was screaming, cursing and throwing things around. The server said they were going to lock the doors but not to be alarmed. A few of the young ladies were kind and apologized but the cook was out of control. read more

It's been a while since I ate at a Fazoli's. The only thing that has gotten better since I since last eaten at Fazoli's is their dishes and silverware. (They are now using real dishes and silverware versus plastic dishes and silverware. I am not sure if this is Fazoli's in general or just this location.) Downsides: * I ordered pizza last night. When I ordered - I saw pizza already prepared, but none was given to me after I ordered. I sat down and saw that people that had ordered AFTER me had gotten their dishes (which was NOT pizza). When I finally gotten my pizza, it was BURNT! * Then there was the bread sticks. Since I had to wait for my order (and had not gotten a salad) they had not given me their complementary bread sticks. Then when my order comes out - only one bread stick? It took a while for a staff member to come around to refill the bread sticks, but they only came out over a course of ten minutes (three different employees). read more

I think the pasta here is pretty good, especially for it being a fast food restaurant. The food here taste better than most dine-in restaurants around town that pride themselves on having fine Italian cuisine. The prices are nice as well. The Only reason why i am giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because on one dish, the pasta noodles were a little undercooked. read more

This restaurant advertises "Fast. Fresh. Italian." I waited at this restaurant for over 50 minutes before I got my food. Not worth the wait.

This is a pretty average, casual, fast-food style spaghetti restaurant. Nothing fancy, but it lives up to expectations. It gets three stars for being easy. Bread stick service in the dining room is inconsistent. Food quality is also inconsistent. Location is great, right across from the mall on Columbiana Drive. Parking is abundant and free in their private lot. Overall, the restaurant "feels" dirty. I think this location is overdue for a deep clean...like the kind where you close the establishment for a week and hire a professional company. I do recommend this restaurant if you have a craving for spaghetti, but with the caveat that you will need to lower your expectations before parking your car. read more

Really good Italian dishes that reminds you of home cooking. I ordered the spicy sampler and it had 5 or so different dishes on it. It was all tasty but had nothing on my mom's spaghetti sauce. However, it kicks the ragu/prego stuff in the rearend. The unlimited bread sticks is a nice extra. Overall comparable to Olive Garden on taste but a bit cheaper so a better value. read more

For fast Italian food and for the price, Fazoli's taste pretty good. Where I do have a problem with their pricing is for drinks. A small cost $1.99 and a large is $3.10. $3.10 is ridiculous for a drink (especially if you go through the drive thru and don't get refills) that probably costs them 10 cents. read more

The food quality has drastically declined. Additionally, the manager is very rude and nasty. He asked that I give my driver's license information so that he could accept taking my fifty dollar bill. He then proceeded to tell me that WHEN he takes the bill to the bank and its fake he would give my information to the sheriff's department. I couldn't believe that a manager of a restaurant would accuse a patron of passing counterfeit money after I had already acquiesced to his request for my driver's license.
