    Buffalo shrimp pizza

After reading mixed reviews, I took the chance of ordering from Blue Pizza. By the looks of the picture, you should be able to understand my disappointment. The pizza was overcooked and the presentation was horrible. I did order close to closing time but still expected a great, quality product. The dough has potential but the shrimp was overcooked and the sauce was bland. Not sure I would order again since my first experience was not the best.

Blue Pizza wasn't great. I stopped in for a slice to check it out, and I wasn't really impressed. I really liked the amazing artwork of a whale on the wall, and the staff member was really nice, but other than that, there weren't many positives. All of the tables were covered in crumbs, the condiment station was nasty, and my slice of pizza was good, but not quite worth the $5 I paid for it. I might stop in some time in the future, but there's a lot of better chain and local options than this one.

I was not expecting much because of the three star rating. It was light one night, and I believe they are on Door Dash which is where we placed an order. We ordered a 16" carnivore pizza. Again given the review rating, my expectations were low. However, when I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised. It looked amazing. The slices are a great size, plentiful toppings and cheese, and a nice crust. The pizza was delicious. My favorite pizza place has some competition.

Food, service and atmosphere was great. Nice place to grab a pizza and people watch.

1/2 bacon 1/2 plain large pizza

Now that I've had this about 2-3 times, I feel I can confidently leave a review. I'm a northern transplant from NJ, and I can safely say this pizza reminds me of home. The crust is thin and crunchy, and the taste is pretty dang spot on. Folding a slice and eating it, I wouldn't be able to tell an NJ slice and a blue pizza slice apart. I will say, there's been a pizza we ordered where there was far too much grease for my liking, but that's pretty typical of NJ pizza anyway. So, while annoying, it is authentic. The things we've ordered so far were: - 2 plain slices - garlic knots - 1/2 plain 1/2 bacon pizza - 1/2 plain 1/2 bacon & chicken pizza The slices, like any NJ joint, were kind of lackluster. But I'm a firm believer that you should never judge an NJ pizza spot on their slices. So, that's why we got some pies and waited to review. Disappointingly, the garlic knots suck. I would say it nicer, but really there's no way to get around it. They suck. They barely tasted like garlic, and I could probably get better ones at Publix. That being said, it didn't deter me from coming back. I just was pretty miffed. The 1/2 plain, 1/2 bacon pie was pretty good, coming from someone who doesn't really like bacon all that much. This was the pie that was a bit too greasy for my liking. I'd say it was the bacon, but my next order said otherwise. The 1/2 plain, 1/2 bacon & chicken pie was the best thing I've eaten from this place. My partner had a hankering for a chicken, bacon, and ranch pizza and unfortunately for him I'm not a big fan of ranch, so we settled with this. I have to say, it had us wishing we got the whole pie as chicken & bacon. It was that good. AND it wasn't greasy. Overall, I'd say this is a great place to go if you want a taste of home, or if you're looking for some authentic NJ pies. Really hope they add stuff like cheesesteaks, hoagies, etc in the future. **Ratings: Plain slices: 5/10 Garlic knots: 2.5/10 1/2 plain, 1/2 bacon pie: 6/10 1/2 plain, 1/2 bacon & chicken pie: 8.5/10 I'll give this place a 4.2/5 for now. Price: ~$20 for a large pie. Pretty standard.

    Terrible pizza.

The worst pizza I've ever had in my life. I ordered through GrubHub. The pizza was tough, the edges were inedible. I spent a lot of money on a shrimp scampi pizza. There was like 1 piece of shrimp pretty slice of pizza. Greasy sauce (and hardly any of that), no where near enough cheese, just basically disgusting. Didn't look anything like the picture on the website. Don't waste your money, go elsewhere. I've had better pizza from a gas station. Rip off.

Tried Blue Pizza on a whim with my wife and loved every minute and bite of the experience! Not only was the food excellent, but so was the service. The two gentlemen that made our order and served us did everything to go above and beyond! the seating was a tad small so if you're in a big group you may want to give them a heads up but we would both recommend this place to anybody and everybody!!!

I am a Grandma slice believer. Perfect Sunday pizza. The staff is so friendly. If you order consistently they feel like family. Ambience is blue as hell. Small kitchen with wicked good food.

Everything is wonderful, their red sauce is truly amazing. Love the donuts and the white pizza too, this place is great! I'm super picky about pizza, and this place meets all of my standards beautifully

Highly recommended!!!!!…read more Been here several times since moving to SC from NY. Definitely the best place we've found south of Brooklyn. Good is great and even more importantly, it's great consistently. The counter staff is always friendly and quick to get you your food. Everything is always spot on, including their homemade Italian ices. More importantly, those ices are available all year long. For anyone who knows good Italian ices, Cucinella's definitely compares to the likes of Marino's. This place has a great NYC pizza joint vibe. Simple yet awesome decor, my kinda music playing discretely in the background. Low enough to enjoy a conversation over lunch but loud enough to hear. Best of all, you can buy a pie (a pizza pie) whole or by the slice. If you're in the area, it would be worth your stopping in. Enjoy!!!

Keep in mind, NY style isn't even my favorite style, If the pizza is good, it's good. This was meh. I am being really generous with the three stars. It wasn't horrible. I had the cheese pizza because that's the way to tell how good the pizza is. The cheese tasted like Sysco bulk cheese. The sauce has almost no flavor. The crust was bland but not horrible. I think the frozen pizza from Kroger has more flavor. I thought I got covid again it was so bland. I hate to be so critical of a family owned business and I generally don't blast a place I am trying for the first time. The best thing I can say about this place is that they have a variety of toppings, though I didn't try them.

We got there about 20 minutes after opening and sat in one of the booths. The waiter took our orders quickly and brought out our drinks. We ordered 3 personal pizzas and a steak and cheese sub. We had one plain cheese pizza, a Supreme personal pizza and a build your own personal pizza with pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. We also ordered one small Garden salad. 1 sweet tea, 2 waters and a diet coke. The salad was excellent. Crispy cold lettuce with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, two types of cheese and good croutons with ranch dressing. The steak and cheese sub came out and we were surprised when wee saw the bread. We were expecting a regular style hoagie bun or baguette type bun, but looked almost like a pita bread from the top. I asked the waiter what type of bread it was and he said they make their own bread. It was excellent. Looked like a naan bread almost. She ordered jalapeno's on it and it was excellent. Said she'd order it again. The pizzas were good. I had the supreme and the sausage was real good. We all agreed that the crust and cheese were very good. Two of us thought the sauce was different and must've had something it it, as they didn't rave over the sauce. I had the supreme and there were so many toppings that I didn't pay much attention to the sauce. Mine was very good. We were surprised that they only offer two sizes of pizzas...personal and large. Large is $24.95 and personals are around $14.95. They have a good selection of pizzas. Our one complaint was the pricing. They charge $2.00 for toppings and $3.00 got premier toppings. It's the same charge for either the personal or large pizzas. Our personal Cheese pizza (with no toppings) was $9.50. My personal Supreme pizza was $14.95 (which contained mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, bacon, black olives and green pepper) while my wife ordered just a personal pepperoni with onions ($2) and mushrooms ($3), totaling $15. Seems like they'd charge less for toppings on a personal size than on a large! My bill as $43.97 before the tip. Our neighbors bill for their pizza, sandwich and drink was $32.59 before tip. They were charged $4 for jalapeno's on the side and slices of tomato.

The broccoli was cooked well , not hard but not soft and had some spice to it. I ordered the hanger steak with sweet potatoes instead of fries and omg it was so good. I got my steak cooked medium well, and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I loved the Parmesan on top of the sweet potatoes. It was the perfect pair.
