Since I left mostly negative review am happy to report the customer service has improved significantly. Everyone appears much happier on the frontline. There is a very spunky, cheerful young girl on the register now. The aforementioned front line worker has been absent the last two visits I've had. The initial portions of rice and protein are fuller now, the beans can be still little slim to my liking but it is huge in improvement. This establishment won't dampen your day now, let us hope these are permanent improvements. We are frequent visitors to Chipotle in general but this location on Harbison Blvd has negatives with one positive. The positive is even at peak time the line is never too long but that could be because of the customer service also which is poor. In addition to the most recent Yelp reviewers I agree that customer interaction could be improved greatly. I've been in here a few times and to me the same culprit is one of the girls, she wears a hat, glasses, has a tattoo on forearm. I know when I see her behind the counter I'm not going to enjoy ordering. In addition she is the main person that skimps on toppings every time! Now I don't know what the employee handbook says for the portion to dish out but it has to be more than what she gives. When you do have to ask for more topping she has a "go to hell" look on her face. Some of the other employees are just as bad with portions but they at least try to offer customer service. I hate to see all these bad reviews because I have had nothing but good experiences at chipotle on harbison. The staff behind the counter is always nice and quick. The food is fresh (the lettuce was a little off looking once so I did not get it) but tasty nonetheless. The dining area is always clean. Used to eat here often and it was pretty consistent. Tonight was the worst ever, I ordered chicken tacos, meat was so salty I couldn't even eat it even after scraping off the way too much sour cream when I asked for a dab. Won't be going here again any time soon soon. read more

The Good: The food is delicious when available. The Bad: The dinning room is never clean. (Tables dirty, drink machine messy, trash can over flowing with trash) The Ugly: Went there the other night about 6:00pm, they were outta chicken or steak,and no explanation was given. Wasn't told of this until it was your turn to order. This restaurant is always dirty, the food on the serving line looks old and overcooked, gloves are not worn, chips are never hot, the bathroom is cleaner than the foodline, the staff are in no way friendly they never fooling, or greet you. Unfortunately, this Chipotle is not what it once was. The quality of the prep work and simple construction of the ingredients during the process of completing customer orders is not satisfactory. The lack of flavor in comparison to other locations nearby is undeniable. The not-so-helpful staff are consistently eye rolling and ignorant to specific requests. The ambiance would be pleasant weren't it for the full trash cans upon every visit. The 15 minute drive to 619 Gervais St is well worth it! read more

Update, this place still sucks and is ran by horrible management. The bathrooms are always dirty. They are always rude, might be one or two good ones in that place. One day they charge you for dressing which is not even a quarter full, the next time they won't. They need a whole revamp of this place and staff. And the bathrooms? Horrible customer service experience out of all the Chipotle locations I've been to; believe me I've been to plenty. There was NO smile from of the staff, it's like they all hate their job or something. Food service is Customer Service; service with a Smile if you'd like customers to return. I wish the employees here were crossed-trained. There's like one person cutting chicken and doesn't know how to use the cashier. We were very excited that chipotle would be open later in the evening. We didn't go in there, but a few times because each time we went, nobody greeted us, the staff was reluctant to help us as exhibited by answering phones and talking to each other instead of taking our order. The food compartments were disgusting. There was food strewn everywhere, the chairs in the restaurant area were already placed on the tables and they still had another hour to be open. Staff seems miserable, lady with the lips tattoo on her neck was so rude to me. Always out of something and are for some reason mad at you for asking for it. Chipotle is always hit or miss but this location is definitely a miss. This is the best chipotle I've ever had. However, when I went to go pay for my burrito, the girl helping me asked if I wanted a drink or chips. I said a drink please. When my boyfriend came up with his food she asked if he wanted a chip or a drink to which he politely declined. She then charged me for two drinks. I asked why my total was so high. She said because I got two drinks for myself, which I did not. Why would I order two drinks for myself??? She told us to come up later to get a refund because the manager was busy in a interview so I sat down and had my meal. When I was done, my boyfriend went up to the front to ask for my refund for the extra charge. The hiring manager came up and said she couldn't give us a refund??? Then the hiring manager was asking the girl why I was charged for two drinks and the girl proceeded to blame me.... which I was like ummm. Anyways, the whole situation was just so unnecessarily ridiculous. Took way longer than it should have. Both workers were extraordinarily rude??? Like just really odd. My oldest daughter had placed an online order which I picked up for her. She asked and paid for double meat, also no sour cream or guac. Upon arriving home she noticed the steak bowl was made incorrectly....single meat plus sour cream and guac! Unfortunately it was almost closing time so getting a refund or replacement was not an option. Very disappointed.. But I need to note also that the parking at this location is ridiculously hazardous. I own a very large SUV and all I can say is GOOD LUCK trying to get in or out. There's not enough clearance between the parking rows to managably navigate unless you own a Smart For Two or Fiat 500. Parking logistics appears to be a real issue here. Spare the aggravation and go elsewhere. read more

Consistently the worst chipotle I've ever been to. NOT ONCE have we been charged correctly and not in my favor. It really gets frustrating. I always have to check my receipt and make them correct it. After a busy day I was looking for something quick to eat, and saw this Chipotle was nearby. I've been to Chipotle's across the country, and they never seem to disappoint. The service at this one might be the one exception though. There was something off about the staff. The guy who started my order just stared at me blankly until started ordering. He didn't say a single word. I ordered a quesadilla and the next lady who put it together and put it on the grill handed it to me, uncut- one massive quesadilla. I know that quesadillas aren't the most common item on the menu, but has anyone ever been served a quesadilla that was just one massive piece? After asking her to slice it up for me, she rolled her eyes, and sliced it. Then I had to ask for sour cream... the sour cream that usually comes with the quesadilla. As I stood there wondering if at any point I had said something to the lady to offend her, I noticed her eye rolling, sighs, and general disdain for each and every one of the customers. I got the spicy meat (can't remember what it's called) with corn, no beans, cheese, rice, the works pretty much, all in a bowl. And ordered some chips so we can choose to be classy and use it as a dip or be savage and just straight up devour the plate. Yes I was that hungry. Coming from Hawaii we don't have chipotle. Great place to grab some fresh tasting food full of flavor. I strongly recommend the carne asada for your choice of meat as the blend of spices, cilantro, and lime celreate a phenomenal meal! Their guacamole is extra to add onto your meal, but well worth the additional cost. My wife and I love to come here for dinner and really wish there was one open in our area. read more
