I am not a chicken salad person but I had this and I loved it. The workers were patient with all my questions and made good suggestions. There was a lot of seating available if you would like to dine in. There was also a girl in there studying. This location has been extremely slack, I love Chicken Salad Chick but this specific one in Harbison just seems to legit always screw up the order when it's right on the special instructions. I have yet to receive a call, refund or compensation for my messed up order yesterday and today they messed up my order AGAIN. read more

Haven't been to Chicken Salad Chick in a while and wanted to give it another shot. The food was pretty good. I got the chicken salad BLT with a side of chips. service was good and the cashier helped me with any questions I had. Restaurant was cozy and offered good amount of seating. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming team. Then to make matters worse they served me very hardened and stale bread. I had to scrape my chicken salad off to eat. The woman that served my friend and I our food slightly tossed our plates and abruptly without asking if we needed anything else (or better stated without saying a word to us) turned and walked off. The problem with this place is the lack of customer service training for the employees. I experienced a very negative response from the entire team when I was told I would not be served because they did not have change for a $50 bill. I was finally offered my change in coins. When the young lady returned to the register with a cigar box filled with rolled coins, I refused them. A customer started running her mouth and told me that I should have compassion for the staff. I told her to shut up and to mind her own business. read more

This review is not about CSC's food but about it's service. Usually, my experience at CSC is delightful. Today, however, the cashier, Ashley, with her blue hair & heavy makeup was so bland, so unhelpful & so negative that it has marred my wanting to come back to this location. She never made eye contact, never smiled, spoke in a flat tone & when handing me my order, made little attempt to approach me to do so, instead waiting for me to stand so she didn't have to make the effort to move forward one foot. Of all the people needing jobs, this hire was a MISTAKE & should be remedied quickly in order to preserve the CSC experience. read more

The chicken salad is always fresh. There is such a wide variety that it is hard to choose, though my favorite is Cranberry Kelly. It's a fast casual establishment so you only deal with the counter employees. I have found them to be pleasant and accommodating. read more

There are so many choices but Rockin Rita is my first choice then Fancy Nancy .. if you haven't tried and just happen upon this establishment any salad can be sampled. This was my first and last time going to this location. I'm not sure how you lose a walk-up order, but it happened which ended up making me late from my lunch break. The staff were nice and the food was fine but I chose this place because I needed something quick. If you have time, try it out but don't depend on quick orders. read more

Their fresh quality chicken salad and ingredients are much better than that you get a McDonalds or a Subway. I got the jalapeño chicken salad on a croissant(which wasn't warmed or pressed), it was not spicy at all, and wasn't that well seasoned, I also ordered a scoop of the classic chicken salad. Same as the jalapeño, it wasn't bad but there wasn't much flavor. One thing I liked was that neither of the two were overly salted. The pickle spear was probably the better of any fast food/casual restaurant I've eaten at. The service was great and the seating made it seam as if it was a nice little restaurant. This restaurant shouldn't substitute a locally owned deli or lunch spot. But this is a better option than most franchise owned fast food restaurants. read more

Food was good, but the dining area was disgusting. Sticky seats, noticeable spills down the walls, just very gross. Bathrooms were gross as well. Food was brought out without utensils. Disassembled seats with no caution or marking to close it off. Very disappointing read more

Oh. MY. HOW DEVINE ! I wish this restaurant wasn't 30 mins from me because I would eat it weekly if I could. I love chicken salad - here you have so many wonderful options to chose from. On this visit I had the sassy lassy , however both my husband and I have tried a few others and honestly , they are just as good. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Also , do yourself a favor and order the grape salad as your side - I don't know what is in it to make it so delicious - but WOW, I would love to have that recipe. Lastly , the restaurant is clean , your food is out in a jiff and the staff is so kind and polite. We will certainly be back! read more

$10 this place has to be a scam. A pickle and 1/3 of lettuce with 1 scoop of chicken salad!Omg never will I go or recommend there. Also the broccoli salad is atrocious just plain small pierces of broccoli with bacon bits on top. Waste of money and overpaid side dish they try to pass like a meal. read more

Never heard of this place before, so my wife and I went in on a humble to the one on Harbison Boulevard. Very friendly staff! Always great customer service. Food was good as always! My kids and I love coming here because their food is always delicious and the chicken salad choices are a great variety. Olivia's old south with sweet pickles and eggs is delicious. My second favorite is the Kay Lynne's which is a sriracha with cheese, ranch, and bacon. Sooo good. We always get it on a croissant. The grape salad is our favorite as well as the broccoli salad. Yum yum. read more

My son ordered a Turkey pesto sandwich. Seems pretty straightforward. We got to the car and no pesto. So he went back inside and asked for the missing pesto. He was immediately told they don't have any. Well, I feel like that should have been stated before the other was taken and paid for. I Can understand we run out of things but don't have pay over $13 for 2 pieces of dry bread and a couple pieces of dry Turkey! That was literally the whole dry sandwich. Also very poor customer service skills. I actually thought we would enjoy this place. read more

I preordered for a party and showed up at the agreed upon time. They had no record of my order and kept anywho I spoke to. When I asked them to make the order they said they didn't have enough mini croissants. But what really made me never way to go back was how the manager handled the situation. She was offensive and never apologized as i had called 10 minutes before to make sure the order was ready and they said yes. My husband who is going thru chemo was out in the car and she was venting in the back. She brought up racism and at that point I started to cry. Will never spend money there again, I hope you don't either. read more

I would give it a Zero, but I can't do that. We placed a catering order one week ago. Went to pick up and they said they didn't have our order!! We had 25 people coming the next morning and had placed a $400 order. We suggested that they call another location to see if the order was there. They said Yes. We drove all the way to the other location and they said that they did not have the order!!! No order!! And both Managers at these locations got an attitude with Us!! What the heck? We placed an order and You don't have it and you're mad at us?? The second locations Manager said that we were being racist, started throwing stuff around, and disappeared in the back of store!! NOT ONCE DID EITHER MANAGER SAY TO US, HOW CAN WE FIX THIS!! We will NEVER come to this store again. read more

Ordered delivery from DoorDash hesitantly because i'm PICKY about my chicken salad but i figured that chicken salad was LITERALLY in their name & it was worth a shot. I'm literally addicted to CSC. Wherever I go, I always check to see if there is one within 15-20 miles. This time was no different. I always get fruity Fran but I have sampled others. I actually came in about 10 minutes before closing(sorry lol) but that did not stop B from providing outstanding customer service to me. We ended up chatting for an extra 5-10 mins after I got my food. All in all, this place gets 5 stars from me. You can't beat delicious chicken salad AND great customer service. And if you were looking for icing on the cake, the little cookie served with my meal SEALED THE DEAL! read more

I had the sassy Scotty on a croissant with Mac & cheese as a side. The sandwich was pretty good, not my favorite but there are so many other options. The Mac & cheese however was god awful. It was so bland, and had a gritty texture. Please don't get that side. read more

This place had a nice quiet atmosphere, the inside seating arrangement was a bit weird but oh what the heck! The food was great! I ordered the egg salad , side grape salad with cream cheese and a spring salad with nuts and berries... it was AWESOME!! I've been there twice and each time has been great as far as the food and customer service. I'm giving 4stars because the seating arrangement isn't what I would call comfortable but everything else was great read more

My family all opted for the Korean friend chicken and different drinks an we're all impressed. We had to order some bingsu for dessert which is their version of shave ice and it was magical. All in all if you have not tried Korean food this is a good first introduction, prices are fair and the place is clean with good customer service .

We were expecting a regular style hoagie bun or baguette type bun, but looked almost like a pita bread from the top. My personal Supreme pizza was $14.95 (which contained mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, bacon, black olives and green pepper) while my wife ordered just a personal pepperoni with onions ($2) and mushrooms ($3), totaling $15. Seems like they'd charge less for toppings on a personal size than on a large! My bill as $43.97 before the tip. Our neighbors bill for their pizza, sandwich and drink was $32.59 before tip. They were charged $4 for jalapeno's on the side and slices of tomato.

This location is on my way to work so it was convenient to go to the drive through and grab food before my shift . At first it was great, then the issues started when new staff members came on. The quality of the food went down, and the staff got rude. Even for something as simple as asking for a receipt got eye rolls and attitude. The food was often cold , didn't taste right and my order was incorrect. This started Mid October 2025 and my last visit was January 2026. At first I thought it was the new staff getting used to the restaurant but when the issues continued and I saw no improvement I decided to mark this location off my list and avoid it altogether. There is no quality control at this location so my recommendation is to avoid this location and try a different one. I have never had an issue with the Lexington or Newberry stores.
