I've never had any problems this location the few times I come here, in Ballentine across street from Chick fil A. The traffic can build up Saturday's because of chick fil A next door but the drive-thru usually goes fast. One recent morning we went inside and did not have very long wait inside probably bc using self serve kiosk. We both laughed when my wife opened box of Filet a Fish, the bun was squished up. Like really when you were putting this together you didn't think this crushed bun wouldn't be a problem? My Filet a Fish bun was normal so I just gave her mine and took the crushed one, see pic. This is very disappointing. I have had surgery can't drive to get my child food sent my 82 year old parents to pick it up . My dad asked for the cashier to read the order back to him because the screen wasn't working . She told him . No . Never had a bad meal here. If you use the app, the service is pretty quick. The food is fresh and the location is pretty clean. I've eaten at this location dozens of times. Service and speed is horrible. They act like you're not even there. If you order on the app/online and pickup in store you're the absolute last order that they pay attention to. I ordered ahead on the app so that I could grab it quickly on my break. Instead I spent 20 minutes waiting. I understand that they were busy but all I ordered was one burrito. Someone came into the store and ordered a burrito and a coffee at the counter and got it way before I got mine. I actually ended up cancelling my order because I needed to get back to work. How do I say this nicely? There isn't any way to put it except - worst customer service ever? Around noon on June 16th, husband orders quarter pounder with cheese, two kids meals one with hamburger (not cheeseburger) one with yogurt (not apples). This location was not busy - despite the fact it was "lunch hour." Terrible location. I waited 20 minutes in drive thru for one sandwich - this was after the worker at the second window asked me what I had. The food came out and I was missing something. It then took another 4 minutes to bring fries out. After I left I checked the temperature of the food. Everything had been sitting and waiting for the one sandwich - nothing at McD's takes 15 minutes to cook. Even the sandwich I was waiting on was cold. Food is typical McDonald's food, and the employees are usually nice but they are so very slow!!! It just takes too long compared to other fast food restaurants to get your food. I will not be returning to this location. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru today around 6:30pm. There was a line, but nothing crazy. We ordered a Big Mac meal with NO pickles, 2 hamburgers and 2 McChickens. First, we were told that our Big Mac meal would have to be a medium instead of a large because they were out of large fry containers. Not the biggest deal, but a bit annoying. As we were pulling away, we checked and realized they forgot our 2 McChickens. We went inside with the receipt and told them what happened. We waited nearly 20 minutes to get the McChickens, after the manager had to remind the kitchen twice to make them. There was no apology, no compensation, or anything for this mistake (mind you, this is NOT the first time this has occurred at this location; it happens frequently). Surprise surprise, when we got home we discovered they had in fact put pickles on the Bic Mac. The icing on the cake was when my boyfriend unwrapped one of his hamburgers to find a bite-shaped indention in the bun. We will NOT be coming back to this McDonalds, and I advise others to steer clear. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was accused of stealing a sausage patty when I went back in to tell them it was missing from my bag on the platter tray. Argued with me and I was stunned. Why on earth would I lie about a piece of sausage. Its 30 degrees outside, I have my 5 year old who I've had to take out the car twice and 6 months pregnant.
