He then told me to throw my cup away as if I were trying to steal a second drink. When I brought it to his attention, he said it was because of covid. That makes no sense. It's a hit or miss with this location. Got the chicken nuggets with zero seasoning just the breading. It was very noticeable as soon as I opened the box but it was too late to go back. No flavor at all but at least the fries had salt to make up for it. Gave them a try again and changed it to a regular chicken sandwich and this time I didn't even get the right order. Always friendly people here to take my order. More than one occasion, Pilar(I think that's her name-Team Leader)has taken my order and is friendly. One thing I noticed also, the Owner/Operator is present(noticed more than one time)taking orders and helping the crew. Nice to see this. Since it is the food court, I've noticed crew members taking food out to customers at their seat if they really needed it, like if they have kids present. Just extra customer service. read more

Once, a homeless woman was in front of me yelling about coffee, people watching her, and random obscurities. It made for a great morning. The person serving her still had total respect for her and gave her a free cup of coffee. Legit employee right there. I love a good chicken sandwich and CFA delivers. I like the simplicity of having a buttered bread and just 2 pickles. Nothing wrong with that. They have been sprucing up their menus and have not failed yet. When I go, I usually get a kid's meal because I like to trade in the toy for an ice cream cone. Nothing wrong with that! The other thing I love about CFA is the surveys that you might get at the bottom of your receipts. If you're lucky, you'll get a survey that will get you a free chicken sandwich. Also, they take expired CFA coupon. Once I went there with an expired 4 month old coupon, and they still accepted it. The woman there said she once accepted a 3 year old coupon. The absolute freaking worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to. The service and standards here are lower than McDonalds. I waited 15 minutes just to order. There were only 3 people in front of me, and 7 people behind me. Only one gentleman was taking orders, one girl was filling the orders, and the manager was counting cash. If there's a line of 10 people, take care of the freaking customers! I only wanted a medium sweet tea and fruit cup. It took another 15 minutes to get that done. My friend and I always order through the chickfilla app because we are mall employees and only receive a 30 min break. The app claims to be more efficient but it has shown not to be and lately the customer service has not been up to the chick filla standards we are all used to. For example yesterday getting my order took up my whole break. Today we get a notification saying our order was ready when in fact it was not. And when I opened it and the order was wrong I did not receive utensils nor my chocolate sauce for my ice cream cup. Also their employees are very sarcastic and non friendly. I've had two bad experiences here in the past two months and I've had enough. Firstly I had a gift card that was verified to have money on it and the cashier swiped my card for the whole amount and pocket the gift card. I had to drive all the back up there to deal with the problem. Second time I ordered nuggets and was given chicken minis again I had to drive back up to the location to take care of the issue. EAT MOR CHIKIN! Stephen Y and I both absolutely love Chick-fil-A...I don't think we can get enough of it! Since Stephen Y never really gets a chance to eat it for lunch since there are none by his office, he is always asking to go on the weekends. Whenever we plan to eat at the mall, it's always Chick-fil-A. Stephen Y's signature is grilled chicken sandwich. The grilled chicken is very soft, tender, and juicy...if you are looking for something healthier; I suggest you eat that sandwich. It's served on a wheat bun as well....make sure they give you the honey roasted barbeque sauce to go with your sandwich. I always mix that and the regular barbeque sauce...mmm! I can't get enough of their waffle fries, especially when they are right out of the fryer. I have three words to describe them: hot, fresh, and crispy...I do love crispy things! If you are from the South, you will recognize some good sweet tea, and Chick-fil-A's hits the spot immediately. Overall, I think Chick-fil-A is the best fast food company...I would choose it over any others. They also don't charge you extra to get some sauce for your nuggets, sandwich, or fries (ahem, McDonald's - you need to work on this!). They also do catering, and I have ordered a nugget platter for a Texas game watching party, and I think we finished it within 15 minutes...whoops! One small tip - If you order a kid's meal and you do not want the book/toy they give you, you can actually bring it back up to the register, and they will give you a free ice dream (their ice cream cone), not too shabby, eh? read more

Brought it back and asked them to give me another one, his reply the chicken is not made to order that's why the cheese isn't melted. So my piece of chicken has been sitting there for who knows how long. My meal also came with fries half full. Poor customer service, poor food. I will never come back here again. First time traveling to Texas this summer of 2016 and my family wanted me to try this. I don't regret it! They have this chicken strips that you can dip in their sauce and it's just delicious!
