Never been to Jersey Mike's and I probably won't again. Its just not for me. This location is in a great location. Customer service isnt bad and the eating area appeared clean. The menu is very common so you can find something for probably everyone. I ordered a club sub, so I didn't try anything new. The bread did not feel fresh and was hard to chew. I also didnt like that the employee made my sub on the same paper as other people I wasnt ordering with. This isnt good for people with food allergies. I didnt understand what "Mike's Way" was and said yes and she began putting a lot of stuff on my sub. That was my mistake, I should've asked by my already undress bread was soggy on one side, so when they cut it in half one side was tough, the other side wet and nasty. The taste and flavor of the sandwich was just nonexistent. I didnt feel there was a lot of toppings to choose from. No tuna again, second time in a month. It's 1145 on a Friday and no tuna. The young lady who I believe was a manager did tell me that she could make more if I could wait a little bit. After waiting 15 minutes, I decided to leave. I believe she was the only one out of the five or six employees who was able to make tuna and also use the slicer. They were very busy so I could understand how she could not go to the back to make the tuna but overall just a very bad experience. I frequent Jersey Mike's a lot and especially this location because the mail manager who is usually there is always very pleasant. Didn't make "right" a faulty situation. Ordered on the app for delivery, customizing my sandwich to remove the cheese & asked for the plain bread. Additionally, made a special note to emphasize a SEVERE DAIRY ALLERGY. The sandwich delivered to me was completely wrong - made with the cheese bread and more cheese inside. I immediately called this location and while explaining the situation, was interrupted with a generic "you'll have to talk to the regional office," and was transferred to another line that immediately hung up on me. What's not to like about this place. Every time I show up it's clean, organized, and the people are beyond friendly. I don't eat a lot of bread because of how just unhealthy bread is overall for folks. It really is bad. But I digress. When I do eat bread there is a other sub show that does things their "way" and then there is Jersey Mike's who does it the right way. Let's start with I cannot stand subways commercials. They turn me way off and makes me not want to refresh. Your stuff sucks. JM is awesome because you can watch them cut your meat right off the meat slicer like in a deli. Tons of sandwiches and even have a few on a hidden menu you can ask about or Google. I either get the original Italian or the 99, which is a spicy with extra cheese cheese steak. The food is consistently good at all JM locations. I rarely leave reviews but today I need to. I checked the website for a feedback section but didn't find one, which always leaves me suspicious. This is the 6-7th time I've been here. While the food is pretty awesome, they always seem to have 4-5 guys working there. Well, not working but employed. The floors are always sticky. The tables are always dirty and there seems to always be a person on break. This is not how businesses in this area behave. It's a shame because I want them to do well. read more

Really 3.5 stars. Bottom line -- the closest (in our area) to what I'd consider a "real" sub. Yes, it's a little more expensive than Subway. They slice the meats and cheese when you order, and clearly use a higher-quality set of ingredients than the typical sub place around here. The one disappointment for me was the bread -- on the Original Italian sub, I'm looking for a nice, crusty roll (though it may get a little soggy over time from the oil/vinegar), and Mike's uses the softer roll that is more typical these days.
