Clean store, kind staff, good option for good sandwiches. The manager - Lanaya went above and beyond with a large family order and was patient and courteous and the line was long. I appreciate that. Will definitely choose this location over any other when wanting a quick sandwich! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Fast Food Near Me - Houston, Texas

Never been to Jersey Mike's and I probably won't again. Its just not for me. This location is in a great location. Customer service isnt bad and the eating area appeared clean. The menu is very common so you can find something for probably everyone. I ordered a club sub, so I didn't try anything new. The bread did not feel fresh and was hard to chew. I also didnt like that the employee made my sub on the same paper as other people I wasnt ordering with. This isnt good for people with food allergies. I didnt understand what "Mike's Way" was and said yes and she began putting a lot of stuff on my sub. That was my mistake, I should've asked by my already undress bread was soggy on one side, so when they cut it in half one side was tough, the other side wet and nasty. The taste and flavor of the sandwich was just nonexistent. I didnt feel there was a lot of toppings to choose from. There is nothing wrong with the location or the staff, I just dont think Jersey Mike's is for me. Its simple. read more

The employees were sooo friendly and recommend the best sandwiches. I got the chipotle cheesesteak and it was so good. The original italian mikes way is a classic. The ambiance was very welcoming. I would definitely keep coming back here. read more

No tuna again, second time in a month. It's 1145 on a Friday and no tuna. The young lady who I believe was a manager did tell me that she could make more if I could wait a little bit. After waiting 15 minutes, I decided to leave. I believe she was the only one out of the five or six employees who was able to make tuna and also use the slicer. They were very busy so I could understand how she could not go to the back to make the tuna but overall just a very bad experience. I frequent Jersey Mike's a lot and especially this location because the mail manager who is usually there is always very pleasant. Not sure if I will be returning back to this location or not. read more

Didn't make "right" a faulty situation. Ordered on the app for delivery, customizing my sandwich to remove the cheese & asked for the plain bread. Additionally, made a special note to emphasize a SEVERE DAIRY ALLERGY. The sandwich delivered to me was completely wrong - made with the cheese bread and more cheese inside. I immediately called this location and while explaining the situation, was interrupted with a generic "you'll have to talk to the regional office," and was transferred to another line that immediately hung up on me. Following this, I submitted an email and online contact form.... Yet, there was no effort to remedy the situation. No refund, no replacement, just a meal that ended up in the trash. read more

Called at 8:15 to place an order to go. I was told they didn't have enough bread to fulfill my order of two sandwiches since they had only made enough bread to fill the orders online. I asked if I could place an order online and they said they still would not be able to make it. Very disappointed as if you are open until 9:00 pm you should be able to serve until that time. While I love Jersey Mike because the food is fresh - I came in in a Sunday - very slow - but almost every table was dirty ...... why don't they assign a person and a time to clean tables regularly?? 4 people working and no excuse to have dirty tables read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Tuna!! - Fast Food Near Me - Houston, Texas

What's not to like about this place. Every time I show up it's clean, organized, and the people are beyond friendly. I don't eat a lot of bread because of how just unhealthy bread is overall for folks. It really is bad. But I digress. When I do eat bread there is a other sub show that does things their "way" and then there is Jersey Mike's who does it the right way. Let's start with I cannot stand subways commercials. They turn me way off and makes me not want to refresh. Your stuff sucks. JM is awesome because you can watch them cut your meat right off the meat slicer like in a deli. Tons of sandwiches and even have a few on a hidden menu you can ask about or Google. I either get the original Italian or the 99, which is a spicy with extra cheese cheese steak. Both are amazing but sometimes you want a traditional sub. Toppings are fresh. The folks are great, talking to you Corey, and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. I've already been back like 10 times. Just get ova here already. Say it like you're from Brooklyn. It's fun. read more

Placed online order at 9:32 am for two sandwiches with 11:45 am pick-up. At 12:05 pm and no food, I asked for a refund. Only the manager can process a refund, but the Mgr. is too busy right now...They Refused to process my refund at the time and I had to go back later because it's lunchtime. read more

Great sandwiches. Great, friendly, courteous service. The tastes are consistently good. They offer good potato chips.

Great sandwiches. Freshly sliced cold cuts and fixins. Better bring a big appetite. I couldn't finish my sandwich because I was too full.

I ordered via doordash. I got a cali club added jalapeños with a side of jalapeño chips & received it with NO avocado or bacon & they ADDED red & yellow peppers to it which i didn't ask for ... & to top it off i got spicy dill pickle chips ?? Im confused why they completely messed up the whole order so bad . read more

I seriously can't recommend this place enough. I work close by so I eat here very often. I have never had a bad experience, every sandwich has been delicious. The people taking care of the store are soooo nice and go above and beyond, every time. They even remember my name and order cold sub, hot sub, doesn't matter, it's always good. Thanks for the excellent service and super welcoming environment! read more

Hands down best freshest subs around. You pay a little more for a lot more quality and quantity.

Stopped in here for a quick sandwich around 6pm . The 3 guys working were very attentive and polite. Cool guys . I stayed and ate inside (it was hot inside due to the sun shining directly into the store ) So store manager if you're reading this please please invest in sun blocking shades . Not only will cut down on the heat entering in the store but potentially save money on energy. Also the workers can see the customers. read more

This is an excellent spot! Always clean and the best service overall I've ever had. The employees are always so friendly and nice and really go out of their way to make you happy! read more

The food is consistently good at all JM locations. I rarely leave reviews but today I need to. I checked the website for a feedback section but didn't find one, which always leaves me suspicious. This is the 6-7th time I've been here. While the food is pretty awesome, they always seem to have 4-5 guys working there. Well, not working but employed. The floors are always sticky. The tables are always dirty and there seems to always be a person on break. This is not how businesses in this area behave. It's a shame because I want them to do well. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #13 - Fast Food Near Me - Houston, Texas

I came in for a quick carry out lunch today and had such a nice experience! All the gentlemen working were so kind and friendly and thoughtful. They offered me an easier bag to carry with my hands full and one of them ran all the way around the counter across the store to open the door for me when he saw me struggling with a heavy infant car seat. As a tired new mama I appreciate all the extra kindness I can get! Thank you very much! read more

Really 3.5 stars. Bottom line -- the closest (in our area) to what I'd consider a "real" sub. Yes, it's a little more expensive than Subway. They slice the meats and cheese when you order, and clearly use a higher-quality set of ingredients than the typical sub place around here. The one disappointment for me was the bread -- on the Original Italian sub, I'm looking for a nice, crusty roll (though it may get a little soggy over time from the oil/vinegar), and Mike's uses the softer roll that is more typical these days. Good bread, but still wrong on this sandwich. Jersey Mike's is now my default choice for a traditional Italian sub, whenever I need to apply another coating of cappacuolo to my arteries... read more

Put in mobile order but waited 15 minutes longer than if I would've stood in line to get them. Employees were working hard to keep up but they need a better system to balance the walk ins and mobile orders. Food was great.
