I am really not sure why this location has lower ratings. I have always had a great customer service experience here. The people working the register are super friendly and super nice. They are pretty generous with the fries so a small size is recommended for a personal serving, they will even warn you that a large is enough for more than two people but I didn't listen and risked it all. The place must be a MASSIVE cash cow for the owners since there is so little overhead. It WOULD more interesting as a business opportunity than for its food. Profit margins must be staggering. I've been a few times and keep wondering what am I paying all this good money for?? The food is good but not $10-15 great. Fast Food basic decor would be a step UP for the place. Other mid price burger restaurants like Fuddruckers and Red Robin have a nice comfortable decor. Hooters at least has attractive waitresses to surreptitiously gaze upon. I waited for a good twenty minutes, and the burger I got back was the most disappointing burger in all of Houston. There was NOTHING, I repeat, NOTHING on this burger.
