Houston we have a problem.. your patties are truly deteriorating. The lettuce was even thicker than the (patty) other burger that I just finished eating! I was in the area so I thought of just getting some few burgers as a snack.. But yeah what a shame lol inflation is real..no wonder Watta and 5guys will always kick your arse. The milkshakes are still a thumbs up and the happy smiling faces of the crew will always be delightful and warm.. just like their tinfoil patties lol

I always go to an In & Out when visiting a state that has one since I don't live around one. I always get the cheeseburger so that's what I opted for this time but I also added a strawberry milkshake to my order. The burger did not disappoint of course, and the milkshake paired nicely with it. My friend ordered the animal style fries for us to share since I've never tried them before. I'm not a big fan of onions but I was pleasantly surprised by how they tasted along with the cheese and sauce on top of the fries. My main take away from this location is that the tables were all dirty. It took us a while to find a table that didn't need to be wiped down. Other than that, I enjoyed starting my trip by eating here.

Ngl always had a negative view so I'm not gunna waste my time with a real review, just an honest one [ ] Not bad but just not amazing [ ] Decent experience [ ] 0 napkins you have to ask [ ] No mayo but there's mustard and ketchup????? [ ] Little ass trays so inconvenient [ ] 7-up instead of sprite always a terrible idea [ ] Customer service was really good [ ] Food came out fast and fresh (always apperantly) [ ] No jalapeños but banana peppers was clutch i guess [ ] No salt on the fries at all [ ] Cheese gets hard after like .2 seconds [ ] In a nice area to look out at while you eat [ ] Fries not crispy [ ] Fries too small [ ] 10/10 on the sonic/chic fil a ice [ ] Ambiance wise i felt like i was eating in a government facility [ ] I think some kids came into fight in the bathroom lowkey Overall, the burger was not amazing but by far wasn't bad, just wish it was like more of a burger less of a chum bucket vibe

Their shakes are the best!

Yes, I know it's lunchtime; however, I suppose the willingness of patrons to sit in ridiculously l-o-n-g lines proves the deliciousness of the meal ahead?!? or the amount of transplants that have landed in Texas from California where this chain is originally from. ‍ Either way, I can attest to the great flavoring of their burgers and shakes, their fries are OK, not particularly flavorful once they start getting cold. So if you want to wait in long lines for a flavorful burger and shake for a very modest price, In-N-Out is your destination.

This location has pretty solid burgers! They were cooked exactly how we wanted them and everything was hot and fresh. And the milkshake I got was delicious! Food came out pretty quickly. Seating and parking can be tough because it can get so busy but everyone here is really pleasant and the inside is very clean!

I honestly don't get the hype around In-N-Out Burger. I've had the chance to try it, and I'm left wondering how people compare it to Whataburger. The line was insane, and the wait felt way too long for what we got. We ordered a #2--just a basic cheeseburger, fries, and a drink--and everything was bland. The burger had no flavor, the fries were just... meh, and don't even get me started on the drink. Not worth the wait or the price, honestly. The customer service was fine, nothing special. I did notice that the staff and the place were all very clean and wore white uniforms, which was nice, but it doesn't make up for the lackluster food. I won't be coming back or recommending it to anyone. Whataburger is still the superior choice, in my opinion.

Literally a quick bite in and then out. On those nights you just don't feel like cooking and you want something filling but quick their burgers got you covered especially at a great price point. Patties are always fairly big and juicy. Their sauce plays a big role in complimenting the burgers. Fries are always hot and fresh. Plenty of seats and they also have outdoor seating.

If I lived in Texas, I would eat In-N-Out for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. This place truly is all of the hype! Bonus- the prices are amazing. I will definitely be back everytime I visit the area. The cashier was super helpful since it was our first time. Make sure to get everything animal style!

Animal style fries & double burger with grilled onions

Everyone always talks about this place and it wasn't terrible but I do think it is a bit overrated. I got a lettuce wrap burger and it was delicious and a little messy to eat since I got the grilled onions. The fries were a bit stale and the cheese dries horribly on them so it's not melted and just a block of hard cheese. The onions on the fries were soggy and gave them a strange texture. My favorite thing were the little spicy peppers you can get to eat with your food. The service was quick despite it being busy.

Service was great. Food was delicious and made fresh! I utilized the drive thru and the service was fast as the line was super long but moved fast. Burgers A1

I love In-N-Out but this is probably the worst location in my proximity, my burger came out dry and overcooked and when I say dry, I meant it probably was not made fresh. It wasn't even hot. My fries were not fresh at all, I asked for a double single which is basically 1 slice of cheese instead of 2. My burger had no cheese. I would usually take it back and get a remake or refund, but I forgot my receipt. More than likely WILL NOT try this location ago. This was a drive thru order

Place was dirty no one manning the dining area Food thumbs down You can do better San Antonio in and outs are way better than this sorry My hamburger buns were burnt and hard My husband didn't want to complain about it but I did not want to have to eat this crap So my hubby gets me a new burger, now undercooked and new fries. Someone is taking my picture of the undercooked burger on yelp. Leave my pictures on here to show truth in the undercooked burger served.

I've ordered a Flying Dutchman onion wrapped many times and this is the first time the onions were so raw it made my mouth burn. Little upsetting

Selection is lame and minimal. The flavor lacks satisfaction. Wait is long for a simple burger. Atmosphere is wide open and plain.

I had opted for a beef burger with a side of chili cheese tater tots to share. The burger is quite large and filled generously with whatever add-ins you check off so it was very filling for me. I went with two 2oz patties, but considering the size, I'd opt for a single 2 oz patty if I go back. For my burger I also added scallion aioli which didn't have a strong green onion flavor but was still nice and added creaminess to the burger overall. The tater tots were super crispy, and the chili cheese topping was nice. I had gone shortly after they opened and it wasn't super busy but it started to quickly fill up around 11:30-12. Decent amount of tables and good parking situation outside

The basic burger is $12, and anything you want to add or replace is extra. Now that's including the basic sauce, which I thought would be an additional homemade sauce if I needed. Again, I am learning. I ordered grilled chicken, but at the counter, a very nice person, Eric, told me they were out of grilled chicken and had fried chicken available. I guess so, since I spend some time. I don't want to wait any longer. I also ordered homemade lemonade, which came with lots of ice. I requested that some ice be removed. I also added chard jalapenos, which were tasteless and slightly burned, so they lost their flavor. The food pick-up area was separate, and the guy who gave you a food tray could have been friendlier and said thank you. Oh well, my burger was a piece of chicken with lettuce and onion. It was ok but very dry inside. So make sure you order sauce or anything for your burger, and pay for it. When I got there, the dining hall was empty. I like this place, but plz if you're going there for the first time, read the menu carefully and place your order. Service could be friendlier, and the dining hall was clean.

I went with the Double Good Burger at Johnny Good Burger, and honestly... it was surprisingly good. Perfectly smashed patties with those crispy edges, juicy inside, and well-balanced flavors that didn't feel overcomplicated. Sometimes simple just works--and this definitely did. The fries deserve their own shoutout: extra crispy, hot, and downright addictive. No soggy sadness here. I kept telling myself "just one more" until the tray was mysteriously empty. All in all, a very satisfying burger experience. If you're in the mood for a legit smash burger and happen to be wandering POST Houston, this one's absolutely worth stopping for.

There were no other customers at the time, but that's to be expected for a slow Monday. The menu is quite simple with just 4 different entrees, 3 different ways to order fries, and a few soft drink options in a cold case. Everything here is a la carte but there is a combo option where you can save about $3 off the regular menu pricing. I chose the "Double Good" and added a patty for $3 more figuring the patties are most likely very thin. The burger comes with lettuce, onion tomato, pickles and special sauce. I subbed the American for Swiss, but the Swiss ended up being a Swiss-American blend, so it tasted mostly like American cheese which I hate. I keep having bad luck with Swiss lately. The patty is about 1/4 lb and tastes similar to a home cooked burger. I ended up setting the burger down and just eating the patty with a fork since I didn't like the taste of the cheese, sauce, or the entire burger as a whole after a handful of bites. Overall, I'm glad I finally tried it but this is not a burger I would come back for, especially at this price point.

A standard smashed Double cheeseburger and generous extra crispy impressively seasoned waffle fries as you want it cost $16 which is fair since adding the fries vs standalone burger is only $1 price differential. Clutch City Grill sits next to Burger Chan (the most recent title holder of best burger for my son) but this Sunday, they were not open so we tried the one we didn't try last time--CCG. And let me just say that this place tucked away inside a collective indoor food concession aka The Conservatory Galleria, has every right to boldly don the clutch city burger title. Inside this perfectly grilled almost Hawaiian role type hint of sweet homemade bun is a masterclass of burger perfection, made right in front of you and to your liking based on your selections from the order tap screens. While, waiting, I looked at everything I didn't order as it was being served and I'm almost certain that anything you order at CCG is delicious. Presentation is superb because others were sitting with large selections in front of them that caused me a bit of buyers remorse--I couldn't decide. The vibe is chill enough to talk to the grill master while my son was figuring out his massive burger order--he randomly had a hash brown added to a patty melt. And ordered something to take home or in case one order wasn't enough for the teen appetite. But the food is massive. I cannot stress that enough. Portions of everything there are beyond generous from what we saw and this is the kind of place where there's delivery guys picking up, people working on their laptops and the average joe grabbing takeout after work as well as families having dinner but not crowded. We sat and reflected on a great shopping day in a chill environment and reminisced on the old days of Galleria area last minute back to school night before/we should do this more type of memories in the making. The take something to go plus my own leftover (cutting the burger in half is an open from the order touch screen) and it passed the ultimate test of being really good cold the next day. This place begs the question--where is everybody? I can't be the only one who knows about it. But also was inviting enough to silently confirm that I think we've found our place. One that even has a cool bathroom with a mirror that says "you look amazing." Exactly how you're going to feel about the food that looks even better than it does in its promo photos
