I visited your location at 4765 FM 1960 for the first time on Monday, January 20, 2025. I had an excellent experience with the staff, service, and delicious sandwich. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the fresh vegetables were nicely displayed and looked incredibly fresh. Following the staff's recommendation, I decided to try the #8 Club Sub. The freshly made bacon influenced my choice! I ordered "Mike's Way," as suggested, and it was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. It was recommended that I add the red sauce, which I requested on the side, and it was a fantastic addition. The manager noticed it was my first visit to Jersey Mike's. After a brief introduction, she learned that I was in the area for business and suggested a lunch treat for the staff. Ms. Yolanda kindly offered me $10 off any catering box at her location. If you're Mike'd Up, then you're either in the entertainment business, or you're eating one of these "sarnies" as we say in England. They're pretty similar to the one in League City in terms of standards. It's a step above Subway but that's not saying much because thems was the worst sandwiches imaginable. I mean JM are not bad by any means - but when you had some of the sandwiches I've had and when you live in the city that makes Subs as well as Buffalo does then these don't cut it. No pun intended. I eat here A LOT. I always order a Philly and a Favorite. I use the app all the time it's good for getting your points and your foods ready by the time you get there so there's no wait. This place gets pretty busy so I recommend using the app if you're like me, impatient. I sometimes order delivery but that's definitely not my preference. The bag isn't sealed as tightly as I would like, and sometimes the breads soggy. All in all they're my favorite sandwich spot on this side of town. read more

The general manager Charlotte was on vacation so I guess there was a young person saying that he was a manager. He obviously has no experience AT ALL. This Jersey Mikes used to be very good. We came in to get our usual subs and noticed that the shredded lettuce that was being used had started to turn brown on the edges. I am a huge fan of Jersey Mike's. The main reason is the freshness and quality plus the fact that they accommodate my gluten allergy. Because I travel every week for work, Jersey Mike's is a place I would go to as a staple if the area is sparse on GF dining. I got off the plane and immediately drove to this location. With a half hour til closing, the gentleman working was putting the patio furniture inside and doing an obvious close shift duties. When I went to the counter to order, I was told that they're "out" of GF bread. He said they have more in the back but they're closing so he can't defrost it. I am LIVID. (And hangry) I don't try to be difficult- my stomach is. I got off a 4 hour flight with a 2 hour time zone difference just looking for dinner. Very fresh and chewy bread, made exactly per our order and loaded with meat, cheese and veggies. As a vegetarian, at Subway they reluctantly put on a couple of tiny pieces when I ask for extra cheese. But here, extra cheese meant a sandwich that actually filled me up! I have eaten there several times and generally was satisfied However, the Ruben tonight was terrible to the point of being inedible. Tok several bites and they almost immediately came back up. I will not be going back there again! Update - I also left a longer post on the Jersey Mike's website. Management response was quick and thoughtful. They offered to refund my cost which I didn't accept (it was only $6.40 since i used their Senior Discount). The rep from their corporate office stated that he intended to inspect the site that day and while checking them out, discard all the ingredients involved in making the Ruben. As a result of his prompt and reasonable response, I will probably give them another try. After all, I have been quite pleased with the food (along with the Rubens) on my previous visits. read more

Always have a good sub. I've tried just about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. The #13 is my favorite followed by the meatball and the super sub. My wife and I always ask for the veg on the side and they always comply and let us add more or less when we get home. The $13.99 deal on Sunday is hard to beat.
