Very clean and great customer service. Andrew went above and beyond to get my order correct. My food was nice and warm.

I also like the serendipity salt which is great to put on the chicken or flat Italian green beans. Sometimes you have to ask for the packets of serendipity salt. The restaurant is casual and very clean. They serve the chicken piping hot. If u eat inshore, you usually have to wait a little to eat the chicken. The batter they use on the chicken makes a wonderfully crunchy crust. Oh, And they have the soft ice that's great to chew.

Before the pre diabetes kicked in I'd drink their tea...the sweetest concoction that's braced my lips. Nowadays I enjoy their spicy tenders and yeast rolls...in moderation. This go around called for a quick drive thru visit, and started out fine. I love that we had the option of a drink or second side with our meal. Although unseasoned I love that they offer corn on the cob. I season mine at home. Unfortunately, this location is oddly inefficient. Friendly...but inefficient. We were told that the biz ran out of spicy chicken strips. They quoted us a 6 minute wait...which was fine. However, from there we waited, and waited, and waited, alongside 2 others. The associate who took our order went on break, occupying the car besides us.The gentleman behind us in line received his order about 5 minutes before we did, and after about 15 minutes our chicken arrived. The 3rd car waiting (the one that was there waiting for their order when we took ours) was not as lucky, they were still waiting for their order when we left. We came home to find my fiancés mashed potatoes missing, and incredibly old fries. I always appreciate fresh chicken, so thank you so much for that, but for fast food, there's certainly room for improvement with this establishment. While my fiance refuses to go back, I'm more than willing to return. I'll chalk it up to a rough night or a tough hiring season' and I look forward to improvement-(chicken) fingers crossed!

When I read that the Cypress Cane's location was open until 2am, 3am on weekends, I thought someone…read moremade a mistake. I guess that statement is partially true. These are their true hours. I'm the one that was mistaken. With a Caniac craving, I arrived past 9pm on a Sunday to the busiest Cane's I've ever see. The drive-thru line wrapped around the building. The parking lot remained full. The amount of vehicles circling the building hoping to find a spot caused mild traffic disturbances. Waze marked the lead in road as red for standstill traffic- okay, I'm kidding with that one, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did. Among all of this, the employees of Cane's stayed strong. Like a well oiled machine they powered through the endless line. They were efficient for sure, but I was most impressed by their care and customer service. This team is truly running like a well oiled machine. As far as the food, Cane's is Cane's. If you're new to this concept, you really only need to keep two things in mind. 1. They serve 4 main items, fried chicken tenders (yes, only tenders), crinkle fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast. These 4 items are offered in a handful of variations and combinations. 2. No matter which combo tickles your pickle, enjoy it with Cane's sauce. In addition to a basic requirement for the chicken, it also pairs well with the fries, their Texas toast, and most any protein or savory bread you have lying around the house. Long story short, if you can handle the crowds, you've earned your chicken.

On top of that, their food is consistently good -- fresh, flavorful, and usually exactly what you expect when you're craving Whataburger. That said... tonight was a little off. We ordered like we normally do, but when we got home and opened everything up, the portions were noticeably smaller -- like pint-sized compared to what we usually get. The biscuit in particular was the biggest surprise. It looked like it missed the memo -- barely any filling and just not what you expect when you're paying full price. Definitely not the usual "loaded and worth it" situation. Not enough to completely turn us away (because again, they've earned some loyalty), but enough to say it out loud. Still a solid spot, still appreciate everything they do for the community -- just hoping tonight was a one-off and not a new normal.

The only thing that ever comes out hot are onion rings for whatever reason. Today I ordered a number 6 and the toast was cool to the touch and the whole thing felt like it had just been sitting on a shelf for over an hour. This had been the experience for me and everyone else I know that drives into this mirage of a fast food joint thinking that they are going to leave with a hot and fresh meal. I wouldn't complain so much if it wasn't so expensive to eat fast food, but alas... Here we are.

There weren't that many fries on my plate, maybe a small handful at most. It didn't even come with a drink. I wanted a drink but I didn't want to spend anymore money so I asked for a cup of water. What happened after upset me. The cashier said they only sell bottled water because there is no filter on the fountain. My sister replied back saying "thats fine I just want water even without filter" but he refused to give us water! He said "no, you drink and get sick, people sue, no water". Hmm... isn't the Kool Aid that they sell there made from the same "un-filtered water"? And aren't the other public fountain waters not filtered either? I rather the cashier tell the truth than to lie. I'm used to places with no free water, but don't give us any BS. It's a slap in the face. It was already bad enough he had to rush our order. If I ever have a craving for chicken I would just go to Rasing Canes or Chic-Fil-A. At least over there they treat you with respect.
