The wings were excellent, dusted with spices and really crispy. They are small but still meaty. Six wings are plenty for me. The dirty rice was good too. While I understand the confusion regarding the egg was my mistake, the overall quality of the meal was unacceptable--the lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes were soggy. After returning, it took approximately 15 minutes for a manager to assist me. Both Liz and the manager displayed a nonchalant attitude and did not offer an apology. Instead, I was simply asked if I wanted another salad. When I expressed my concerns, I was told the items come premade and was given multiple excuses. At that point, I declined the offer for a replacement. Given the inconvenience, poor food quality, and lack of customer service, I did not feel confident accepting another meal from this location. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing, and it does not reflect the level of service I would expect.
