It was also thicker in consistency than the pandan when we tried to stir it in. PANDAN HOUSE COFFEE: This was good! My bf really liked it and he usually doesn't care for pandan. I thought it was more mild because the coffee flavor was stronger than it. I personally needed more sweetness, but definitely good for the strong coffee lovers. The coffee also had a good, strong Vietnamese iced coffee flavor. HONEY BOBA: The only thing I didn't care for was the boba. They were smaller than normal, somewhere between normal-sized and baby boba. They were also shaped irregularly, not perfect balls. Never experienced that before. The flavor was good and sweet, but it also started getting hard a lot faster than it should've. I'm assuming it wasn't fresh and was sitting out for a while. I then asked if they could pull up my order on the tablet so I could take a photo of it, and I was told "yes, one second." However, after my order was ready and I followed up, the staff member seemed irritated and repeated that they couldn't provide a receipt because of the power issue. I clarified that I only needed to take a picture of the order on the screen, which I thought we had already agreed on. I also didn't realize that every add-on they offer comes with an extra charge. For example, when asked what kind of milk I wanted, it wasn't mentioned that 2% milk (which is typically the default) had an upcharge. Additionally, when a soft top was offered for an iced drink, it wasn't disclosed that it was a $1.50 extra charge.
