Very extremely disappointed 1. Ordered a breakfast chicken biscuit 2. Ordered Large Original Cold Brew Only to get to the window and be told they're barely making biscuits so I would have to move out of the drive thru and wait until they were made. Or I had the option of a muffin, kudos for offerIng alternatives; however, if you don't have what I asked for remove from the menu, cover it up, or let the customer know T time if ordering the food. TERRIBLE ! Secondly, I was told "oh we only have one size now for the cold brew" She didn't say I would be paying a large cold brew price for a small cold brew. Rip off!! You're going to keep thee small cold brew size only then keep that prize. read more

A word of caution to consumers and I hope Management takes this as lesson learned and improves upon it. This will be the last time I order from here. Last night I ordered via Uber Eats from this fast food restaurant. All was confirmed approved and almost ready for the Uber driver to pick up. I texted Eddie to bid him safe travels as it was raining, and he replied. When Eddie got to the restaurant he was told someone else had picked up my order. Between Eddie and myself we were like what now. So he hands his phone to a Manager we go over what I was told, she confirmed the order as I was thinking perhaps two Delia's could have ordered to give them the benefit of the doubt but nope, someone walked in and reviewed orders for pick up, decided mine read yummy and stole my dinner. I felt horrible for the awesome Uber driver Eddie and questioned the next step. So between Eddie and I contacted Uber, I got my money back and poor Eddie lost out on the tip. So lesson learned here for the restaurant is to hold our orders behind the register and ask to view the phone for confirmation. You have lost a valuable consumer and will share it for all to read. This restaurant shrugged their should and kept on working. Did not seem to care. read more

This location is always busy (but I've yet to find one that isn't), but the staff are friendly, fast and efficient. The place is keep clean and inviting. Parking directly outside, also has a drive thru.. That could have been designed better as the drive thru line clogs up the parking lot.. Food is excellent, they now have a grilled chicken sandwich on the menu which is very good, but my go to is still the spicy chicken sandwich. read more

I would like to say this location STILL does an AMAZING job with getting you your food fast and the staff are extremely professional and accommodating. Whenever I use the drive through, I am able to get my food within less than 10 minutes of me driving up. I went to the New Alhambra location one time and there were 4 people on their phones, talking and only one person helping man the drive thru window and handling food. It took me half an hour to get through for breakfast. I have also tried the Arrowhead location and still I have not had as good of an experience than this location at Thunderbird. Thank you all for serving us and making my day! read more

So I have to visit this particular location because it's a near my work. Several times I received the waffle fries and they had way too much skin on them, black spots or they're way over fried. C'mon Chick-fil-A you can do so much better! You have the drive-thru down pat and the chicken is usually good but the fries they need improvement please!! read more

Always so friendly and greets me by my name. They are always on top of it with fresh food and friendly faces. I went to another Chick fil a and they forgot my almonds for my salad (seems minor but the almonds are my favorite part) This Chick fil a NEVER forgets anything. thank you for all you guys do!!!! read more

Going to a Chick-Fil-A used to be special. My how times have changed. I went to this location because I had a bad experience at another location. Parking lot crowded. They seem to cater to the drive through business but some of us still like to go inside. Half of the inside was blocked off for some unexplained reason, even half the order line was blocked off. Not a single person ever said 'it's my pleasure' for my second time in a row. Sandwich was OK, price seemed high, but service and ambiance was non existent. Note: Popeye's has a better chicken sandwich. read more

After driving seven hours to meet a friend at this CFA location, we found out that the dining room was temporarily closed. A very kind employee, Frank, went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed as we ate on the patio (it was a beautiful evening outside). He even checked on us twice during our meal! So thank you, Frank, for going above and beyond your assigned tasks to serve us! read more

This place has great customer service even during all this covid stuff they are still helping customers with all there needs.

This specific Chick-fil-a is AMAZING! Everything about it is great! However, what makes it AMAZING? How personable they are. We love feeling like being part of the family as we pull up! They remember who you are and the extras you like. If you happen to encounter Hydeia &/or Lisa, your day is changed ! They make sure you leave with a smile on your face and fill your heart! If you had one as you pull up, you will have a bigger one! Food is always fresh and 10/10! With covid changes, and now Bell location temporarily closed, they have taken the extra steps to still keep their service for us 100% still! The consistency at this location is what brings us back week after week. Thank you CFA Thunderbird for your hard work! read more

Such a great Chick-fil-A! The restaurant is very clean and well kept. They have great service and are so fast. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu and their lemonade is amazing! read more

Excellent job at catering. We ordered boxes for a celebration of life hosted at a park. They delivered on time, and set all the boxes out for us. Very professional, and courteous to my family. They had proper procedures in place for COVID. I received a text when placing more order with a point of contact to make sure my large order would be processed properly. I highly recommend this location. The catering boxes are perfect for gatherings outdoors where you want to have a food option while still practicing social distancing. read more

I'm a big fan of Chick-Fil-A, but this location isn't great. Usually, the franchises are fast, efficient and friendly. This one? Not as much. Went there Friday afternoon. Wasn't particularly busy there. A few of the low-lights: - Pre-ordered, and went to the pick up counter. Employee 'Gabby' didn't acknowledge me standing right in front of her. Finally looked up at me after about 30 seconds and just walked away. Someone else came over to ask if I needed help. Not very Chick-Fil-A like! - The meal took about 20-25 minutes. Uncharacteristically long for this business. - Fries were room temperature. -Went back up after meal to order just one additional order of fries. Figured they would just hand them to me, but was given the table marker. Was still waiting for this one order of fries 10-15 minutes later, had to go back to the counter and ask. They seemed very confused. Minus the cold fries, the food was good, but this is not the Chick-Fil-A we know and love. read more

This is basically the only Chick-Fil-A I go to now because the food is so well prepared! I've been to other locations near here but this is by far the cleanest and best tasting location! Also, their drive thru is really well managed especially during rush hour. Came around 6 pm the other night and the drive thru line was so long that the parking lot was filled in both directions. I normally would have just left, but then I noticed the Operator himself was out standing in the parking lot helping people get into the drive thru and into the rest of the parking lot. I have never seen a person in management do this at any other food place! It was really amazing to see that instead of staying inside and letting the employees handle the intensely packed drive thru, he was right there with them! Without a doubt, this location wins the award for best customer service! read more

This Chick-fil-A has been awesome even with Covid. They give me what I need and did it in a timely fashion. Thank you guys!

Hands-down the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to customer service is crap in addition to that every other Chick-fil-A locations I've been to will serve the number one lunch order all day every day no problem apparently this location does not and states that it is not a requirement for them to but I've been through multiple Chick-fil-A's throughout the United States and never had this issue manager is also an asshole excuse my French but the one reason I do go to Chick-fil-A other than their food being delicious is they normally have amazing customer service this just Chick-fil-A is the WORST!!!! read more

The service at this location is horrible. I placed an order on the app. Drove to the curbside pickup. Other customers arrived after I did and got their orders before me. I asked why and was told that they do the small orders first. This explains why I had to 15 minutes to get my family order. read more

So on my lunch break my food order got messed up on Chick-fil-A at Thunderbird and 59th Ave. but when I called , the owner Troy was extremely rude and condescending and argued for 20 minutes. Then he said he wanted to discuss further in person. Then when I explained that I didn't have time to stand on the side of the curb and argue with him in person he told me he would not replace the order. However I had an experience with him six months ago that made me extremely uncomfortable because he spits when he talks and we're in a pandemic and he doesn't wear a mask. but if you mention that he will walk off without replacing your food he is extremely rude and very very cheap and will do anything to not replace your food or money read more

Today I went through the drive through and Jasmine made my visit very unwelcoming, she made me not want to visit this chick-fil-a ever again. She was very rude and had a poor attitude. I think this chick-fil-a should really consider their hires. read more

Chik-Fil-A is eating a hole in the burger market and this new location close to a major hospital makes it easy to see why. Clean, friendly employees provide prompt service. This location has the added benefit of not being an utter madhouse, as well. Yet. The food was spot-on, as always, the seating arrangements are comfortable, the car court for the kids is cute, and this should be your go-to as soon as you get that nasty gash sewn up at Banner Health hospital. read more

Recently I had to place a large catering order for one of our local Elementary schools. At one point in time I had a catering directors contact however that person no longer works for the company. I am so fortunate and thankful for the Chick-fil-A located at 59th Ave. and Thunderbird Rd. Dalene, the Marketing and Catering director immediately helped me with my order and made this a seamless and easy process. Due to time constraints my logistics wernt going to work for pickup so Delene delivered the food to us herself. The franchisee at this location is so lucky to have her working with them. Her position is vital and she really made an impression on me. Going forward, I will be using this location exclusively for all of my catering needs. Nothing could've been better and they truly gained a customer for a lifetime. Thank you very much Chick-fil-A Thunderbird and Dalene. It was my pleasure! read more

Troy and his entire crew are AMAZING!!! We have been going to this particular establishment every Friday for approximately a year and a half now. Their food is great with excellent quality taste. You can obviously tell the crew is trained to be professional and friendly. We also loved how they navigated their way through making adjustments through the pandemic. We love curbside pick up. Thank you for serving us. read more

Still not opening the dinning room. They keep saying they don't know how to accommodate the very busy drive thru and dinning room. Well Its pretty simple after they open the dinning room they won't have as much drive thru. If they want to try to keep both going strong then re-locate, but the managers appear not to be smart enough to figure this out. With the way they are handling this I've stopped going there, everyone appears to be very confused on how to operate this place. If there hasn't been a accident yet there will be the parking lot was a nightmare the last time I went, cars parking every different direction blocking people trying to find a spot to park with the lot guy getting more confused as the time went by. I don't think they will ever open up the dinning room, the way they're doing this now they have less work to do, I think they enjoy what they are doin now making lots of money doing nothing for the customers. Lucky for everybody just about every other fast food is offering chicken stuff which some of them are pretty good and you don't have the stupid parking lot at Chick-fil-a to deal with. read more
