I love Chic-fil-A. Sadly I had a less than ideal experience this morning. All past 100+ experiences have been awesome though. I was notified that they were of of muffins for my breakfast sandwich at the window. The only option given was biscuit. I don't like biscuits. They crumble too much and get soggy. It was a bout a ten min wait for 6:31am to 6:41am on a Thursday morning. And they charged me for bacon when I did not order bacon. They gave me the bacon but I never asked for it. Chik-fil-A offers consistently good fried chicken and a variety of other menu items along with good customer service that seldom falls short, but occasionally, as with any high volume restaurant, there are lapses in food quality and customer servicr involving an incorrect or a forgotten item in a drive-thru order that is always remedied when brought to their attention. Rude employees or nsk-treatment of customers just never happens because it's not accepted I assume, which is how it's supposed to be. "My pleasure" is their send-off and how they answer any customer request, and I think that they are truly sincere everytime. This location like most utilizes employees in the drive-thru queue to facilitate the usual long line by taking orders ahead of time to speed up service and it works. This location could use a renovation to freshen up and to restore the interior and exterior that is showing the normal wear and tear from a decade of high volume traffic and sales, so hopefully they invest back into the property the necessary invest to ensure another decade of providing good food and service to Georgetown. read more

Chic-fil-A. One of my favorite, go-to fast food restaurants. I work close by and normally take my lunch daily. Fridge problems at home, so I'm without one until this evening. I couldn't bring my lunch, so I thought I'd pop over and get me some Chic-fil-A! Got back to work and opened my bag to this... a 1/2 container of waffle fries! Never a problem until today. I can't even blame it on their normally long lines. Including me, there was only 5 cars in line when I got there! Plus my cookie was a bit over cooked. Very crumbly. I don't know if they come already baked or they bake them, but I know they're usually kind of a mix of chewy/crunchy. Disappointed in today's visit, it won't keep me from going back, I just hope next time is better. read more

So now I am ordering food I don't want to and there drive through has always been very quick even when it's full well today it is 10:52 now and we still are 5 cars out in a wait. Worst Chick-fil-A ever. The dining room is still closed with no explanation as to why. If you have a mobile order expect to wait longer than if you just order when you get there. And something is always missing from the order. The staff is so incredibly slow. I do not understand how they are still in business. I will drive an extra 15 minutes to avoid ever coming here again. Pretty bad, the only thing I wanted was soup.. two soups... I waited in line for about 15 minutes... which I don't mind cuz I like the food... but what I don't like is me waiting for that long when they are out or their machine is not working... so I ordered something else that I didn't want, and I told the girl that handed me my food that at least they should put a sign out saying "out of soup".... You know, then closed there's a sign says closed or when open they have a sign that says open.. they should have a sign what they are out of... to me, that's common sense... the little girl said "we don't carry soup"... The food is good but if you have a small child and want to let them play in the play area, be prepared to sit inside the closed in area. I don't know what kind of teaching goes on around Georgetown, but my son, who is only 5 got punched so hard in the back by another kid it left a contusion. What more can one say about ChickFilA? Such a great sandwich, good company. All locations seems to be so very busy. The drive thru was super long, even with someone outside taking orders. I opted to go inside. As soon as I opened the door, the line was smack dab in front of me. I thought I might have been better sitting in the drive thru. Well, that was not the case! The line moved very quickly as another cashier came on the scene. The food was being prepped and put into takeout bags as soon as food was made. Employees were so friendly, food was great. The worst service I have EVER experienced at a chick-fil-A. Have been here two days in a row ordering thru the mobile order at 4:45 thru mobile order ....line was not even very long yet wait over 25/30 mins just to pick up. It looks faster in the drive thru line. This location should be ashamed of themselves and their staff. Take a lesson from the i35 location in round rock, they are so busy, yet give superb service. How embarrassing to have one store in order and another so slow, no enthusiasm or my pleasure from any of the employees, weird bc that is unlike every other chick fil a. Chick-Fil-A's customer service is unbeatable!!! I was at the Georgetown location and they accidentally charged me twice for my meal. I didn't notice until that evening so I called them and they told me to just bring in my receipt and they would refund me. A few days later I received a text message from Chick-Fil-A saying they refunded me and gave me a free reward. I went onto my app to see a message from the operator of the Georgetown location apologizing for what happened. After posting my last review, I was almost immediately contacted by Chick-fil-A and offered an apology and coupons. I didn't take them up on the coupon thing, since they wanted my home address to mail them to which was understandable, but creepy. I visited again after that, service was polite and quick, my order was correct, and everything tasted fine. I also don't understand the concept of mobile ordering and having to sit thru the drive thru line to pick it up if you're not able to get out of the car. Terrible new process. Our order was totally screwed up. We ordered at the drive-up a Cobb salad and a Market Garden salad, both with light basalmic dressing. We get home and find in our sack two Market Garden salads and light Italian dressing packets. Not even close t ok what we ordered. When I called the store to report their error, no one answers. We either will find a different store in the future, or we will sit in the drive thru lane and fully check our order before driving away, and just make everyone behind us wait on us to fully check our order. read more

Ok I go here bunch of times and I love it but today 9/17/20 I had a terrible experience I had ordered my sons meal as a meal and when I got to the door part his fries weren't in there and I told him that he's missing fries sooooo she rung up my order separately and I had paid his meal separately when I shouldn't have because it was a MEAL then he comes out saying I had to pay for the fries separately like why? i adore the people who work here, they express that they care about you and get your order and food as if you are family...well the times ive gone inside anyway. waffles fries are good, not greasy and small. One of our favorites is the diet (splenda) lemonade, we cannot get enough of it, order a large with lil ice, or drink inside and get free refills... the chicken tastes like the real deal and the buns are good... i think its great they let their staff have sunday off but also wish it were open. keep that small town comfortable customer service, the flowers on the table are attractive and its always clean..... the car line for drive-thru is long everyday....so parking to order inside is recommended. read more
